Technical Field

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of automotive seating technology, and more particularly, to a seat comfort adjustment device and an automotive seat.

Background

Along with the understanding and progress of people on the comfort level of the seat in recent years, the discovery that the traditional thought that a comfortable seat has a good shape of a coating type according with human engineering and soft air permeability and support property, and the realization of intelligent adjustment of the hardness and softness degree of the surface of the seat gradually has important significance and influence on the application promotion and research of the comfort level.

The existing structure for adjusting the softness and hardness of the seat through air has the following disadvantages: the bulging shape of the air bag is not matched with the surface of the seat during inflation, the modeling structure of the seat surface is damaged, and the comfort level of passengers is reduced when the hardness is increased.

When the road bumps or the rider suddenly applies force to the seat, particularly when the above conditions are intensively occurred, the soft inflatable bag is suddenly deformed by pressure, and the human body feels vibration along with the sudden deformation.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a seat comfort adjustment device and a vehicle seat.

In a first aspect the present application provides a seat comfort adjustment device comprising at least one soft airbag that may be integrated into a seat; the soft inflatable bag is filled with flexible filler; the soft inflatable bag is filled with gas; a height limiting structure used for limiting the local expansion height of the soft inflatable bag during inflation is arranged in the soft inflatable bag; the soft inflatable bag is also connected with a damping mechanism through a connecting pipeline and used for releasing the pressure in the soft inflatable bag when the soft inflatable bag is subjected to sudden-change extrusion force.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the soft inflatable bag is connected with at least one air path and an air source for inflating the soft inflatable bag through the air path; the soft inflatable bag is inflated or exhausted through the air path to adjust the hardness of the surface of the seat.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the flow regulating mechanism comprises a hoop sleeved outside the connecting pipeline; the hoop comprises an annular part with an opening, and a first adjusting sheet and a second adjusting sheet respectively extend outwards and parallelly from two movable ends of the annular part; the first adjusting piece is provided with a threaded hole, and the second adjusting piece is provided with a smooth through hole corresponding to the threaded hole; and the screw handle penetrating through the smooth through hole is fixed in the threaded hole in a threaded manner.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the device further comprises a micro motor; an output shaft of the micro motor is axially and fixedly connected with the handle screw; the micro motor is controlled to rotate forwards or backwards by the control module;

the control module is further configured to: and controlling the micro motor to rotate according to the input signal of the input module so as to adjust the air flow of the connecting air pipe to be larger or smaller.
