The vehicle body 1 comprises a vehicle frame 1.1, a side plate 1.2, a fifth connecting rod 1.3, a sixth connecting rod 1.4, a seat plate 1.5, a second trapezoidal screw 1.6, a connecting rod 1.7, a backrest rotating shaft 1.8, a backrest 1.9, a backrest supporting rod 1.10, a sixth sliding block 1.11, a seventh sliding block 1.12, a screw fixing frame 1.13, a first hand wheel 1.14 and a clamping block 1.15;

the backrest rotating shaft 1.8 is fixed on the frame 1.1, one end of the backrest 1.9 is hinged to the backrest rotating shaft 1.8 and is positioned on the other side of the seat plate 1.5, and the other end of the backrest 1.9 is suspended; two sides of the middle part of the backrest 1.9 are respectively hinged with one end of the backrest support rod 1.10, and the other ends of the two backrest support rods 1.10 are respectively hinged with a sixth sliding block 1.11; the two sixth sliding blocks 1.11 are slidably arranged on two sides of the frame 1.1; two ends of the connecting rod 1.7 are fixed on the two sixth sliding blocks 1.11, a seventh sliding block 1.12 is fixed on the connecting rod 1.7, the seventh sliding block 1.12 is simultaneously slidably installed on a second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6, the second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6 is rotatably installed on a lead screw fixing frame 1.13, and the lead screw fixing frame 1.13 is fixed on the frame 1.1; one end of a second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6 is fixedly connected with a fourth transmission shaft 3.32 through a coupler, a first hand wheel 1.14 is fixed at the tail end of the second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6, and manual lifting of the backrest 1.9 is achieved by manually rotating the first hand wheel 1.14; the seventh sliding block 1.12 slides on the second trapezoidal screw 1.6 to drive the two sixth sliding blocks 1.11 to slide on the frame 1.1, so that the backrest 1.9 can be automatically lifted.

The transfer equipment also comprises two handrail mechanisms 2, and the two handrail mechanisms 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the car body 1; the handrail mechanism 2 comprises a handrail seat 2.1, a plurality of handrail support rods 2.2, a handrail 2.3, a first clamping piece 2.4, a second clamping piece 2.5, a third clamping piece 2.6 and a spring 2.7; the handrail seat 2.1 is fixed on one side of the frame 1.1, the handrail seat 2.1 is hinged with one end of a plurality of handrail support rods 2.2, the other end of each handrail support rod 2.2 is hinged with a handrail 2.3, a first clamping piece 2.4 is fixed on the end part of the handrail 2.3, and one end of a second clamping piece 2.5 is embedded in the first clamping piece 2.4; a spring 2.7 is arranged in the first clamping piece 2.4, and two ends of the spring 2.7 are respectively contacted with the first clamping piece 2.4 and the second clamping piece 2.5; the pressing part 2.5.1 and the inserting column 2.5.2 at the other end of the second clamping piece 2.5 are exposed outside the first clamping piece 2.4; the third clamping piece 2.6 is fixed on the upper part of the handrail support rod 2.2, a hole 2.6.1 is arranged on the third clamping piece 2.6, and the hole 2.6.1 is matched with the insertion column 2.5.2 of the second clamping piece 2.5 to realize the fixation of the handrail mechanism 2.

The handrail 2.3 and the part between the two hinge points of the two adjacent handrail supporting rods, the two adjacent handrail supporting rods 2.2 and the part between the two hinge points of the two adjacent handrail supporting rods 2.2 and the handrail seat 2.1 jointly form a parallelogram structure.

One end of the shifting fork 3.33 is provided with a U-shaped groove which is clamped on the second gear 3.27.

The second transmission mechanism also comprises a disc 3.18 which has a sealing function, and the disc 3.18 is connected with the end surface of the second bearing block 3.13 close to the second wheel 3.1.

The chassis 4 belongs to the prior art and is driven by a universal wheel with a locking device.

The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows:

when the lifting of the vehicle body 1 is automatically realized, the shifting fork 3.33 is matched with the first clamping groove 3.10.1 of the sliding gear box 3.10, and the second gear 3.27 is meshed with the first gear 3.26; the motor 3.7 drives the second transmission shaft 3.29 to rotate, so that the first trapezoidal lead screw 3.16 rotates, the fifth sliding block 3.14 slides on the first trapezoidal lead screw 3.16 to realize the reciprocating movement of the supporting rod 3.19, the scissor mechanism is folded and unfolded, and the lifting of the vehicle body 1 is realized; the lifting height of the vehicle body 1 can be flexibly controlled according to actual conditions, and the equipment is connected with nursing equipment such as a bed and the like;

when the lifting of the backrest 1.9 is automatically realized, the shifting fork 3.33 is matched with the third clamping groove 3.10.3 of the sliding gear box 3.10, and the second gear 3.27 is meshed with the third gear 3.30; the motor 3.7 drives the fourth transmission shaft 3.32 to rotate, so that the second trapezoidal screw 1.6 rotates, and the seventh sliding block 1.12 slides on the second trapezoidal screw 1.6 to drive the two sixth sliding blocks 1.11 to slide on the frame 1.1, thereby realizing the lifting of the backrest 1.9;

when the lifting of the vehicle body 1 and the backrest 1.9 is manually realized, when the shifting fork 3.33 is matched with the second clamping groove 3.10.2 of the sliding gear box 3.10, the second gear 3.27 is not meshed with the first gear 3.26 and the third gear 3.30; manually rotating the second hand wheel 3.1 to enable the first hand wheel shaft 3.41 to rotate to drive the second bevel gear 3.38 to rotate, enabling the first bevel gear 3.37 to rotate to drive the first trapezoidal screw 3.16 to rotate, further enabling the fifth slider 3.14 to slide on the first trapezoidal screw 3.16 to realize reciprocating movement of the supporting rod 3.19, enabling the scissor mechanism to retract and unfold, and realizing lifting of the vehicle body 1; manually rotating the first hand wheel 1.14 to rotate the second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6, and further enabling the seventh sliding block 1.12 to slide on the second trapezoidal lead screw 1.6 to drive the two sixth sliding blocks 1.11 to slide on the frame 1.1, so as to realize the lifting of the backrest 1.9;

manually lifting the side plate 1.2 and enabling the fifth connecting rod 1.3 and the sixth connecting rod 1.4 to be collinear to fix the side plate 1.2; manually pressing the pressing part 2.5.1 of the second clamping piece 2.5 to ensure that the insertion column 2.5.2 of the second clamping piece 2.5 is not matched with the hole 2.6.1 of the third clamping piece 2.6, and further putting down the handrail 2.3;

when the side plate 1.2 and the backrest 1.9 are horizontally placed at the same time, the armrest 2.3 is normally placed to connect the equipment with other nursing equipment such as a bed and the like, so that a user can be conveniently transported to the equipment; then the side plates 1.2 are lowered and the backrest 1.9 is raised the device behaves as a wheelchair facilitating the transport of the user.
