Detailed Description

To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of a ball guide placement mechanism is further illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

As shown in fig. 1, the ball guiding and placing mechanism of the present invention comprises a ball conveying support 1, a ball conveying support 2, a material guiding mechanism 3, a limiting mechanism 4 and a disc bearing mechanism 5, wherein the ball conveying support 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side above the ball conveying support 1, a fixed support rod 6 is vertically and fixedly arranged between two sides below the ball conveying support 2 and the ball conveying support 1, the material guiding mechanism 3 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the ball conveying support 2, a plurality of disc conveying rotating rollers 7 are sequentially and horizontally and rotatably connected on the ball conveying support 1 along the horizontal direction, the limiting mechanisms 4 are respectively and horizontally and symmetrically arranged on the disc conveying supports 1 on two sides below the material guiding mechanism 3, the disc bearing mechanism 5 is vertically arranged on the disc conveying support 1 in the middle of the lower side of the material guiding mechanism 3, and a plurality of disc bearing rollers 8 are sequentially and horizontally and rotatably connected on the disc conveying supports 1 on two sides of the disc bearing. As shown in fig. 2, the material guiding mechanism 3 of the present invention includes a bead guiding tube 9, a bead guiding rotating shaft 10, a bead guiding blocking rod 11, a bead guiding motor 12 and a bead discharging tube 13, wherein two ends of one side of a bead guiding bracket 2 are respectively and vertically and fixedly provided with the bead guiding tube 9, a bead guiding channel 14 is vertically arranged in the bead guiding tube 9, two sides of the bead guiding bracket 2 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with the bead guiding rotating shaft 10, two bead guiding rotating shafts 10 are respectively and adjacently arranged on the bead guiding tube 9 of the corresponding side, a plurality of bead guiding blocking rods 11 are sequentially and uniformly and fixedly arranged outside the bead guiding rotating shafts 10, a rotating rod slot 15 adapted to the bead guiding blocking rod 11 is vertically arranged on one side below the bead guiding tube 9, two bead guiding rotating shafts 10 on two sides of the bead guiding bracket 2 are respectively and vertically and coaxially and fixedly provided with a bead guiding gear 16 and a main belt pulley 17 along the end of the bead guiding bracket 2, a rear rotating gear 18 and a front rotating gear 19 which are sequentially and vertically and rotatably connected with each other and have the same size and the rear rotating gear 18 is meshed with the bead guide gear 16, the bead transmission support 2 on one side of the front rotating gear 19 is vertically and rotatably connected with the connecting gear 20, the front rotating gear 19 is meshed with the connecting gear 20 and is connected with the auxiliary connecting belt wheel 21, the main connecting belt wheel 17 is connected with the auxiliary connecting belt wheel 21 in a transmission mode through the connecting belt 22, the rear rotating gear 18 is vertically and fixedly provided with the bead guide auxiliary belt wheel 23 along the bead transmission support 2 in a side direction, the bead guide motor 12 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the bead transmission support 2, the bead guide motor 12 is vertically and rotatably provided with the bead guide main belt wheel 24 in an output end mode, the bead guide main belt wheel 24 is in transmission connection with the bead guide auxiliary belt wheel 23 through the bead guide belt 25, and the bead placing material pipe 13 is vertically arranged on two sides of the bead transmission support. As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the limiting mechanism 4 of the present invention comprises a rotary screw rod 26, a limiting motor 27, a translational guide plate 28, a lifting cylinder 29, a lifting connecting plate 30 and a limiting push plate 31, wherein two sides of the transmission disc support 1 at the lower side of the material guiding mechanism 3 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with the rotary screw rod 26, two sides of the rotary screw rod 26 are respectively provided with a threaded surface with opposite spiral directions, two ends of the rotary screw rod 26 are respectively and horizontally and threadedly connected with the translational guide plate 28, two sides below the rotary screw rod 26 are respectively and horizontally and fixedly provided with a translational guide rod 32, the translational guide plate 28 is arranged on the translational guide rod 32 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the same side end portions of the rotary screw rod 26 at two sides of the transmission disc support 1 are respectively and vertically and fixedly provided with a limiting belt pulley 50, two limiting belt pulleys 50 at two, spacing motor 27 drives and rotates lead screw 26 and rotates, the vertical fixed lift cylinder 29 that is provided with in 28 upside middle parts of translation baffle, the fixed lift that is provided with of lift cylinder 29 output level links board 30, the lift links board 30 below both sides and is provided with lift guide 34 respectively vertically fixedly, translation baffle 28 top both sides are respectively vertical be provided with the lift sleeve 35 of lift guide 34 looks adaptation, lift guide 34 slides along vertical direction and sets up in lift sleeve 35, spacing push pedal 31 level sets up in the even board 30 upside that goes up and down. The tray mechanism 5 of the invention comprises a tray support 36, a tray rotating plate 37, a tray cylinder 38 and a rotating motor 39, wherein the lower side of the tray support 36 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a cylinder support 40, the tray support 36 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the cylinder support 40, the cylinder supports 40 on the two sides below the tray support 36 are respectively and vertically and upwardly and fixedly provided with the tray cylinder 38, the output end of the tray cylinder 38 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the tray support 36, the middle part of the tray support 36 is vertically and rotatably connected with a bead placing rotating shaft 41, the lower side of the tray support 36 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a driving support 42, the lower end part of the bead placing rotating shaft 41 is rotatably connected with the driving support 42, the rotating motor 39 is vertically and upwardly and fixedly arranged on the lower side of the driving support 42, the rotating motor 39 drives the bead placing rotating shaft 41 to rotate, the tray rotating plate 37 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on, the center of the middle of the bearing plate rotating plate 37 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the ball placing rotating shaft 41, and a bearing plate rubber layer 43 is horizontally and fixedly attached to the upper side of the bearing plate rotating plate 37.

The ball guide gear 16 and the connecting gear 20 of the material guide mechanism 3 have the same size specification structure, the connecting main belt pulley 17 and the connecting auxiliary belt pulley 21 have the same size specification structure, and the ball guide motor 12 is used for driving the rear rotating gear 18 to rotate, so that the two ball guide rotating shafts 10 on the two sides of the ball transmission support 2 can synchronously rotate in opposite directions under the driving of the ball guide motor 12, and balls in the ball guide pipes 9 on the two sides of the ball transmission support 2 can sequentially, uniformly and stably fall one by one. According to the invention, the lower sides of two bead guide pipes 9 on two sides of a bead transmission support 2 are respectively and horizontally and fixedly provided with an adjusting connecting plate 44, the adjusting connecting plate 44 is fixedly arranged on the bead transmission support 2 on the lower side of the bead guide pipe 9, the upper end of a bead discharge pipe 13 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the adjusting connecting plate 44, adjusting locking bolts 45 are respectively and horizontally arranged between two sides of the adjusting connecting plate 44 and the bead discharge pipe 13, the upper end and the lower end of the bead discharge pipe 13 are respectively in a vertical structure, the middle part of the bead discharge pipe 13 is in an inclined structure, so that the bead discharge pipe 13 can be rotated, adjusted, locked and fixed along the adjusting connecting plate 44 according to the placing requirement of the balls, the distance between the two bead discharge pipes 13 on two sides below the bead transmission support 2 can be conveniently and accurately adjusted, and the requirement for. As shown in fig. 6, the limiting push plate 31 of the present invention is horizontally and rotatably connected to the lifting connecting plate 30, and the limiting tension springs 46 are respectively and horizontally and symmetrically arranged between both sides of the limiting push plate 31 and the lifting connecting plate 30, so that the limiting push plate 31 can swing at a certain angle as required in the process of pushing the disc workpiece to an adjusted position by the limiting push plate 31, a push plate inclined plane 47 is arranged along the side of the disc bearing mechanism 5 by using the limiting push plate 31, and a plurality of limiting push wheels 48 are sequentially and rotatably connected to the push plate inclined plane 47 along the horizontal direction, so that the limiting push plate 31 can slide along the surface of the disc workpiece by using the limiting push wheels 48, and the disc workpiece can be smoothly pushed and adjusted to an accurate position. According to the invention, the upper side of the limiting push plate 31 is provided with the bearing plate balls 49 in a rolling manner, so that the limiting push plate 31 can move to the lower side of the disc workpiece by utilizing the synergistic action of the lifting cylinder 29 and the rotating screw rod 26 in the process that the bearing plate rotating plate 37 drives the disc workpiece to rotate, the lower side of the disc workpiece can be supported in the rotating process of the disc workpiece, the disc workpiece is prevented from being inclined in the rotating process, and the high-efficiency and high-quality ball placing and processing of the disc workpiece are realized. The rotating motor 39 of the tray bearing mechanism 5 is a stepping motor, so that the disc workpiece can accurately rotate to a required position according to the requirement of placing the balls, and the accuracy of placing the balls is improved.

By adopting the technical scheme, when the ball guiding and placing mechanism is used, the ball conveying support 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side above the disc conveying support 1, the material guiding mechanism 3 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the ball conveying support 2, the balls can fall one by one and are accurately guided to a required position by using guiding mechanism 3, the disc supports 1 on two sides of the disc bearing mechanisms 5 are sequentially and horizontally and rotatably connected with a plurality of disc guide rollers 8 along the horizontal direction, and the disc workpieces on a production line can be sequentially conveyed along the horizontal direction by using the disc rotating rollers, the limiting mechanism 4 is utilized to accurately adjust the disc workpiece conveyed to the lower side of the material guiding mechanism 3 to a required ball placing station, so that the balls are stably and accurately placed, the disc workpiece is horizontally supported and accurately rotated by the disc supporting mechanism 5, so that the balls are continuously placed outside the disc workpiece, the efficiency and the quality of the ball placing and processing of the disc workpiece are improved, the automation degree of the workpiece production and processing is improved, the ball guiding pipes 9 are respectively and vertically and fixedly arranged at two ends of one side of the ball guiding support 2, the two sides of the ball guiding support 2 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with the ball guiding rotating shafts 10, the outer sides of the ball guiding rotating shafts 10 are sequentially and uniformly and fixedly provided with a plurality of ball guiding baffle rods 11, the
