1. A sauce machine which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

a host; the host includes: the device comprises a rack, a screw rod arranged on the rack, a driver connected with the screw rod, and a material blocking piece arranged on the rack; the frame is provided with a material receiving pipe; the screw is accommodated in the material receiving pipe; the material blocking sheet is positioned at the outlet end of the material receiving pipe; and

the sauce cup is connected with the main machine; the sauce cup comprises: the stirring device comprises a cup body and stirring blades arranged in the cup body; the cup body is provided with a discharge hole; the discharge hole is communicated with the outlet end of the material receiving pipe; the stirring blade is connected with the driver.

2. The sauce machine of claim 1, wherein the screw and the drive are in non-contact connection via a magnetic gear.

3. The sauce machine of claim 1, wherein the stop piece is connected to the driver.

4. The sauce machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the non-contact connection between the catch piece and the driver is by means of an electromagnetic clutch.

a host; the host computer includes: the device comprises a rack, a screw rod arranged on the rack, a driver connected with the screw rod and a material blocking piece arranged on the rack; the frame is provided with a material receiving pipe; the screw is accommodated in the material receiving pipe; the material blocking sheet is positioned at the outlet end of the material receiving pipe; and

a sauce cup connected with the main machine; the sauce cup includes: the stirring device comprises a cup body and stirring blades arranged in the cup body; the cup body is provided with a discharge hole; the discharge port is communicated with the outlet end of the material receiving pipe; the stirring blade is connected with a driver.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, which is a sauce machine 100 of an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the sauce machine 100 comprises: a main machine 10 and a sauce cup 20 connected with the main machine 10. The sauce cup 20 is used for storing sauce, and the main machine 10 is used for bearing the sauce cup 20 and realizing the taking of the sauce. Further, in this embodiment, a sauce bowl 30 for the user to pick up sauce is also shown, which is used to receive sauce that is released from the main unit 10.

Hereinafter, the sauce machine 100 will be further described with reference to fig. 2 to 7 on the basis of fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the host computer 10 includes: the device comprises a frame 11, a screw 12 arranged on the frame 11, a driver 13 connected with the screw 12, and a material blocking sheet 14 arranged on the frame 11. Wherein, the frame 11 is provided with a material receiving pipe 111. The screw 12 is accommodated in the material receiving pipe 111. The material blocking sheet 14 is located at the outlet end of the material receiving pipe 111. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the taking of the sauce, the material receiving pipe 111 is preferably vertically arranged, and the sauce can be driven to fall by the action of gravity.

In order to better control the speed of extraction of the sauce, in this embodiment the screw 12 is a pitch screw.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the screw 12 and the driver 13 are connected in a non-contact manner by a magnetic gear 15. For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the magnetic gear 15 is disposed at the inlet end of the material receiving pipe 111. The magnetic gear 15 is a hollow ring-shaped structure provided with a connecting portion (a dotted line segment area in fig. 4) extending to the center of the material receiving pipe 111. The connecting portion is used for connecting the screw 12. The magnetic gear 15 is of an annular structure, and is capable of connecting the screw 12 to link the screw 12 and allowing sauce to pass through the magnetic gear 15, so that the magnetic gear 15 is prevented from obstructing the sauce from entering the material receiving pipe 111. By adopting the magnetic gear 15 as a transmission member, the non-contact connection between the screw 12 and the driver 13 can be realized, so that sauce is prevented from intruding into a transmission mechanism of the driver 13, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

The material blocking sheet 14 may be driven manually or by the driver 13 in an interlocking manner.

For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the material sheet 14 is connected to the driver 13. The driver 13 is used for driving the material blocking sheet 14 to act, so that the automation degree of the equipment can be further improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the striker 14 and the driver 13 are connected in a non-contact manner by the electromagnetic clutch 16. By adopting the electromagnetic clutch 16 as a transmission part, the non-contact connection between the material blocking piece 14 and the driver 13 can be realized, so that sauce is prevented from intruding into a transmission mechanism of the driver 13, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

For another example, in other embodiments, the material piece 14 may be provided as a manual paddle.

In addition, for the resetting problem of the material blocking piece 14, if the material blocking piece 14 adopts a mode that the driver 13 is linked, a resetting torsion spring can be arranged on the material blocking piece 14, and after the driver 13 stops, the material blocking piece 14 is driven to reset automatically by the resetting torsion spring. If the material blocking piece 14 is in a manual mode, the material blocking piece can be reset manually, or a reset torsion spring is arranged on the material blocking piece 14, and the material blocking piece 14 is driven to reset automatically by the reset torsion spring after a user removes acting force. In other embodiments, the return torsion spring may be replaced with an elastic member such as a leaf spring or a coil spring that can provide a return capability.

The automation degree of the equipment is further improved, and therefore the use convenience is improved. The host 10 may further include: the start switch of the driver 13 is connected. The user can control the driver 13 to operate by operating the start switch to realize material taking. For example, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the activation switch is an activation button 17 provided on an outer surface of the chassis 11. The user can start the driver 13 to operate by pressing the start button 17, so that the sauce is taken. The material taking time of the sauce is realized by controlling the pressing duration of the starting button 17 or pressing for the second time as a trigger signal.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the housing 11 may be provided with a pick sensor 18 for detecting the sauce bowl 30. The take-up sensor 18 is electrically connected to the drive 13. To avoid discharge without the sauce bowl 30, the extraction sensor 18 is therefore provided on the frame 11, and the actuator 13 can be activated on the premise that the extraction sensor 18 detects the sauce bowl 30.

Further, the take-off sensor 18 may be a photoelectric sensor or a pressure sensor.

Further, in other embodiments, the above-described activation switch may be integrated with the material pick-up sensor 18, i.e., the activation switch is the material pick-up sensor 18 for detecting the sauce bowl 30, and after the material pick-up sensor 18 detects the sauce bowl 30, an activation signal is sent to the driver 13 and the driver 13 starts to operate. For example, after the sauce bowl 30 is placed at a predetermined pick-up point, the drive 13 is operated to begin picking up the sauce, and when the sauce bowl 30 is picked up or removed, the drive 13 is stopped to end picking up the sauce.

Further, in the present embodiment, the driver 13 is a motor, and is preferably a stepping motor or a servo motor.

As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the sauce cup 20 includes: a cup body 21 and a stirring blade 22 installed in the cup body 21. The cup body 21 is provided with a discharge hole 211. The discharge port 211 is communicated with the outlet end of the material receiving pipe 111. The stirring blade 22 is connected to the driver 13 to obtain a driving force for rotation. In this embodiment, the stirring blade 22 is pivotally connected to the bottom of the cup body 21, and its rotating shaft extends to the outside of the cup body 21 to facilitate connection of the driver 13.

In this embodiment, the cup body 21 is a transparent container, which is convenient for the user to observe the remaining amount of sauce in the cup body 21. In addition, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the cup body 21 is further provided with a detachable lid 212.

In other embodiments, a pressure sensor and alarm for detecting the sauce cup 20 may also be provided on the main body 10. And when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor is lower than a preset threshold value, sending an alarm signal to an alarm. The alarm may be a buzzer or a warning light.

In addition, for convenience of use, in the present embodiment, the cup body 21 is detachably attached to the frame 11, as shown in fig. 2. By adopting a detachable connection mode, the cup body 21 can be detached from the main machine 10, so that sauce can be conveniently put in and the cup body 21 can be conveniently cleaned. For example, the cup body 21 may be removed from the frame 11 to replace the sauce, to clean the cup body 21 and the paddle 22, or to repair the cup body 21 and the paddle 22.

Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, in the present embodiment, the sauce cup 20 further includes: a bottom cover 23 connected to the cup body 21. The bottom cover 23 is rotatably disposed with respect to the cup body 21. The bottom cover 23 is provided with a discharge port 231 corresponding to the discharge port 211. By rotating the bottom cover 23, the discharging hole 231 and the discharging hole 211 are dislocated to seal the discharging hole 211, so that the sauce can be prevented from falling from the discharging hole 211 before the cup body 21 is butted with the frame 11, for example, the sauce is prevented from being leaked out from the discharging hole 211 in the process of moving the cup body 21.

Considering that the discharging hole 231 is misaligned with the discharging hole 211 before the cup body 21 is abutted with the frame 11, after the cup body 21 is abutted with the frame 11, the discharging hole 231, the discharging hole 211 and the inlet end of the material receiving pipe 111 need to be aligned to realize material taking. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the bottom cover 23 is provided with a first limiting member. The frame 11 is provided with a second limiting member matched with the first limiting member. The cup body 21 is provided with a third limiting member. The frame 11 is provided with a limit sensor 114 for detecting the third limiting member and an alarm electrically connected to the limit sensor 114. When the cup body 21 is butted with the frame 11, the bottom cover 23 is determined to reach a preset position through the first limiting member and the second limiting member in matching connection. Then, the cup 21 is rotated to make the third position-limiting member reach the detection position of the position-limiting sensor 114, so that the cup 21 is butted with the frame 11, and the discharge port 211, the discharge port 231, and the inlet end of the material receiving pipe 111 are communicated.

For example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the first limiting member is a protrusion 232 disposed outside the bottom cover 23, and the second limiting member is a slot 112 disposed at the top end of the frame 11 (as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the top end of the frame 11 is provided with a protruding ring 113 for sleeving the bottom cover 23, and the slot 112 is disposed on the protruding ring 113), when the bottom cover 23 is abutted to the frame 11, the protrusion 232 is aligned to the slot 112 to combine the bottom cover 23 and the frame 11, and the alignment of the discharging opening 231 and the inlet end of the material receiving pipe 111 is completed. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the stirring blade 22 and the driver 13 are detachably connected by the elastic spline 19.
