In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 202 comprises a spring, one end of the spring is connected to the first upright and the other end is connected to the support rod, and in order to ensure the stability of the spring under force, the spring is preferably connected to the first upright and the support rod through a connecting member. In a preferred embodiment, a protective net is arranged between every two first columns 1, and the protective net is detachably connected with the first columns; preferably, the protective net is a steel wire net. In other embodiments, the protective net is a rope net.

The monitoring device 3 monitors the stress condition of the first upright post 1 and/or the support rod piece; in other preferred embodiments, the monitoring device 3 monitors the distance of the approaching object in front of the first upright 1 and/or support bar 2; the alarm device 4 is connected with the monitoring device 3, when the monitoring result of the monitoring device 3 shows abnormality, the monitoring device 3 sends an alarm signal to the alarm device 4, and the alarm device 4 gives an alarm. The alarm mode of the alarm device 4 can be a warning mode of making a sound and/or a light, and can also be a warning mode of sending a signal to a mobile phone or other monitoring ports to warn and remind management personnel of danger.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, the monitoring device 3 is configured to monitor the stress of the spring member 202, and when the stress of the spring member 202 reaches a preset alarm value, the monitoring device 3 sends a signal to the alarm device 4, and the alarm device 4 sends an alarm to alarm. Further preferably, a second cross bar 5 is included, and the second cross bar 5 connects the plurality of first columns 1 in series to fix the positional relationship between the plurality of first columns 1. The second cross rod 5 is detachably connected with the first upright post 1. Preferably, the second cross bar 5 is connected with the middle part of the support rod 2, so as to further improve the stability of the structure that the first upright posts 1 keep a fixed position distance between each two upright posts.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, the present invention comprises a fixed base 6 disposed at the bottom of the first upright column 1, and the fixed base 6 plays a role of supporting and fixing the first upright column to prevent it from rubbing on the bridge deck; the fixed base can be a table-type base, and can also be a frame-type fixed base only comprising a bottom plate and a supporting frame. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the fixing base 6 includes a fixing plate and a supporting plate, the fixing plate is fixed on the bridge deck of the constructed bridge road through an anchor bolt, so as to fix the position of the first upright column 1 mounted on the fixing base 6 relative to the bridge deck, and the supporting plate and the fixing plate enclose a stable triangular structure, thereby further improving the structural stability of the fixing base.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, a fluorescent mark is disposed on the first upright 1, and the fluorescent mark may be a painted fluorescent paint or a pasted fluorescent warning strip; the fluorescent mark is set, so that the safety monitoring and protecting device can be better identified under the condition of excessively low brightness at night and/or around, and the safety protection coefficient of the safety monitoring and protecting device is improved.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the first upright 1 is provided with a spacing rod for isolating the distance between the support rod and the vehicle and/or the pedestrian, so as to prevent the pedestrian or the vehicle from approaching the edge of the protection in an unconscious condition, and improve the safety protection range of the protection. Furthermore, the spacing rods are connected through cross rods.
