Background

The header is located at the front end of the combine harvester and serves to harvest the crop and feed it to the threshing device, so the feeding device is an important part of the header.

The existing combine harvester cutting table generally adopts a single auger barrel to perform crop feeding operation, but when long-stalk crops are harvested, the auger barrel is wound or blockage is caused frequently because the length of the crops is too long. Meanwhile, when crops are harvested from the left side or the right side of the header, the crops need to be conveyed to the spiral shifting finger through the spiral blade of the auger barrel in a long distance, and therefore seed grains are easy to damage.

The invention aims at the problems and provides a header of a combine harvester adopting a rotary finger feeding type.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the header of the rotary finger-feeding combine harvester of the invention comprises an auger barrel rotating shaft mounting groove 1, a left rotary finger-feeding upper cover 2, a rotary finger-feeding combination 3, a left rotary finger-feeding base 4, a feeding auger barrel 5, a right rotary finger-feeding upper cover 6 and a right rotary finger-feeding base 7.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the transmission device of the invention is arranged on the left side of the cutting table, and comprises a feeding auger sprocket 8, a power input sprocket 9, a rotary shifting finger long shaft transmission sprocket 10 and a bearing seat 11 on the left side wall of the cutting table, wherein the power input sprocket 9 is connected with a power system of the cutting table, the power system of the cutting table transmits power to the power input sprocket 9 and simultaneously drives a shaft to rotate, and a feeding auger cylinder 5 starts to rotate; because the power input chain wheel 9 and the feeding screw chain wheel 8 are arranged on the same shaft, the feeding screw chain wheel 8 also starts to rotate, the feeding screw chain wheel 8 drives the rotary finger-poking long shaft transmission chain wheel 10 through chain transmission, and the bearing seat 11 plays a role in supporting and fixing the long shaft 18.

The rotary thumb-shift long-axis transmission chain wheel 10 shown in fig. 2 and 3 is arranged on a long axis 18, and the inside of the rotary thumb-shift long-axis transmission chain wheel is in key connection, so that the long axis 18 rotates along with the rotary thumb-shift long-axis transmission chain wheel 10 and drives an input bevel gear 17 to rotate; the input bevel gear 17 is connected with the output bevel gear 16, the movement direction is changed, the short shaft 15 is driven to rotate, the large gear 14 is installed on the short shaft 15, the large gear 14 rotates to drive the transmission chain 13 to start rotating, and the shifting fingers 12 are installed on the transmission chain 13, so that the shifting fingers 12 push crops to the feeding auger barrel from left to right along with the rotation of the transmission chain 13. Meanwhile, the right input bevel gear is opposite to the left input bevel gear 17, so that the right finger conveys the crops to the feeding auger from right to left.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the rotary finger assembly 3 is mounted on the left rotary finger base 4 through a short shaft 15, one end of the short shaft 15 is mounted on the rotary finger base 4, the other end of the short shaft 15 is mounted on the rotary finger upper cover 2, and the right rotary finger base 7 and the right rotary finger upper cover have the same structure as the left side, and both have the function of preventing crops from winding into the transmission chain 13.

In conclusion, the cutting table of the rotary shifting-finger feeding type combine harvester replaces a single auger barrel feeding cutting table of a traditional harvester by adopting the combination of the two pairs of rotary shifting fingers and the feeding cutting table with the corresponding upper cover and the corresponding base, and is provided with the corresponding transmission device, so that the effects of avoiding winding and blocking can be achieved, the seed breakage rate during harvesting is reduced, and the harvesting quality is greatly improved.
