Background

When the tipping equipment is vertical, the steel-making and desulfurizing molten iron tipping vehicle uses a crown block to hoist a ladle to be placed on the tipping equipment and locks the tipping equipment, so that molten iron in the ladle is prevented from splashing in the running process of the steel-making and desulfurizing molten iron tipping vehicle; and unlocking the tipping equipment to enable the tipping equipment to be in an inclined state, and carrying out slag skimming operation on the ladle.

Wherein, before the ladle is lifted by the crown block and placed on the tipping device, the tipping device needs to be locked.

After the existing locking mechanism is locked, no shaking space exists between the tipping device and the locking device, so that after a ladle is placed on the tipping device, the tipping device abuts against the locking mechanism, and the locking device is easily damaged.
