1. A tailgate handle apparatus comprising:

a housing for housing a switch and a switch knob; and

a cover covering an exterior of the housing;

wherein the switch knob is maintained at an initial position at least when the housing is assembled with the housing.

2. The back door handle device according to claim 1, wherein the back door handle device is mounted on a back door of a vehicle, and has a handle switch function for unlocking or locking the back door, wherein:

the switch is used for outputting a signal for unlocking or locking the back door;

the switch toggle is used for supplementing the actuating force of the switch;

the housing is used for accommodating the switch and the switch knob; and is

The outer cover covers the exterior of the housing,

wherein the switch knob includes:

an operating portion that moves from the initial position to a switch position by a force applied by an operator of the operating portion;

a spring section elastically deformed to generate an elastic force in a direction to return the operating portion to the initial position when the operating portion is moved from the initial position toward the switch position; and

a temporary fixing portion that prevents the following movement of the switch knob: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position; and is

Wherein the signal is output from the switch when the operating portion reaches the switch position.

3. The back door handle device according to claim 2, wherein the elastic force is generated in the spring section when the operating part is located at the initial position.

The back door handle device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the temporary fixing portion is configured as a rod-like member having a claw at a tip thereof such that the following movement of the switch knob is prevented by hooking the claw on the housing or a substrate on which the switch is mounted: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position.

A method for manufacturing a back door handle device installed on a back door of a vehicle and having a handle switch function for unlocking or locking the back door, the method comprising the step of assembling a housing for accommodating a switch for outputting a signal for unlocking or locking the back door and a switch knob for supplementing an actuation force of the switch to a housing covering an outside of the housing,

wherein the switch knob includes:

an operating portion that moves from an initial position to a switch position by a force applied by an operator of the operating portion to operate the switch to output the signal;

a spring section elastically deformed to generate an elastic force in a direction to return the operating portion to the initial position when the operating portion is moved from the initial position toward the switch position; and

a temporary fixing portion that prevents the following movement of the switch knob: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position;

wherein the assembling step includes temporarily fixing the switch knob within the housing by means of the temporary fixing portion, thereby preventing positional misalignment of the switch knob and interruption of the assembling due to contact of the switch knob with the housing.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step of assembling, the switch knob is temporarily fixed within the housing in a state where the elastic force is generated in the spring section.

7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the temporary fixing portion is configured as a rod-like member having a claw at a tip-portion thereof, so that the following movement of the switch toggle is prevented by hooking the claw on the housing or a substrate on which the switch is mounted: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a back door handle device and a method of manufacturing the same.

Background

Conventionally, there is known a back door handle device which is mounted on a back door of a vehicle and is provided with a switch for outputting a signal to unlock or lock the back door and a switch knob for supplementing an actuation force of the switch (for example, see patent document 1).

In the back door handle device described in patent document 1, by using the switch plate to supplement the actuation force of the switch, even in the case of using a small-sized push switch, it is possible to obtain a moderate operation load and click feeling.

Disclosure of Invention

However, in the back door handle device described in patent document 1, until the housing in which the switch and the switch knob are accommodated is assembled to the housing, the switch knob is not fixed in the housing, and thus a positional misalignment of the switch knob may occur before the housing is assembled to the housing. Further, since the switch knob partially protrudes outward from the housing, when the housing is assembled to the housing, an interruption of the assembly may also occur due to contact of the switch knob with the housing.

An object of the present invention is to provide a back door handle device and a method, the back door handle device having the following structure: this structure can prevent the positional misalignment of the switch knob and the interruption of assembly due to the contact of the switch knob with the housing, and is used for manufacturing the following back door handle device: the back door handle device can prevent the position of the switch knob from being misplaced and the assembly from being interrupted due to the contact of the switch knob with the outer cover.

One aspect of the present invention provides the following back door handle devices [1] to [4] and methods [5] to [7] for manufacturing the back door handle devices to achieve the above object.

[1] A tailgate handle apparatus comprising: a housing for accommodating the switch and the switch knob; and a cover covering an exterior of the housing; wherein the switch knob is maintained at an initial position at least when the housing is assembled with the housing.

[2] The back door handle device according to [1], wherein the back door handle device is mounted on a back door of a vehicle and has a handle switch function for unlocking or locking the back door, wherein: the switch is used for outputting a signal for unlocking or locking the back door; the switch knob is used for supplementing the actuating force of the switch; the shell is used for accommodating the switch and the switch toggle; and a housing covering an exterior of the housing, wherein the switch knob includes: an operating portion that moves from an initial position to a switch position by a force applied by an operator of the operating portion; a spring section elastically deformed to generate an elastic force in a direction to return the operating portion to the initial position when the operating portion is moved from the initial position toward the switch position; and a temporary fixing portion that prevents the following movement of the switch knob: the movement causing the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position; and wherein when the operating portion reaches the switch position, a signal is output from the switch.

[3] The backdoor handle device according to [2], wherein an elastic force is generated in the spring section when the operating part is located at the initial position.

[4] The back door handle device according to [2] or [3], wherein the temporary fixing portion is configured as a rod-like member having a claw at a tip thereof so that the following movement of the switch knob is prevented by hooking the claw on a housing or a base plate on which the switch is mounted: this movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to the opposite side of the switch position.

[5] A method for manufacturing a back door handle device installed on a back door of a vehicle and having a handle switch function for unlocking or locking the back door, the method comprising the step of assembling a housing for accommodating a switch for outputting a signal for unlocking or locking the back door and a switch knob for supplementing an actuation force of the switch to a housing covering an outside of the housing, wherein the switch knob comprises: an operating portion that moves from an initial position to a switch position by a force applied by an operator of the operating portion to operate the switch to output a signal; a spring section elastically deformed to generate an elastic force in a direction to return the operating portion to the initial position when the operating portion is moved from the initial position toward the switch position; and a temporary fixing portion that prevents the following movement of the switch knob: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to an opposite side of the switch position; wherein the assembling step includes temporarily fixing the switch knob within the housing by means of the temporary fixing portion, thereby preventing positional misalignment of the switch knob and interruption of the assembly due to contact of the switch knob with the housing.

[6] The method according to [5], wherein, in the assembling step, the switch knob is temporarily fixed within the housing in a state where the spring force is generated in the spring section.

[7] The method according to claim [5] or [6], wherein the temporarily fixing portion is configured as a rod-like member having a claw at a tip thereof, so that the following movement of the switch knob is prevented by hooking the claw on a housing or a base plate on which the switch is mounted: the movement causes the operating portion to move from the initial position to the opposite side of the switch position.

The gist of the invention

According to the present invention, there may be provided a back door handle device and a method, the back door handle device having the following structure: this structure can prevent the positional misalignment of the switch knob and the interruption of assembly due to the contact of the switch knob with the housing, and is used for manufacturing the following back door handle device: the back door handle device can prevent the position of the switch knob from being misplaced and the assembly from being interrupted due to the contact of the switch knob with the outer cover.
