Generally, a stylus pen can be divided into an active type and a passive type, wherein a pen point of the passive type stylus pen is required to be made of a conductive material, when the stylus pen touches a touch panel, the capacitance value of the touch position of the touch panel can be changed by utilizing the characteristics of human body conductivity and static electricity, and the touch position can be determined according to the changed position of the capacitance value, so that the purpose of touch is achieved, but the capacitance value variation generated by the stylus pen is small, so that the touch panel cannot accurately identify the position of touch; when the power supply of the active touch pen is turned on, the electrode of the signal transmitting circuit can be used for transmitting a wireless driving signal to the touch panel, so that the touch panel can confirm the pen point position of the active touch pen according to the transmitting point of the driving signal, and the pressure sensing unit is used for sensing, and when the pen point touches the touch panel, a control signal can be transmitted, so that the touch panel can judge that the touch panel is contacted according to the position transmitted by the control signal to achieve the purpose of touch control.
