7. The opening sealing assembly of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a fall arrest chain having one end fixedly attached to the second cover plate and the other end fixed to the container body.

8. The uphole seal assembly of claim 7 wherein said other end of said fall arrest chain is secured to said chest at a girder floor angle.

9. The uphole seal assembly of claim 8 wherein said other end of said fall arrest chain is secured to said girder floor angle by a spring hook.

10. A container provided with an opening, comprising a sealing assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9 for sealing the opening.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of large-scale steel structures, in particular to a sealing assembly for sealing an opening in a box body and the box body with the opening.

Background

After the large-scale steel structure welding box body is finished, a sand washing procedure needs to be carried out on the interior and the surface of the box body. The sand washing aims to remove dirt such as rust, zinc salt and the like at the damaged part of the primer of the plate, and simultaneously, impurities such as welding oxide skin and the like are not timely treated in the welding process. After the sand washing procedure is completed, sand left out of the interior of the box body needs to be cleaned, a sand suction hole needs to be formed in a structural part in order to clean the sand conveniently, and after the sand in the box body is cleaned, the sand suction hole needs to be sealed by a plate.

The existing sand suction hole sealing mode is to use steel plates for welding and sealing, but the mode has the following defects:

1. the welding sealing requires workers to perform welding construction in the structural box body, and the welding environment is severe. After welding, workers still need to polish the welding line, and the detection workers carry out flaw detection on the welding line, so that the workload is large. The fact that workers weld inside the box body means that air requirements are met on the interior of the box body, fire extinguishers need to be prepared due to the fact that heating procedures exist to prevent accidents, and the operation process is tedious and unsafe.

2. The surrounding paint can be damaged in the welding process, and the paint needs to be recoated in the sealing area, so that secondary construction is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a sealing assembly for sealing an opening in a box body and the box body with the opening, so that the sealing assembly is convenient to mount.

In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention discloses a sealing assembly for sealing an opening on a box body, which comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate for pressing the opening, wherein the first cover plate is positioned on the inner side of the box body, the second cover plate is positioned on the outer side of the box body, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are connected through bolts and clamped on the opening.

By adopting the technical scheme, a worker can complete the installation of the sealing assembly only by screwing the bolt, the operation is simple and safe, the box body cannot be damaged, and the secondary construction is avoided.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention discloses a sealing assembly for an opening on a box body, a first cover plate is provided with a through hole facing a second cover plate, one end of a screw rod of a bolt is fixed on the second cover plate, the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the through hole, and the other end of the screw rod is provided with a thread for a nut to screw.

By adopting the technical scheme, a worker can enter the box body to install the sealing assembly, and when the parts of the sealing assembly are replaced, the screw rod and the second cover plate can not fall off when the bolt is loosened.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a sealing assembly for sealing an opening of a case 11 having an opening 9. The tank 11 of the present embodiment is, for example, a large steel-structure welded tank, and the opening 9 thereof is, for example, a sand suction hole for discharging sand. The sealing assembly of the present embodiment includes a first cover plate 1 and a second cover plate 2 for covering the opening 9, the first cover plate 1 is located inside the case 11, and the second cover plate 2 is located outside the case 11. Namely, the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 cover the opening 9 in a manner of pressing covers, and the two cover plates are respectively located on two sides of a plane (for example, fig. 1 does not cross a horizontal plane on which the opening 9 of the opening 9 is located) where the opening 9 is located. In regard to the bolt connection, a hole through which the screw 4 of the bolt passes may be provided in the first cover plate and/or the second cover plate, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate may be fixedly connected by tightening the hole with a nut. In other embodiments, for example, the screw rod may respectively pass through the first cover plate and the second cover plate, the nut may be disposed on the opposite sides of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and the nut may be sleeved on the screw rod and screwed onto the opposite sides of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, so as to clamp and fix the cover plates. Preferably, one end of the screw rod is directly fixedly connected with one of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and the other end of the screw rod passes through the other of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and the fixed connection mode is welding for example.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, it is further preferable that one end of the screw rod 4 is fixedly welded to the second cover plate 2, for example, at a face of the second cover plate 2 opposite to the first cover plate 1, so that the screw rod 4 stands on the second cover plate 2. The first cover plate 1 is provided with a through hole facing the second cover plate 2, and when the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 are butted and clamped, the other end of the screw rod 4 standing on the second cover plate 2 can pass through the through hole on the first cover plate 1. The other end of the screw rod 4 is provided with threads, and the nut 5 is sleeved at the other end of the screw rod 4 and screwed tightly, so that the nut 5 is fixed on the surface of the first cover plate 1, which is opposite to the second cover plate 2. One end of the screw rod 4 is fixed on the second cover plate 2, and the other end of the screw rod 4 can be provided with one section of thread without being provided with threads. In this embodiment, the nut is located inside the box 11, so that a worker can enter the box 11 to screw the nut 5 when installing the seal assembly, and the seal assembly can be assembled. For large steel structure welded boxes, the boxes are often at a high position, so that workers can more easily enter the interior of the box than outside the box.

Further, in the above embodiment, a gasket 6 is provided between the nut 5 and the through hole of the first cover plate 1, and the through hole and thus the opening hole 9 can be sealed.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the position of the bolt may be, for example, a portion where the first cover plate and the second cover plate contact with the side wall of the box body, that is, the bolt is located at an edge portion of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and a screw of the bolt simultaneously penetrates through the first cover plate, the second cover plate and the side wall of the box body to achieve connection and fixation of the first cover plate and the second cover plate. Or, preferably, in the above embodiments, the bolt is located inside the edge of the opening 9, that is, the screw 4 of the bolt is located within the range of the opening surface surrounded by the opening 9, the screw 4 does not pass through the inner wall of the box 11, but only passes through the first cover plate 1 to reach the second cover plate 2, and the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 can be clamped only by screwing the nut. The bolt is arranged in the opening edge more simply, and holes do not need to be formed in the side wall of the box body 11.

In the above embodiments, the number of the bolts may be plural, for example, two, three, or four.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the above embodiments, the sealing ring 3 is provided between the side walls of the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 opposite to the case 11. Namely, at the edge of the opening 9, the sealing rings 3 are respectively looped at both sides of the opening 9, and the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 are respectively pressed on the sealing rings 3. The sealing ring 3 is made of rubber, for example, and is made of elastic material, and seals between the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 and the box body 11 under the cover plate. Further, the sealing ring 3 may be bonded firmly to the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2, respectively, with an adhesive.

In the above embodiments, the sealing assembly further comprises a falling-preventing chain 7, one end of the falling-preventing chain 7 is fixedly connected to the second cover plate 2, and the other end is fixed to the box body 11. As shown in fig. 1 and 2. In this embodiment, the opening 9 of the box body 11 is located on the girder bottom plate 10 at the bottom of the box body 11, and thus the second cover plate 2 is located outside the bottom surface of the box body 11. The second cover plate 2 is connected with the box body 11 through the anti-falling chain 7, so that the second cover plate 2 can be prevented from falling due to bolt failure. Further, the fall arrest chain 7 may be secured to the chest 11 at a location above the opening 9, for example at a girder floor 10 angle. For example, a small hole can be formed at the position of the angle steel, and the anti-falling chain 7 and the angle steel are connected by using the spring hook 8, namely, one end of the spring hook 8 is fixed on the angle steel, and the other end of the spring hook 8 is fixed on the anti-falling chain 7.

The invention also provides a box body provided with an opening, which comprises the sealing assembly in each embodiment, wherein the sealing assembly is used for sealing the opening on the box body.

For ease of understanding, the following description of the installation process of the seal assembly is given by way of specific example, but this is not to be construed as limiting the invention.

When the box body leaves the factory, the box body is not at a high position, at the moment, the second cover plate 2 welded with the screw rod 4 is sent to the position of the opening 9 of the box body 11 from the outside of the box body 11, and the sealing ring 3 is adhered to the second cover plate 2 in advance. A worker presses the first cover plate 1, on which the sealing ring 3 is adhered in advance, to the opening 9 in the box body 11, and the first cover plate is arranged opposite to the second cover plate 2, the screw rod 4 penetrates through a through hole in the first cover plate 1, and then the gasket 6 and the nut 5 are added to be screwed. The mounting means can fasten the safety chain 7 fastened to the second cover plate 2 to the angle of the girder bottom plate 10. After the box 11 is then brought to a high position, a worker is inconveniently operated outside the box 11, and generally operates inside the box 11. The first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 2 are made of steel plate materials, for example, and do not need to be replaced in the using process, the retention time is long, and the sealing ring 3 generally needs to be replaced regularly. When the sealing ring is replaced, a worker only needs to unscrew the nut in the box body 11 to replace the sealing ring 3.
