c, rotating the rotating rod, and applying force to the conical plug by the jack to attach the conical plug to the pipeline to complete plugging;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of drainage pipe network plugging, and particularly relates to a plugging device for a drainage pipe network of DN500 or below and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, the urbanization process of China is rapidly developed, new rain and sewage pipe networks are needed to be added for the construction of new cities and the transformation of old cities, and therefore new and old sewage pipe networks are needed to be connected in a grid mode, and the new rain and sewage pipe networks are connected into the original rain and sewage pipe networks. The biggest problem faced by the connection of the new sewage pipe network and the old sewage pipe network is that water can not be directly stored in the old sewage pipe network, and the old sewage pipe network needs to be plugged. The existing plugging method generally adopts frogman to go into the well for manual plugging, the method is high in cost and has great potential safety hazard, and water in a pipe network flows through the frogman greatly to cause great impact on the frogman body.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a novel inspection well pipeline plugging device and a using method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a novel inspection well pipeline plugging device comprises: the conical plug is connected with a force application device, and the force application device is connected with a jacking and fixing device; the tapered plug comprises a small-opening straight section, a tapered oblique angle plate, a large-opening back plate and a back plate nut arranged on the large-opening back plate, which are sequentially arranged, and the section of the tapered plug is of a trapezoidal structure with a narrow end and a wide end; the force application device comprises a jack, a first connecting screw rod arranged on one side of the jack, a second connecting screw rod arranged on the other side of the jack, a rotating rod used for applying force to the jack and a supporting rod used for a fixing device; one end of the first connecting screw rod is connected with the back plate nut, the other end of the first connecting screw rod is connected with the jack, and the second connecting screw rod is used for connecting the force application device with the jacking and fixing device; and the jacking and fixing device is used for holding force on the plugging device and comprises a holding steel plate and a connecting nut, one end of the connecting nut is connected with the second connecting screw rod, and the other end of the connecting nut is connected with the holding steel plate.

Further, a rubber layer is arranged on the oblique angle plate and used for sealing the pipeline.

firstly, welding the oblique angle plate to the large-opening back plate, adhering a rubber layer to the oblique angle plate, connecting a back plate nut with the first connecting screw rod, connecting a second connecting screw rod with the inner and outer wire connecting rods, and connecting the inner and outer wire connecting screw rods with the connecting nut to complete the assembly of the conical plug, the force application device and the jacking device; then confirming the trend of the pipeline, lowering the plugging device into the well, and stably placing the base plate at the bottom of the well; then, the rotating rod is rotated, the jack applies force to the conical plug, the conical plug is attached to the pipeline, and plugging is completed; and finally, removing the rotating rod, covering the well cover and completing plugging.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

1. the anti-seepage effect is more obvious;

2. the material cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened;

3. the requirement on constructors is not high, construction can be carried out without a professional frogman, the risk of personnel working in the well is avoided, and the labor cost is reduced.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 4, an assembled plugging plan view of the novel manhole pipe plugging device is shown, and the device includes: the conical plug is connected with a force application device, and the force application device is connected with a jacking and fixing device; the cross-sectional schematic view of the tapered plug part is shown in fig. 1, the tapered plug comprises a small-opening straight section 7, a conical bevel plate 3, a large-opening back plate 2 and a back plate nut 1 arranged on the large-opening back plate 2, and the back plate nut 1 adopts an M30 nut, is welded on the back of the large-opening back plate 2 and is used for being connected with the force application device. The bevel plate 3 is provided with a rubber layer 4, the thickness of the rubber layer 4 is 1cm, the rubber layer is used for sealing the pipeline, and the section of the conical plug is of a trapezoidal structure with a narrow end and a wide end. Referring to the left disc of fig. 1, which is a schematic front view of the wide back plate 2, the wide back plate 2 of the present invention is preferably made of a delta 10 steel plate. As shown in the figure, a backboard reinforcing rib 5 is provided on the large-mouth backboard 2 for reinforcing the large-mouth backboard 2.

Referring to the front view of the force applying device in the present invention shown in fig. 2, the force applying device includes a jack 11, a first connecting screw rod 61 disposed on one side of the jack 11, a second connecting screw rod 62 disposed on the other side of the jack 11, a rotating rod 9 for applying force to the jack 11, and a supporting rod for a fixing device; one end of the first connecting screw rod 61 is connected with the back plate nut 1 to realize the connection of the force application device and the conical plug, and the other end is connected with the jack 11, the device for applying force to the conical plug preferably adopts a vehicle-mounted jack, and can also be other force application devices, and the jack 11 and the first connecting screw rod 61 are preferably connected with a steel plate by adopting 100 x 10. Referring to the side view of the jacking device shown in fig. 3, the jacking device is used for holding force on the plugging device and comprises a holding steel plate 16 and a connecting nut 15, a second connecting screw 62 is connected with the connecting nut 15 through an inner and outer screw connecting rod 13 and used for increasing the stroke of the device when a well chamber is too large, and the right side of the connecting nut 15 is connected with the holding steel plate 16. A steel plate reinforcing rib 14 is provided on the holding steel plate 16 for reinforcing the holding steel plate 16.

The following describes a method for using the novel inspection well pipeline plugging device according to the present invention, with reference to specific examples:

firstly, an oblique angle plate 3 is welded on a large-opening back plate 2, a rubber layer 4 is pasted on the oblique angle plate 3, the part is used for plugging a pipeline, a force application device is connected with a second part, and the size of a conical body can be adjusted according to the diameters of a rain pipeline and a sewage pipeline. The invention takes DN500 pipeline as an example. The back plate nut 1 is connected with a first connecting screw rod 61, a second connecting screw rod 62 is connected with an inner and outer screw connecting rod 13, the inner and outer screw connecting screw rod 13 is connected with a connecting nut 15, and the assembly of the conical plug, the force application device and the jacking device is completed; then confirming the pipeline trend, lowering the device into the well, and stably placing the base plate 12 at the bottom of the well; the rotating rod 9 and the jack 11 apply force to the conical plug to enable the conical plug to be attached to a pipeline, and plugging is completed; and finally, removing the rotating rod 9, and covering the well cover to finish plugging.

Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the plugging principle of the present invention is shown, taking the example of plugging the second manhole 21. As shown in the figure, the first inspection well 20 and the third inspection well 22 are plugged by the method, then the water stored in the second inspection well 21 is pumped out, and the new pipeline access work can be carried out after no water is stored in the second inspection well 21.
