1. A method for plugging a water source by a large-diameter pipeline is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The method for plugging a water source of a large-diameter pipeline according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, a diver places a first non-inflated plugging airbag at the upstream side of the to-be-plugged part of the pipeline, inflates the first plugging airbag to a preset pressure, and after inflation is completed, places a second plugging airbag between the to-be-plugged part of the pipeline and the first plugging airbag, and inflates the second plugging airbag to a preset pressure.

3. The method for plugging a water source of a large-diameter pipeline according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the length of the opening is greater than the inner diameter of the pipeline, and the width of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline.

The method for plugging the water source of the large-diameter pipeline according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, before the concrete is poured, the steel bars are planted on the inner wall of the pipeline on two sides of the opening, and the support formwork positions are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the steel bar planting position.

In the reconstruction engineering construction process of the urban shed house area, the original underground sewage and other pipelines are often left in the construction area. Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention aims to provide a method for plugging a water source in a large-diameter pipeline, and aims to solve the technical problems of high water plugging difficulty and poor water plugging effect when plugging a water source in a large-diameter pipeline.

According to the invention, the method for plugging the water source of the large-diameter pipeline comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps that firstly, two plugging air bags are sequentially arranged on the upstream side of a to-be-plugged part of the pipeline to plug a water source, and the two plugging air bags are arranged at a preset distance;

secondly, an opening is formed in the top of the pipeline at the position to be plugged, templates are supported in the pipelines on the front side and the rear side of the opening, and concrete is poured from the opening to plug the pipeline;

and step three, after the concrete is solidified, taking the plugging air bag and the template out of the pipeline.

Preferably, in the first step, a diver places a first non-inflated plugging air bag at the upstream side of the part to be plugged of the pipeline, inflates the first plugging air bag to a preset pressure, places a second plugging air bag between the part to be plugged of the pipeline and the first plugging air bag after inflation is completed, and inflates the second plugging air bag to the preset pressure.

Preferably, in the second step, the length of the opening is greater than the inner diameter of the pipeline, and the width of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline.

Preferably, in the second step, before concrete is poured, steel bars are planted on the inner walls of the pipelines on two sides of the opening, and the support formwork positions are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the steel bar planting positions.

Preferably, the embedded steel bars are threaded steel bars with the diameter of 14mm-18mm, the threaded steel bars are arranged in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the threaded steel bars are uniformly distributed in all directions.

Preferably, the distance between adjacent said rebar in each direction is 150mm-250 mm.

Preferably, the distance between the position of the embedded steel bars and the position of the supporting template is 100mm-200 mm.

According to the method for plugging the water source of the large-diameter pipeline, after the water source at the upstream side is plugged by the two plugging air bags, the top of the pipeline at the part to be plugged is provided with the opening, the templates are supported in the pipelines at the front side and the rear side of the opening to pour concrete to plug the pipeline, after the plugging air bags plug and cut off the water source at the upstream side of the part to be plugged, enough construction operation conditions and operation time can be provided for the pouring concrete at the part to be plugged, and after the concrete is solidified, the plugging air bags and the templates can be taken out from the pipeline for reuse. The method can rapidly and economically plug the water source of the large-diameter pipeline, has good plugging effect and reduces the construction difficulty. The method is suitable for plugging the water source of the waste underground large-diameter pipeline during engineering construction, and creates good conditions for field construction.

Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.

The invention provides a method for plugging a water source by a large-diameter pipeline, which comprises the following steps:

In the step, a diver carries a first non-inflated plugging airbag 2 to enter the pipeline 1 from a pipeline inspection well 4, the first plugging airbag 2 is placed on the upstream side of a to-be-plugged part of the pipeline, the first plugging airbag 2 is inflated to a preset pressure, after the pipeline 1 is plugged by the first plugging airbag 2, the diver returns to the pipeline inspection well 4 and then carries a second plugging airbag 3 to enter the pipeline 1, the second plugging airbag 3 is placed on the downstream side of the first plugging airbag 2, the second plugging airbag 3 is spaced from the first plugging airbag 2 by a preset distance, the second plugging airbag 3 is inflated to the preset pressure, the second plugging airbag 3 is arranged in front of the pipeline 1, the inner wall of the pipeline 1 where the second plugging airbag 3 is arranged is cleaned, and impurities are removed, so that the second plugging airbag 3 achieves a better plugging effect. Through setting up first shutoff gasbag 2 and second shutoff gasbag 3, 1 shutoff effect of multiplicable pipeline effectively dams the upstream water source in the pipeline 1. In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the part to be blocked of the pipeline is positioned at the rear side of the pipeline inspection well 4, and the first blocking air bag 2 and the second blocking air bag 3 are arranged at the front side of the pipeline inspection well 4. It can be understood that more than two plugging air bags can be arranged on the upstream side of the to-be-plugged part of the pipeline 1 to plug the water source.

And step two, arranging an opening at the top of the pipeline at the part to be plugged, supporting templates in the pipelines at the front side and the rear side of the opening, and pouring concrete from the opening to plug the pipeline.

In the step, the length of an opening formed in the top of the pipeline 1 at the part to be blocked is larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline 1, so that the template 6 can be conveniently placed into the pipeline 1 from the opening, and the width of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline 1. Before opening the top of the pipeline 1, the covering on the top of the pipeline 1 is removed, and the concrete on the top of the pipeline 1 is chiseled off by using a breaking hammer.

In order to firmly combine the poured concrete 8 with the inner wall of the pipeline 1, the inner wall of the pipeline 1 at two sides of the opening is embedded with the reinforcing bars before the concrete 8 is poured. When the bar planting, use drilling tool to set up a plurality of drilling on the 1 inner wall of pipeline of opening both sides, clear away drilling, pour into the bar planting and glue, insert the drilling of 1 inner wall of pipeline with the both ends of the twisted steel 5 that the diameter is 14mm-18mm, all set up many twisted steel 5 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of 1 inside of pipeline, be parallel to each other between each twisted steel 5 of same direction, and each direction twisted steel 5 evenly arranged, the distance between the adjacent twisted steel 5 of each direction is 150mm-250 mm. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment uses the rebar 5 with a diameter of 16mm to plant the rebar on the inner wall of the pipeline 1, and the distance between adjacent rebar 5 in each direction is 200 mm.

The supporting position of a template 6 for pouring concrete 8 is arranged on one side of the embedded bar position, and the position of the template 6 arranged on the front side of the opening is positioned in front of the embedded bar position on the front side of the opening; the position of the template 6 arranged on the rear side of the opening is positioned behind the position of the embedded bars on the rear side of the opening. The distance between the position of the supporting template 6 and the position of the embedded bar is 100mm-200 mm. The front side and the rear side of the template 6 are supported and fixed by using template supports 7, and the template supports 7 adopt a template support fixing structure known in the prior art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the distance between the position of the supporting template 6 and the position of the embedded bar is 150 mm. The "front" and "rear" referred to in this embodiment are defined by the direction of water flow, the upstream side of the water flow being the front side, and the downstream side of the water flow being the rear side.

In this embodiment, the concrete 8 poured at the to-be-plugged part of the pipeline is C25P 6-grade impermeable concrete, so that the plugged pipeline achieves a good water source plugging effect.

And step three, after the concrete is solidified, taking the plugging air bag and the template out of the pipeline.

In the step, when the strength of the poured concrete 8 reaches more than 70%, the plugging air bag is taken out from the pipeline 1, and at the moment, the plugging part of the pipeline 1 can effectively plug the water source of the pipeline 1. A constructor enters the pipeline 1 from the pipeline inspection wells 4 on the front side and the rear side of the plugging part to remove the template 6 for pouring concrete 8 and take out the pipeline 1, and then a diver enters the pipeline 1 from the pipeline inspection well 4 on the front side of the plugging part to deflate the two plugging air bags and take out the pipeline 1, so that the plugging air bags can be recycled.

According to the method for plugging the water source of the large-diameter pipeline, after the water source at the upstream side is plugged by the two plugging air bags, the top of the pipeline at the part to be plugged is provided with the opening, the templates are supported in the pipelines at the front side and the rear side of the opening to pour concrete to plug the pipeline, after the plugging air bags plug and cut off the water source at the upstream side of the part to be plugged, enough construction operation conditions and operation time can be provided for the pouring concrete at the part to be plugged, and after the concrete is solidified, the plugging air bags and the templates can be taken out from the pipeline for reuse. The method can rapidly and economically plug the water source of the large-diameter pipeline, has good plugging effect and reduces the construction difficulty. The method is suitable for plugging the water source of the waste underground large-diameter pipeline during engineering construction, and creates good conditions for field construction.
