acquiring a chip cleaning request electric signal;

if yes, generating a control signal;

controlling the control valve of any of claims 1 to 5 to open in response to a control signal, the scavenge tube blowing debris between the flywheel and the clutch friction disc.

7. The method of engine speed interference prevention according to claim 6, wherein said obtaining a debris removal request electrical signal comprises:

acquiring the action times of a clutch pedal;

judging whether the action times of the clutch pedal are preset times or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating a clutch pedal action count zero clearing signal and a clutch release time timing signal.

8. The method of engine speed interference prevention according to claim 6, wherein said obtaining a debris removal request electrical signal comprises:

acquiring the running time of the vehicle;

judging whether the running time of the vehicle is a preset running time or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating an operating time count clear signal and a clutch release time count signal.

9. The method of engine speed interference prevention according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the obtaining of the debris removal request electric signal includes:

acquiring clutch separation time;

judging whether the clutch separation time is preset separation time or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating a clutch separation time timing zero clearing signal, a clutch pedal action count zero clearing signal and an operation time timing zero clearing signal.

10. The method of engine speed interference prevention according to claim 6, wherein said means of engine speed interference prevention comprises a debris removal switch electrically connected to said electronic control unit;

then the acquiring of the electronic chip cleaning request signal comprises the following steps:

judging whether the chip cleaning switch is actuated or not;

if so, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of engines, in particular to a device and a method for preventing the rotating speed of an engine from being interfered.

Background

The rotating speed signal is an important input signal parameter for an engine controlled by an electronic control system, the electronic control engine needs to acquire the actual rotating speed of the engine from a rotating speed sensor, and the control system judges the compression top dead center of an engine cylinder according to the actual rotating speed of the engine and calculates the ignition angle and the jet crankshaft angle of the engine. The abnormal engine speed signal can cause the overlong starting time of the engine and the limitation of the torque output of the engine, thereby influencing the service life of the vehicle and threatening the driving safety of a driver.

At present, the rotating speed of an engine is mostly detected through a rotating speed sensor arranged on a flywheel shell, and if the rotating speed sensor is interfered, a rotating speed signal is abnormal. Most of the current rotating speed sensors are magnetoelectric sensors with magnetism. During the running process of a vehicle, the flywheel and the clutch friction disc rub against each other to generate some chips inevitably, the chips contain certain iron, when a driver steps on the clutch pedal, the clutch friction disc and the engine flywheel are separated, and the chips are adsorbed on the rotating speed sensor under the action of the magnetic force of the rotating speed sensor. When the debris is less, the rotating speed signal is not influenced. When debris accumulates to a certain extent, it will interfere with the speed signal at the instant that debris is attracted to the speed sensor. The failure of the engine to report the synchronous signal, the torque limitation of the engine and the severe condition can cause the engine to be flameout.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the invention provides a device and a method for preventing the rotating speed of an engine from being interfered, which can remove the debris influencing the detection signal of a rotating speed sensor so as to obtain an accurate rotating speed signal.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a device for preventing the interference of the rotating speed of an engine comprises an air inlet pipe, a control valve arranged on the air inlet pipe and a scrap cleaning pipe communicated with the air inlet pipe, wherein the scrap cleaning pipe is arranged on a flywheel shell and is close to a rotating speed sensor; the control valve is controlled by an electronic control unit.

A method of engine speed interference prevention comprising the steps of:

acquiring a chip cleaning request electric signal;

judging whether the chip cleaning request electric signal is a preset chip cleaning signal or not;

if yes, generating a control signal;

and controlling the control valve to be opened according to the control signal, and blowing the debris between the flywheel and the clutch friction disc out of the debris cleaning pipe.

Preferably, the acquiring the electronic signal for requesting chip removal includes:

acquiring the action times of a clutch pedal;

judging whether the action times of the clutch pedal are preset times or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating a clutch pedal action count zero clearing signal and a clutch release time timing signal.

Preferably, the acquiring the electronic signal for requesting chip removal includes:

acquiring the running time of the vehicle;

judging whether the running time of the vehicle is a preset running time or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating an operating time count clear signal and a clutch release time count signal.

Preferably, the acquiring the electronic signal for requesting chip removal includes:

acquiring clutch separation time;

judging whether the clutch separation time is preset separation time or not;

if yes, outputting a preset chip cleaning signal; and generating a clutch separation time timing zero clearing signal, a clutch pedal action count zero clearing signal and an operation time timing zero clearing signal.

Because the intake pipe is last to set up two at least clear bits pipe, all clear bits pipes are established respectively in speed sensor's both sides, promote and blow the piece effect.

Because the air inlet of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air outlet of the air compressor, the invention utilizes the compressed air provided by the vehicle to blow the scraps, reduces the cost and has reasonable structure and configuration and utilization.
