Background

The large solar wing is folded and unfolded by adopting the unfolding mechanism, the folding ratio is large, the occupied space in the launching process is small, and the length after unfolding can reach 20 m. The solar wing needs to be unfolded and folded by a space unfolding mechanism in the space stretching process and is used as a structural element for supporting a stress system. The unfolding mechanism generally comprises a plurality of sections of unfolding and folding units, each section of unit is consistent, the hinge rod is used as one of key components in the unfolding and folding units, the precision of the hinge rod is the key of the fundamental frequency of the unfolding mechanism, and the unfolding and folding reliability is directly determined.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a hinge rod assembly in the prior art. Referring to fig. 1, the hinge rod assembly structure needs to ensure rapid pairing among a large number of parts and assembly precision and assembly performance, and needs to ensure the precision requirement between an inner hinge rod and an outer hinge rod of the hinge rod assembly through a special tool and an assembly and adjustment method so as to ensure the unfolding and folding performance.

The method comprises the following steps: the eccentricity detection tool is high in parking surface precision, the two pin shafts A are located on the same plane, and the distance between the connecting line of the measuring pin shafts A and the pin shaft B can be converted into the height difference between the measuring pin shaft B and the surface of the eccentricity detection tool below; the distance between 4 holes of the performance inspection tool is set according to the hole distance of the hinge rod in the unfolding and folding states, and if the hinge rod in the unfolding and folding states can be connected with the eccentricity inspection tool in place, the hole distance of the hinge rod and the unfolding and folding performances are qualified.

The hinge rod precision detection device and the precision detection method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that a special auxiliary tool is adopted to measure the assembly precision of a product in the assembling and debugging process, the matching correctness of the hinge rod is detected in advance, and the rapid matching and precision measurement of the hinge rod are realized.

Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, the hinge lever precision detecting apparatus and the precision detecting method thereof of the present embodiment are as follows: firstly, forming a hinge rod into a combined body by using a shaft A23, enabling a pin shaft A22 to penetrate through holes at two ends of the hinge rod combined body, placing the hinge rod combined body on an eccentricity detection tool 24, and detecting the distance from a shaft A23 to the surface of the eccentricity detection tool 24; the hinge rod assembly is fixed on the performance inspection tool 21 in an unfolded state, whether the hole pitch meets the requirements or not and the unfolding performance can be detected, the hinge rod assembly is fixed on the performance inspection tool 21 in a folded state, the folding performance can be detected, and finally the quick matching and assembly precision measurement of hinge rod parts are achieved.
