1. A chain self-lubricating device, comprising:
an adjusting plate;
a proximity switch disposed on the adjustment plate, the proximity switch for detecting a link in a chain;
the fixing part of the air cylinder is arranged on the adjusting plate;
the spray bottle is arranged on the adjusting plate and provided with an extrusion nozzle;
one end of the connecting bracket is fixedly arranged on the adjusting plate;
the middle part of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the connecting rod bracket, one end of the connecting rod is aligned with the extrusion nozzle, and the other end of the connecting rod is aligned with a piston rod of the air cylinder;
and the controller is respectively connected with the proximity switch and the air cylinder.
2. The chain self-lubricating device according to claim 1, further comprising a pneumatic solenoid valve, the pneumatic solenoid valve is respectively connected to the controller and the cylinder, and the controller controls the action of the cylinder through the pneumatic solenoid valve.
3. The chain self-lubricating device according to claim 2, further comprising a manual on-off valve connected to the pneumatic solenoid valve and the air supply, respectively.

5. The chain self-lubricating apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a connecting bracket, one end of the connecting bracket being connected to the adjustment plate, the other end of the connecting bracket being connected to the proximity switch.
6. The chain self-lubricating apparatus of claim 5, wherein the link bracket is provided with a kidney-shaped hole, and the proximity switch is disposed in the kidney-shaped hole.

The chain self-lubricating device according to claim 6, further comprising a fixing frame and a fastening ring, wherein the fixing frame is fixedly connected with the adjusting plate, the fastening ring is connected with the fixing frame, and a space for fixing the spray bottle is formed between the fastening ring and the fixing frame.
8. The chain self-lubricating apparatus of claim 7, wherein the link is pivotally connected to the link bracket by a pin.
9. A chain self-lubricating method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adjusting the position of an adjusting plate to align a proximity switch on the adjusting plate with a link on a chain;
when a chain link passes through the proximity switch, the proximity switch sends out a high level signal;
and the air cylinder on the adjusting plate drives the piston rod to extend out according to the high-level signal so as to push the connecting rod to rotate through the piston rod, and the connecting rod extrudes the extrusion nozzle on the spray bottle after rotating so as to spray the lubricant to the chain link through the extrusion nozzle.
10. The chain self-lubricating method according to claim 9, wherein after adjusting the position of the adjusting plate, the method further comprises:
operating the chain for a preset duration;
after the chain runs for a preset time, detecting whether the proximity switch sends a high level signal or not;
if yes, the air cylinder drives the piston rod to extend according to the high-level signal.

Background
A steep-angle conveyor of a feeding machine is equipment for conveying and lifting materials in a cut tobacco production line in the tobacco industry, mainly adopts a frame split side chain type chain for conveying, and is often matched with a metering pipe and an electronic belt scale for use so as to realize the purposes of conveying the materials at a constant flow rate and balancing production by a conveying system. In the actual production process, in order to ensure the continuity of the tobacco material conveying system, the conveying speed of the bottom belt of the storage mechanism is inconsistent with that of the conveying belt of the hoister, so that when the materials are pushed forwards, thicker tobacco materials are often stacked at the junction of the bottom belt and the hoister, and great determined load and uncertain load are caused to the conveying chain of the steep-angle conveyor. Secondly, the conveying chain works in a damp and hot environment for a long time, if the chain is lubricated badly, a roller of the conveying chain cannot normally roll on a chain support and a chain wheel, so that friction and abrasion are aggravated, the transmission efficiency is reduced, the transmission vibration noise is increased, the driving power consumption is increased, mechanical faults such as chain climbing, clamping stagnation, deviation and even breaking occur, and the service life is seriously reduced. In addition, the smokability of cigarette products is also considered, the equipment lubrication of the tobacco shred production line in the tobacco industry has strict requirements on lubricating oil, the lubricating oil (agent) is required to reach the food grade, and the lubricating operation process is proper, so that tobacco materials cannot be polluted and the like. Therefore, good and accurate chain lubrication is an important guarantee for guaranteeing the constant flow and stable output of the pollution-free tobacco materials of the conveying system.
At present, the problem of lubrication of a material conveying system chain of a steep-angle conveyor of a feeding machine in the domestic tobacco industry is always a difficult point of lubrication of equipment in a tobacco-making production line in the tobacco industry, and due to the fact that the smoking property and the pollution risk of lubrication to tobacco materials of cigarette products need to be considered, the chain is subjected to lubrication-free management or manual irregular lubrication operation for many years. The manual lubrication mode has the defects that the tobacco material is polluted by large-range non-precise injection lubrication, the injection amount cannot be controlled, the waste of lubricating oil (agent) is serious, the maintenance cost is increased, the labor operation intensity is high, the safety is poor, the lubrication is insufficient, the efficiency is low, the condition of adding leakage or adding more lubricating oil (agent) exists, the lubricating effect is difficult to guarantee, the chain abrasion and failure problems are still serious, and the ideal lubrication mode capable of meeting the chain lubrication requirement of the tobacco material conveying system is not realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chain self-lubricating device and a chain self-lubricating method, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, improving the accurate automatic injection of a lubricant, reducing the lubricating operation difficulty and improving the operation efficiency.
The invention provides a chain self-lubricating device, which comprises:
an adjusting plate;
a proximity switch disposed on the adjustment plate, the proximity switch for detecting a link in a chain;
the fixing part of the air cylinder is arranged on the adjusting plate;
the spray bottle is arranged on the adjusting plate and provided with an extrusion nozzle;
one end of the connecting bracket is fixedly arranged on the adjusting plate;
the middle part of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the connecting rod bracket, one end of the connecting rod is aligned with the extrusion nozzle, and the other end of the connecting rod is aligned with a piston rod of the air cylinder;
and the controller is respectively connected with the proximity switch and the air cylinder.
The chain self-lubricating device preferably further comprises a pneumatic solenoid valve, the pneumatic solenoid valve is respectively connected with the controller and the air cylinder, and the controller controls the action of the air cylinder through the pneumatic solenoid valve.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above preferably further comprises a manual switch valve, and the manual switch valve is respectively connected with the pneumatic solenoid valve and the air source.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above, wherein, preferably, further comprises a filtering pressure reducing valve, through which the manual switch valve is connected with the pneumatic solenoid valve.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above, preferably, further comprises a connecting frame, wherein one end of the connecting frame is connected to the adjusting plate, and the other end of the connecting frame is connected to the proximity switch.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above, wherein preferably, a kidney-shaped hole is provided on the connecting frame, and the proximity switch is provided in the kidney-shaped hole.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above, preferably, further includes a fixing frame and a fastening ring, the fixing frame is fixedly connected to the adjusting plate, the fastening ring is connected to the fixing frame, and a space for fixing the spray bottle is formed between the fastening ring and the fixing frame.
The chain self-lubricating device as described above, wherein preferably, the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting rod bracket by a pin.
The invention also provides a chain self-lubricating method, which comprises the following steps:
adjusting the position of an adjusting plate to align a proximity switch on the adjusting plate with a link on a chain;
when a chain link passes through the proximity switch, the proximity switch sends out a high level signal;
and the air cylinder on the adjusting plate drives the piston rod to extend out according to the high-level signal so as to push the connecting rod to rotate through the piston rod, and the connecting rod extrudes the extrusion nozzle on the spray bottle after rotating so as to spray the lubricant to the chain link through the extrusion nozzle.
The chain self-lubricating method as described above, wherein preferably, after adjusting the position of the adjusting plate, the method further comprises:
operating the chain for a preset duration;
after the chain runs for a preset time, detecting whether the proximity switch sends a high level signal or not;
if yes, the air cylinder drives the piston rod to extend according to the high-level signal.
