Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of five-axis linkage machining, in particular to a five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system.

Background

The hydraulic clamp is a clamp system which has the advantages of simple structure, high automation degree, fixed clamping point, reliable clamping force and quick workpiece clamping and releasing, can improve the production efficiency and the product quality, and is widely applied to the industries of automobile part processing, die processing and the like.

The five-axis cradle turntable plays an important role in processing curved surface parts, belongs to a high-end functional part in a numerical control machine tool, and is preferably cradle double-pendulum in structural layout. The five-axis cradle turntable generally comprises a B shaft assembly, a swing arm, a workbench assembly (namely a C shaft assembly) and a support tailstock, wherein two ends of the swing arm are respectively connected with the B shaft assembly and the support tailstock, and the workbench assembly is arranged on the swing arm. A common five-axis cradle turntable machine tool is generally matched with a hydraulic functional interface on a workbench component, and a machine tool user can conveniently access a hydraulic clamp system subsequently. The realization structures of all machine tool manufacturers for the hydraulic functional interfaces are different, but the realization structures are all drag chain structures, and the structure has the advantages of simple design and large size, has poor universality of the hydraulic functional interfaces and can not meet the access requirements of complex fixtures.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system which has compact structure, comprehensive functions, strong universality and applicability and high modularization degree aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system comprises a B-axis assembly, a swing arm, a C-axis assembly and a supporting tailstock, wherein the B-axis assembly comprises a hollow B-axis transmission shaft and a hollow B-axis shell which are horizontally arranged, the C-axis assembly comprises a hollow C-axis transmission shaft and a hollow C-axis shell which are vertically arranged, two ends of the swing arm are respectively connected with the B-axis transmission shaft and the supporting tailstock, the middle part of the swing arm is fixed on the C-axis shell, the top end of the C-axis transmission shaft is fixed with a workbench, a B-axis oil distributor is arranged on the inner side of the B-axis transmission shaft, the B-axis oil distributor is fixedly connected on the B-axis shell, the B-axis transmission shaft is sleeved on the outer side of the B-axis oil distributor, the outer circular surface of the B-axis oil distributor is in clearance fit with the inner circular surface of the B-axis transmission shaft, the B-shaft oil separator is internally provided with a plurality of first oil paths, the B-shaft transmission shaft is internally provided with a plurality of second oil paths which correspond to the plurality of first oil paths one by one, each first oil path is communicated with one second oil path, and the front end of each second oil path is connected with a hydraulic pipe; the inner side of the C-axis transmission shaft is provided with a C-axis oil separator and a C-axis oil separator sleeve, the C-axis oil separator is fixedly connected to the C-axis shell, the C-axis oil separator sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the C-axis oil separator, the outer circular surface of the C-axis oil separator is in clearance fit with the inner circular surface of the C-axis oil separator sleeve, the C-axis transmission shaft is sleeved on the outer side of the C-axis oil separator sleeve, the C-axis oil separator sleeve is fixed on the C-axis transmission shaft, a plurality of paths of third oil paths which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of hydraulic pipes are arranged in the C-axis oil separator, a plurality of paths of fourth oil paths which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of paths of third oil paths are arranged in the C-axis oil separator sleeve, the lower end of each path of third oil path is connected with one hydraulic pipe, and the upper end of each path of third oil path is communicated with one path of fourth, the top end of the C-axis oil separator sleeve is fixedly provided with a C-axis gland, the C-axis gland is provided with a plurality of hydraulic function interfaces which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of paths of fourth oil paths, and each hydraulic function interface is communicated with one path of fourth oil path.

The invention provides a general solution for a five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system. This hydraulic system adopts rotary seal structure, and its all oil circuits all set up at B axle transmission shaft and C axle transmission inboard, and compact structure need not to arrange tedious tow chain structure, can guarantee five cradle revolving stage overall structure's compactedness, and this hydraulic system function is comprehensive simultaneously, can provide a plurality of hydraulic function interfaces that are multiple functional, and hydraulic function interface's commonality and suitability are strong, and the modularization degree is high, is favorable to reducing five cradle revolving stage's manufacturing cost. A machine tool user can automatically change a hydraulic functional interface according to actual requirements so as to meet the access requirement of a complex clamp.

Preferably, each first oil path is arranged along the axial direction of the B-axis oil separator, the plurality of first oil paths are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the B-axis oil separator, each second oil path is arranged along the axial direction of the B-axis transmission shaft, and the plurality of second oil paths are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the B-axis transmission shaft; each path of third oil path is arranged along the axial direction of the C-axis oil separator, the multiple paths of third oil paths are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the C-axis oil separator, each path of fourth oil path is arranged along the axial direction of the C-axis oil separator sleeve, and the multiple paths of fourth oil paths are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the C-axis oil separator sleeve. The design of the oil circuit is convenient for processing, ensures no mutual interference among the oil circuits, and simultaneously is convenient for saving and utilizing the space of the five-axis cradle turntable to the maximum extent.

Preferably, a plurality of first annular grooves are arranged between the B-axis transmission shaft and the B-axis oil separator, the plurality of first annular grooves are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the B-axis oil separator, each first annular groove is arranged around the circumferential direction of the outer circular surface of the B-axis oil separator and the inner circular surface of the B-axis transmission shaft, each first oil path is connected with a first sub oil path which is radially arranged, each second oil path is connected with a second sub oil path which is radially arranged, and each first annular groove is respectively communicated with the first sub oil path and the second sub oil path; a plurality of second annular grooves are arranged between the C-axis oil separator sleeve and the C-axis oil separator, the second annular grooves are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the C-axis oil separator, each second annular groove is arranged around the circumferential direction of the outer circular surface of the C-axis oil separator and the inner circular surface of the C-axis oil separator sleeve, each third oil path is connected with a third sub-oil path which is arranged in the radial direction, each fourth oil path is connected with a fourth sub-oil path which is arranged in the radial direction, and each second annular groove is respectively communicated with the third sub-oil path and the fourth sub-oil path. The shaft B transmission shaft is a rotating main body of the shaft B assembly, the shaft C transmission shaft and the shaft C oil distributor sleeve are rotating main bodies of the shaft C assembly, the shaft B oil distributor and the shaft C oil distributor are respectively one of fixed parts of the shaft B assembly and the shaft C assembly, and the design of the plurality of first annular grooves and the plurality of second annular grooves can ensure that each first oil way is always communicated with the second oil way and each third oil way is always communicated with the fourth oil way no matter how the shaft B transmission shaft and the shaft C transmission shaft rotate.

Preferably, a plurality of first rotary sealing elements are arranged between the B-axis transmission shaft and the B-axis oil separator, the plurality of first rotary sealing elements are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the B-axis oil separator, and two sides of each first annular groove are respectively provided with one first rotary sealing element; a plurality of second rotary sealing pieces are arranged between the C-axis oil distributor sleeve and the C-axis oil distributor, the second rotary sealing pieces are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the C-axis oil distributor, and two sides of each second annular groove are respectively provided with one second rotary sealing piece. Preferably, a first dust cover is fixedly connected to the rear side of the B-axis shell, and the first connecting plate is fixed on the first dust cover; the bottom end of the C-axis shell is fixedly provided with a C-axis reading head flange, and the second connecting plate is fixed on the C-axis reading head flange.

Preferably, the B-axis oil separator is a hollow B-axis oil separator, a hollow routing shaft is arranged inside the B-axis oil separator, and the routing shaft is fixed on the B-axis transmission shaft. The wiring shaft is used for facilitating wiring inside the B shaft, so that the B shaft is more compact in structure.

Preferably, a deep groove ball bearing is arranged between the C-axis oil separator and the C-axis oil separator sleeve, the deep groove ball bearing is mounted at the upper end of the C-axis oil separator, a second dust cover is arranged above the C-axis oil separator and located below the C-axis gland, the outer circular surface of the second dust cover is in clearance fit with the inner circular surface of the C-axis oil separator sleeve, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the second dust cover and the C-axis oil separator sleeve. The deep groove ball bearing plays a supporting role for the C-axis oil distributor sleeve, and the C-axis oil distributor sleeve is ensured to stably and reliably rotate along with the C-axis transmission shaft.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system disclosed by the invention adopts a rotary sealing structure, all oil ways of the five-axis cradle turntable hydraulic system are arranged on the inner sides of the B-axis transmission shaft and the C-axis transmission shaft, the structure is compact, a complicated tow chain structure is not required to be arranged, the compactness of the whole structure of the five-axis cradle turntable can be ensured, meanwhile, the hydraulic system has comprehensive functions, a plurality of hydraulic function interfaces with complete functions can be provided, the universality and the applicability of the hydraulic function interfaces are strong, the modularization degree is high, and the manufacturing cost of the five-axis cradle turntable can be reduced. A machine tool user can automatically change a hydraulic functional interface according to actual requirements so as to meet the access requirement of a complex clamp.
