Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of detection of the unbalance of the aerodynamic characteristics of blades of wind driven generators, in particular to a method and a system for detecting the aerodynamic unbalance of the blades of the wind driven generators.

Background

Currently, a method for detecting aerodynamic characteristics of a blade is based on marking a tip chord line 0 degree angle of the blade at the root of the blade according to the tip chord line or a joint line of the blade in a factory manufacturing process of the blade. During the actual operation of the pitch wind driven generator, the pneumatic imbalance of the three blades needs to be positioned according to the identification scale.

In the existing marking method, through the movement of a blade mechanical system, a 0-scale mark on a blade, namely a projection of a blade tip chord line of the blade on a blade bearing installation plane, is aligned to a certain design position on a hub, and then, a variable pitch angle of the blade is calibrated in a controller of a wind driven generator.

As the rated power of the wind driven generator is increased, longer blades are required, and the accuracy of blade tip chord angle identification is more and more important. The unbalanced blade tip chord line projection angle represents unbalanced load brought to the wind driven generator, the vibration of the wind driven generator can be caused, the power curve of the wind driven generator is poor, the power generation loss is brought, and even the fatigue life of the blade can be influenced, so that the accurate identification of the TC 0 degree of the wind driven generator blade is more and more important.

In fact, the pneumatic imbalance of the blade may be brought about by the loss of the identification card, or by inaccurate nailing of the card during the workshop manufacturing process.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems in the related art, the present invention provides a method and a system for detecting a wind turbine blade aerodynamic imbalance, which can overcome the above disadvantages in the prior art.

In conclusion, the fan blade detection and analysis method based on the blade rotation video analysis system has the advantages that the fan blade detection and analysis software can quickly identify whether the TC angles of the three blades of the wind driven generator are consistent or not in the impeller rotation state, the adjustment is quickly carried out according to the specific blade angle adjustment direction given by the analysis system, the efficiency is high, and the accuracy is good.
