Chinese patent CN 204269003U discloses an inspection device for a hinge assembly of a rear cover of an automobile, wherein the hinge assembly of the rear cover comprises an automobile body and a cover member, the automobile body is hinged with the cover member, the inspection device comprises a chassis base, the chassis base is respectively provided with a first detection base, a second detection base, a simulation block, a detection sleeve, a positioning base and a positioning clamping mechanism, the first detection base is respectively provided with a first detection pin, a first clamping mechanism and a second detection pin, the second detection base is respectively provided with a third detection pin and a second clamping mechanism, the positioning base is provided with an automobile body positioning mechanism, the simulation block is provided with a groove, the number and the position of the first detection pin and the third detection pin are consistent with the number and the position of mounting holes of waist-shaped parts of the automobile cover member, the number and the position of the second detection pin are consistent with the number and the position of mounting holes of spherical shafts of the automobile cover member, The positions are consistent, but the detection device mainly detects the number and the positions of the mounting holes and does not relate to the detection of the axial deformation.

Therefore, a checking fixture which is simple and rapid to operate, capable of improving production efficiency and high in detection precision is urgently needed to solve the problems.

a first detection reference surface parallel to the side face of the L-shaped connecting piece is arranged on the first detection base, and a second detection reference surface parallel to the side face of the L-shaped connecting piece is arranged on the second detection base;

the L-shaped connecting piece positioning mechanism comprises a first positioning surface which is in contact joint with the upper surface of the L-shaped connecting piece of the automobile rear cover hinge assembly in an opening state, and a second positioning surface which is in contact joint with the upper surface of the L-shaped connecting piece of the automobile rear cover hinge assembly in an opening state;

(a) fixing the automobile body part of the automobile rear cover hinge assembly on the checking fixture through an automobile body part positioning mechanism, adjusting the position of the automobile cover part to be in a closed state, enabling the upper surface of the L-shaped connecting part to be attached to the first positioning surface, and fixing the position of a bent pipe by adopting a bent pipe clamping mechanism;

(b) attaching the bottom surface of the instrument base to the first detection reference surface, and enabling a detection head of the dial indicator to contact the side surface of the L-shaped connecting piece to reset the dial indicator to zero;

(c) adjusting the position of the cover part to be in an opening state, enabling the upper surface of the L-shaped connecting piece to be attached to the second positioning surface, and fixing the position of the bent pipe by adopting a bent pipe clamping mechanism;

(d) and attaching the bottom surface of the instrument base to the second detection reference surface, contacting a detection head of the dial indicator with the side surface of the L-shaped connecting piece, reading data of the dial indicator, and detecting the deformation of the automobile rear cover hinge assembly from a closed state to an open state.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the hinge assembly of the rear cover of the automobile comprises a body part and a cover part which are connected through a hinge, the body part is fixed, the cover part rotates in a plane, if axial deformation or offset exists, the position of the side surface of the L connecting piece on the elbow, which is parallel to the rotating plane, is changed relative to the rotating plane, the invention arranges a first detection reference surface and a second detection reference surface at the position of the L connecting piece when the vehicle cover piece is in a closed state and an open state, the positions of the side surfaces of the L-shaped connecting piece relative to the first detection reference surface and the second detection reference surface are detected through the dial indicator, if the product is not deformed axially, the value detected by the dial indicator is the same, if the product is deformed axially in the opening state and the closing state, the positions of the side surfaces of the L-shaped connecting member with respect to the first detection reference surface and the second detection reference surface are different, and the difference between the two is the deformation amount.

In the detection method, in order to further perform rapid detection and improve efficiency, the dial indicator may be zeroed at the first detection reference surface, and the position detection data at the second detection reference surface is corrected by the position offset of the first detection reference surface and the second detection reference surface, that is, is a difference.

Furthermore, the first detection reference surface and the second detection reference surface are designed to be positioned on the same plane, so that the position deviation amount of the first detection reference surface and the second detection reference surface is 0, and the reading of the dial indicator obtained by detecting the position of the second detection reference surface is the deformation amount.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the original gauge and three-coordinate combined measurement are removed, the deformation can be obtained only by respectively carrying out contact measurement on two detection positions by a dial indicator, the requirement on an operator is not high, the operation is simple, and the operation is easy to operate;

(2) the device can be combined with the existing detection die, and can be matched with other items such as mounting holes for detection when the deformation is measured, so that the detection and judgment are quick and effective, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, and manpower and material resources are saved;

(3) the detection precision is high, the measurement precision of the dial indicator is high, and the final detection precision is improved.
