Background

The speed measuring system of the Tiandi power plant unit detects the rotating speed of the unit by adopting the proximity travel switch, the reliable measuring distance of the proximity travel switch is 2.592-5.184 mm, the specified mounting distance of the speed measuring probe and the fluted disc is 4mm, and the positive and negative deviation is 1mm, so that the speed measuring probe cannot normally acquire the rotating speed of the unit. In the use process, the speed measuring system of our factory appears for many times, because the distance between the speed measuring probe and the fluted disc can not meet the requirement, the probe is damaged, the teeth are lost and the like, and the unit operation is abnormal. Therefore, the requirement on the installation process of the speed measuring probe is quite high; meanwhile, the original speed measuring probe support is very simple and easy, the speed measuring probe is very difficult to install and adjust, especially after the speed regulator is transformed, 4 sets of speed measuring devices are needed by the speed regulator and the LCU control system of the unit, and the original mounting support cannot meet the requirements at all.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop an adjustable fixing device for a speed measuring probe of a large-sized hydroelectric generating set.

The invention aims to provide an adjustable fixing device for a speed measuring probe of a large hydroelectric generating set, and aims to solve the problems that an existing support is unstable, large in vibration, difficult to install and adjust the speed measuring probe and low in working efficiency.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the mounting bracket and the base are designed in a separated mode, wherein the base can effectively solve the problem that the harsh requirements of the speed measuring probe on the detection distance precision are influenced due to strong mechanical vibration and overlarge swing of the mounting position of the speed measuring probe; the mounting bracket can effectively meet the requirement of the speed measuring probe on the accurate adjustment of the working distance, and can quickly and conveniently adjust the detection distance of the speed measuring probe;

(2) the base can be provided with four mounting brackets, so that the requirement of field on multi-probe mounting can be met, and the problem that the mounting is influenced in the multi-probe mounting process is effectively solved;

(3) the original working time needing a morning is shortened to only 30 minutes, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the adjustable fixing device for the speed measuring probe of the large hydroelectric generating set comprises a base 1 and four mounting brackets 2. The base 1 is L-shaped and comprises a first horizontal plate 1a and a first vertical plate 1 b; one side of the first horizontal plate 1a, which is far away from the first vertical plate 1b, is an arc surface, and four pairs of threaded holes 1c are uniformly formed in the edge of the first horizontal plate 1a, which is far away from the first vertical plate 1 b; a plurality of screw holes 1d are formed in the lower edge of the first vertical plate 1b, and in the embodiment, the number of the screw holes 1d is four. The mounting bracket 2 is L-shaped and comprises a second horizontal plate 2a and a second vertical plate 2 b; two waist-shaped holes 2c are formed in the second horizontal plate 2 a; and a speed measuring probe mounting hole 2d is formed in the second vertical plate 2 b. As shown in FIG. 6, in use, the base 1 is first fixed on the flying pendulum base by screws 3 through four screw holes 1d on the first vertical plate 1b to ensure that the base 1 is firmly and stably installed. Four movably adjustable mounting brackets 2 are then mounted to the first horizontal plate 1a of the base 1, but the screws 3 for fastening the mounting brackets 2 and the base 1 are not tightened. Then, the speed measuring probe 6 is installed on the second vertical plate 2b of the installation support 2, the installation distance between the speed measuring probe 6 and the fluted disc 5 is roughly adjusted, and then the speed measuring probe 6 is installed in place; and then the distance between the second vertical plate 2b and the fluted disc 5 is adjusted one by one through the kidney-shaped hole 2c on the mounting bracket 2, so that the distance between the speed measuring probe 6 and the fluted disc 5 is adjusted. After the distance between the speed measuring probe 6 and the fluted disc 5 is adjusted, the screw 3 used for fastening the base 1 and the mounting bracket 2 is screwed down.
