1. A spherical window cleaning device, characterized in that the cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit and a control unit, the cleaning unit comprises a wiper (1), a cleaning device (2), a cleaning liquid (3), and a spray head (4), wherein:

the windshield wiper (1) is of a bent strip-shaped structure, two ends of the windshield wiper (1) are arranged on the outer surface of the spherical window through rotating shafts, the windshield wiper (1) can rotate around a connecting line of the rotating shafts at the two ends to be attached to the outer surface of the spherical window, and the connecting line of the rotating shafts at the two ends is along the airflow direction; at least one spray head (4) is arranged on the windshield wiper (1), the spray head (4) is connected with the cleaning device (2) through a pipeline, and the cleaning device (2) is internally provided with a spraying cleaning solution (3);

the control unit is respectively connected with the windshield wiper (1) and the cleaning device (2) and is used for controlling the rotation of the windshield wiper (1) and driving the cleaning liquid (3) in the cleaning device (2) to the spray head (4).

5. The spherical window cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the wiper rests below an outer surface of the spherical window glass in a non-rotated state.

6. The spherical window washing device according to claim 1, wherein said control unit further comprises electric mechanisms mechanically connected to both ends of the wiper (1) respectively, for controlling the wiping of the wiper.

7. The spherical window cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a washing pump is arranged in the cleaning device (2), and the washing pump is used for driving the cleaning liquid (3) in the cleaning device (2) to spray the cleaning liquid through the spray head (4).

8. Spherical window cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one spray head (4) is evenly distributed over the wiper blade (1).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of airplane environment control, and relates to a spherical window cleaning device.

Background

In the hovering observation stage of the amphibious aircraft for executing a fire extinguishing task or the searching and rescuing stage of the amphibious aircraft for executing a water rescuing task, an observer on the aircraft needs to observe the fire condition below the aircraft or the marine condition through the convex spherical observation windows on the two sides of the aircraft body. The flame combustion condition can pollute the view field of the spherical observation window, salt separated out on the sea can also pollute the view field of the spherical observation window, and whether the visual field of an on-board observer is clear or not is directly related to whether the fire extinguishing and water rescue tasks of the amphibious aircraft can be successfully completed, so that the key point is that a set of cleaning system is equipped for the spherical observation window.

At present, an amphibious aircraft windshield cleaning system is designed for plane windshield glass of an aircraft, and a relay is added in consideration of the workload of a pilot, so that the function of automatically controlling the amount of cleaning liquid is realized. For spherical glass such as an observation window, it is difficult to spray a cleaning liquid on all glass surfaces by using a windshield cleaning system, and it is also difficult to wipe the glass surfaces clean with a conventional wiper. There is therefore a need for a cleaning system for spherical windows.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to fill up the defects of a spherical window cleaning system, designs a spherical window cleaning device, removes salt and dust on a 'clean area' on the outer surface of a spherical window glass and any other substances which can reduce the visibility of a spherical window, and provides sufficient cleaning capability according to the flight of an airplane to provide a clear visual field for an operator, so that the airplane can meet the requirements of related tasks.

The application provides a spherical window belt cleaning device, belt cleaning device includes cleaning unit and the control unit, cleaning unit includes windshield wiper 1, belt cleaning device 2, washing liquid 3, shower nozzle 4, wherein:

the windshield wiper 1 is of a bent strip-shaped structure, two ends of the windshield wiper 1 are arranged on the outer surface of the spherical window through rotating shafts, the windshield wiper 1 can rotate around a connecting line of the rotating shafts at the two ends to be attached to the outer surface of the spherical window, and the connecting line of the rotating shafts at the two ends is along the airflow direction; at least one spray head 4 is arranged on the windshield wiper 1, the spray head 4 is connected with the cleaning device 2 through a pipeline, and the cleaning device 2 is internally provided with a spray cleaning liquid 3;

the control unit is connected with the wiper 1 and the washer 2, respectively, for controlling the rotation of the wiper 1 and driving the washer fluid 3 in the washer 2 to the spray head 4.

Optionally, the control unit includes a right wiper handle 5 and a left wiper handle 6, and the right wiper handle 5 and the left wiper handle 6 are respectively mechanically connected to two ends of the wiper 1 to control the wiping of the wiper.

Optionally, the control unit further comprises a cleaning switch 7, and the cleaning switch 7 is electrically connected to the cleaning device 2 and is used for providing a control signal to the cleaning device.

Alternatively, the wash switch 7 is mounted on the right wiper handle 5.

Alternatively, the wiper may be parked under the outer surface of the spherical window glass in a non-rotated state.

Optionally, the control unit further includes an electric mechanism, and the electric mechanism is respectively mechanically connected to two ends of the wiper 1 to control the wiping of the wiper.

Optionally, a washing pump is arranged in the cleaning device 2, and the washing pump is used for driving the cleaning liquid 3 in the cleaning device 2 to spray the cleaning liquid through the spray head 4.

The invention has the advantages that: according to the spherical window cleaning system, the cleaning spray heads are uniformly distributed on the windshield wiper, so that the area sprayed with the cleaning liquid can cover the area scraped by the windshield wiper, the windshield wiper is prevented from being dried, and the cleaning effect is improved; the structure of the semicircular windshield wiper is adopted, and the two shafts enable the rotation axis of the windshield wiper to penetrate through the spherical center of the spherical window along the airflow direction, so that the influence of aerodynamic force on the windshield wiper during the flight of an airplane is reduced, and the wiper blade can be tightly attached to the spherical window glass; the wiping speed and the wiping range of the wiper can be freely controlled by manually controlling the wiping of the wiper in a manner of shaking the handle of the wiper; the cleaning switch is positioned on the right wiper handle, so that an operator can control the spraying of the cleaning liquid and the wiping of the wiper simultaneously, and can operate with a right hand by a single hand when needed. And the cleaning switch adopts a control mode of working when being pressed down, rebounding after being loosened and stopping working, so that an operator can freely control the spraying amount of the cleaning liquid.

Detailed Description

The invention relates to a spherical window cleaning device, which can remove the dirt layer such as seawater salt stain dust on the outer surface of the spherical window glass in the flying process and provide clear vision for operators in real time, and comprises: the cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit and a control unit, wherein the cleaning unit comprises a windshield wiper 1, a cleaning device water tank 2, cleaning liquid 3 and a spray head 4, and the control unit comprises a right windshield wiper handle 5, a left windshield wiper handle 6 and a cleaning switch 7. The system of the invention solves the problem of cleaning the spherical window glass, improves the cleaning effect, reduces the complexity of the system and increases the reliability of the system.

The embodiment of the invention provides a spherical window cleaning device which comprises a windshield wiper 1, a cleaning device 2, cleaning liquid 3, a spray head 4, a right windshield wiper handle 5, a left windshield wiper handle 6 and a cleaning switch 7. The method comprises the following specific steps:

the windshield wiper 1 is used for wiping the spherical window glass in a matched mode when cleaning liquid is sprayed, and removing dust and salt mist on the outer surface of the spherical window glass; the cleaning device 2 is used for storing the cleaning liquid 3 and driving the built-in washing pump to spray out the cleaning liquid 3; the cleaning liquid 3 is a special solvent for cleaning glass, can resist low-temperature freezing and prevent the surface of the glass from being frozen; the spray head 4 is used for spraying cleaning liquid 3 to the surface of the spherical window glass and uniformly distributed on the windshield wiper 1; the right wiper handle 5 and the left wiper handle 6 are handles which can rotate up and down, are positioned in the cabin and are used for controlling the wiper 1 to wipe spherical window glass up and down; the cleaning switch 7 is a snap switch without self-locking, is positioned on the right wiper handle 5 and is used for controlling the cleaning device to spray the cleaning liquid 3.
