5. A labelling machine for food packaging according to claim 1, characterised in that the lower four corners of the table are fixedly connected with horizontal adjusting feet.

6. A labelling machine for food packaging according to claim 1, characterised in that a plurality of evenly distributed pushrods are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor.

7. A labelling machine for food packaging as claimed in claim 1, wherein a controller is fixedly connected to the front upper end of the upright.

Technical Field

Background

A labeling machine is a device for sticking coiled self-adhesive paper labels (paper or metal foils) on PCBs, products or specified packages, and is an indispensable component of modern packages.

At present, food need use the labeller to label after production packing, and among the prior art, the labeller structure is complicated, complex operation, and the label dish is changed inconveniently, and the people of not being convenient for use, consequently, provides a labeller for food package.

The invention aims to solve the problems that a labeling machine in the prior art is complex in structure, complex in operation, inconvenient in label disc replacement and inconvenient for people to use, and provides the labeling machine for food packaging.

the winding mechanism comprises a second rotating shaft connected with the right side of the upright post through a second cross arm, a winding disc arranged on the front side of the second rotating shaft and a winding motor arranged on the rear side of the second cross arm and used for driving the second rotating shaft to rotate;

the labeling mechanism comprises a sliding frame arranged at the lower end of the upright column in a sliding manner, a pressing roller rotatably arranged on the left side of the sliding frame, a turning-up head arranged in the middle of the sliding frame and used for turning up a label, and a guide roller capable of being arranged on the right side of the sliding frame;

and a driving mechanism which is convenient for driving the sliding frame to move is arranged in the upright post.

Further, the driving mechanism comprises a first bevel gear which is rotatably arranged on the upright post through a third rotating shaft, a driving screw which is rotatably arranged in the upright post and is used for driving the sliding frame to move, and a second bevel gear which is arranged at the top end of the driving screw and is meshed with the first bevel gear.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the label is turned up by arranging the turning-up head, then is adhered to the outer package of the food, and is pressed by the pressing roller, so that the label is tightly adhered to the packaging bag of the food; through the mutual cooperation of the driving screw, the sliding frame, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear, the third rotating shaft and the knob, the height of the guide roller and the pressing roller can be conveniently adjusted, and therefore the labeling quality is improved.

The parts which are not involved in the device are the same as or can be realized by adopting the prior art, the automatic food conveying and labeling device is convenient for automatically conveying and labeling food, a label disc is convenient to disassemble and replace, the labeling height is convenient to adjust, and the labeling quality is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a labeling machine for food packaging comprises a workbench 1, a belt conveyor 2 arranged at the front side of the workbench 1, a stand column 3 arranged at the rear side of the workbench 1, a winding mechanism 4 arranged at the right side of the upper end of the stand column 3, an unwinding mechanism 5 arranged at the left side of the stand column 3, and a labeling mechanism 6 slidably arranged at the lower end of the stand column 3;

the unwinding mechanism 5 comprises a first rotating shaft 52 connected with the left side of the upright post 3 through a first cross arm 51, and an unwinding disc 53 rotatably arranged on the front side of the first rotating shaft 52;

the winding mechanism 4 comprises a second rotating shaft 42 connected with the right side of the upright post 3 through a second cross arm 41, a winding disc 43 arranged on the front side of the second rotating shaft 42 and a winding motor 44 arranged on the rear side of the second cross arm 41 and used for driving the second rotating shaft 42 to rotate; a key 45 for preventing the rolling disc from rotating relative to the second rotating shaft is arranged between the rolling disc and the second rotating shaft;

the labeling mechanism 69 comprises a sliding frame 61 arranged at the lower end of the upright post 3 in a sliding manner, a pressing roller 62 rotatably arranged at the left side of the sliding frame 61, a turning-up head 63 arranged at the middle part of the sliding frame 61 and used for turning up the label, and a guide roller 64 arranged at the right side of the sliding frame 61;

a driving mechanism 7 which is convenient for driving the sliding frame 61 to move is arranged in the upright column 3;

when the label tape is used, the label tape sequentially passes through gaps between the turning-up head and the guide roller from the unwinding disc to reach the winding roller; the label is turned up by arranging the turning-up head, then is adhered to the outer package of the food, and is pressed by the pressing roller, so that the label is tightly adhered to the packaging bag of the food; through the mutual cooperation of the driving screw, the sliding frame, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear, the third rotating shaft and the knob, the height of the guide roller and the pressing roller can be conveniently adjusted, and therefore the labeling quality is improved.

Further, the driving mechanism 7 includes a first bevel gear 72 rotatably provided on the column 3 via a third rotating shaft 71, a driving screw 73 rotatably provided in the column 3 for driving the carriage 61 to move, and a second bevel gear 74 provided at a tip end of the driving screw 73 and engaged with the first bevel gear 72.

Further, the left end of the third rotating shaft 71 extends out of the upright column 3 to be connected with a knob 75, and anti-skid grains are arranged on the surface of the knob 75.

Further, a cover plate 76 for facilitating assembly of the driving mechanism 7 is detachably provided on the rear side of the column 3.

Further, all fixedly connected with level adjusting foot 11 in the lower extreme four corners department of workstation 1.

Further, a plurality of push rods 21 which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor 2.
