Technical Field

Background

In industrial and mining enterprises or large-scale machine processing workshops, large-scale fans or engines of large-scale equipment inside the large-scale fans are often both medium and low frequency noise sources, and the large-scale fans or engines have strong scattering capacity and have large hearing damage to field workers.

In a workshop design process, a single room is adopted to reduce noise of a fan, and the influence of the fan on the workshop is reduced by adopting a sound insulation and noise reduction mode. The noise elimination pipeline is used as an effective sound insulation and noise reduction structure thereof, and is widely applied to noise reduction treatment of the fan.

However, the existing muffling pipelines have limited noise reduction capability, and are often more prone to exhaust air and ventilate or discharge noise outdoors, so that although indoor noise pollution can be effectively reduced, the quality of life of the whole industrial park is seriously affected, and unnecessary complaints are often incurred.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a novel silencing pipeline.

A novel silencing pipeline comprises a main frame; the main frame is formed by splicing a bent pipe part and a plurality of straight pipe parts, an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the main frame, a plurality of silencing pieces distributed at equal intervals are arranged in the main frame, the silencing pieces are in a wedge shape at the air inlet, and the tip parts of the wedge shape are flush with the end parts of the air inlet.

The outer walls of the straight pipe part 1 and the bent pipe part 2 are sequentially provided with a galvanized steel sheet, environment-friendly glass wool, a damping pad, a galvanized steel sheet, environment-friendly glass wool, black glass fiber wool and a galvanized hole plate from outside to inside. The silencing sheet 5 is respectively made of environment-friendly glass wool, black glass fiber felt and a galvanized pore plate from inside to outside.

The bent pipe part 2 and the straight pipe part 1 are connected through the hasps 3. Adjacent straight pipe portions 1 are connected through slots, and elastic sealing gaskets with the thickness of 3mm are arranged in the slots.
