The invention has the advantages that: utilize electromagnetic induction heating's principle, the outer wire of cutting drum surface of arranging in of rapid heating, the instantaneous high temperature that utilizes the wire makes the label separation, realizes the cutting separation to the label through the outer wire of arranging in cutting drum surface, and is low to the requirement of assembly and machining precision, and the consumptive material is few, simple to operate, and it is simple to maintain, greatly reduced daily maintenance's use cost to wire position control is convenient, and cutting position is controllable, has reduced the debugging degree of difficulty and debugging cost.
