Background

As shown in fig. 1, the cutting table of the conveyor belt feeding type combine harvester of the invention comprises a conveyor belt mounting groove 1, a left conveyor belt 2, a left conveyor belt transmission combination 3, a feeding auger cylinder 4, a middle conveyor belt combination 5, a right conveyor belt combination 6, a feeding auger sprocket 7, a power input sprocket 8, a bearing seat 9, a middle conveyor belt transmission sprocket 10, a large sprocket 11, a transmission sprocket 12, a transmission shaft left bevel gear 13a, a transmission shaft right bevel gear 13b and a transmission shaft 14.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the transmission device of the invention is arranged on the left side of the cutting table, and comprises a feeding auger sprocket 7, a power input sprocket 8, an intermediate transmission belt transmission sprocket 10, a large sprocket 11, a transmission sprocket 12, a transmission shaft left bevel gear 13a and a transmission shaft right bevel gear 13b on the left side wall of the cutting table. Wherein the transmission shaft 14 is connected with a power system of the harvester through a big chain wheel 11 at the rightmost end of the transmission shaft to provide power for the movement of each part of the cutting table. The second chain wheel at the right end of the transmission shaft is a transmission chain wheel 12, power is input to the power input chain wheel 8 through chain transmission, meanwhile, the feeding auger chain wheel 7 is driven to rotate, the feeding auger cylinder 4 rotates, an eccentric shaft is arranged in the feeding auger cylinder 4, the telescopic rake fingers can perform telescopic motion when the feeding auger cylinder 4 rotates, and the bearing seat 9 plays a role of a support shaft. The feeding auger barrel chain wheel 7 drives two middle conveyor belt transmission chain wheels 10 to rotate through chain transmission, so that the middle conveyor belt moves anticlockwise from front to back.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the left conveying belt bevel gear 18 is connected with the transmission shaft left bevel gear 13a to change the moving direction and drive the left conveying belt to move, and the transmission shaft right bevel gear 13b and the transmission shaft left bevel gear 13a have opposite directions, so that the right conveying belt is driven to perform counterclockwise motion from right to left by performing gear transmission on the two left bevel gears of the right conveying belt assembly 6 and the two transmission shaft right bevel gears 13b at the right end of the transmission shaft, and harvested crops are put in and taken out of the middle conveying belt, wherein the internal structure of the right conveying belt assembly 6 is the same as that of the left conveying belt assembly 5.

Referring to fig. 2, the rear end of the header of the invention comprises a feeding auger mounting groove 20, a feeding auger rotating shaft 21 is mounted in the feeding auger mounting groove 20 and plays a role of protecting the feeding auger rotating shaft, a shaft sleeve 22 is arranged between a feeding auger sprocket 7 and a power input sprocket 8, the power input sprocket 8 is fixed through a fixing bolt 23, the transmission structure of a middle conveyor belt combination 5 is approximately similar to that of a left conveyor belt transmission combination 3, but the shaft ratio is longer, a middle conveyor belt transmission sprocket 10 is mounted at the tail end of the shaft and is fixed by a fixing pin 24 and is axially fixed by a key 25.

Referring to fig. 3, the left conveyor belt 2 of the present invention has a left conveyor belt transmission assembly 3 inside, the left conveyor belt transmission assembly 3 includes a conveyor belt rotating drum 16, a short shaft 17, and a left conveyor belt bevel gear 18, wherein the conveyor belt rotating drum 16 has a protruding groove, the left conveyor belt 2 also has a protruding groove, when the left conveyor belt bevel gear 18 starts to rotate under the driving of the transmission shaft left bevel gear 13a, the power of the left conveyor belt bevel gear starts to rotate through the conveyor belt rotating drum 16 of the short shaft 17 welded to the conveyor belt rotating drum 16, and the left conveyor belt 2 is driven to rotate.
