5. The carton sealing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said front end of said flap is provided with an inclined arc.

6. The carton sealing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the capping hammer and the bottom of the capping rod are each provided with rollers.

7. The carton sealing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the capping hammer and the bottom of the capping rod are each provided with a recess, and the rollers are inserted into the recesses and connected by a connecting rod.

The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging on a production line, and particularly relates to carton sealing equipment.

Background

Nowadays, the automatic boxing of products on a production line is realized, manual operation is not needed, and the time and labor cost are greatly saved. But the carton filled with the products is still in an open state without the action of external force, and the final carton sealing is not finished. Some manufacturers manually seal the cartons, but the sealing of each carton is a heavy work, and a large labor cost is required; some manufacturers use some automated equipment, but the cost is high and the structure is complex.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide carton sealing equipment which has a simple structure, reduces the cost, improves the efficiency, realizes a full-automatic process on a production line and reduces the workload of operators.

The carton sealing equipment is used for pressing the cover of the open carton for storing products on a production line, and comprises a bracket positioned above the production line, a longitudinal sealing structure and a transverse sealing structure, wherein the longitudinal sealing structure and the transverse sealing structure are arranged on the bracket; the longitudinal sealing mechanism comprises a baffle and a gland hammer, the baffle is fixed on the bracket, the gland hammer comprises a movable rod and a hammer body fixed at the bottom of the movable rod, and the top of the movable rod is fixed on the bracket and does circular motion along a fixed point; the transverse sealing mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the baffle and comprises a slide rail and a pair of sealing rods moving oppositely along the slide rail, and the width between the pair of sealing rods is larger than that of the carton.

In the above, the open carton passes through the apparatus along the running direction of the production line, firstly, the cover in front of the advancing carton is pushed to close by the baffle plate through the longitudinal sealing structure, and meanwhile, the cover in back of the carton is hammered by the gland hammer to make the cover to rebound to the original position after closing; the carton continues to move forward, and through the transverse opening structure, the cover sealing rods on the two sides of the sliding rail slide to the middle, and the cover on the two sides of the carton is closed and then returns to the starting point. The gland hammer and the gland rod are both driven by an external motor.

Furthermore, the top of the cover sealing rod is provided with a limiting spring. The limiting spring makes the motion track of the cover sealing rod from one side of the slide rail to the middle of the slide rail and then from the middle of the slide rail to the starting point.

Furthermore, the middle part of the slide rail is provided with a gear. The gear defines the travel path of the cover rod.

Further, the baffle is vertically arranged downwards along the center line of the bracket. The baffle is perpendicular to the central line of support, and thickness is limited, when the carton lid of both sides is closed, can not cause the hindrance.

Furthermore, the front end of the baffle is provided with an inclined radian, so that the baffle is in softer contact with the carton cover, and scraping cannot be caused.

Further, the bottom of the gland hammer and the bottom of the gland rod are both provided with rollers. The contact of the roller and the carton cover is softer, and scraping cannot be caused.

Furthermore, the bottom of the gland hammer and the bottom of the gland rod are both provided with notches, and the rollers are embedded into the notches and connected through connecting rods. By the arrangement, only one roller is needed; the connecting rod can also penetrate through two sides of the bottom of the gland hammer or the gland rod, and two rollers are respectively arranged on the two sides.

According to the carton sealing equipment, the longitudinal sealing structure and the transverse sealing structure are arranged on the bracket above the production line, so that the front and rear parts and the left and right side covers of the carton are easily sealed, the automation degree is high, the integrated flow production of products is realized, the labor cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; the equipment has simple structure, low cost and easy assembly and operation.
