Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field related to a winch roller, and particularly relates to a winch roller oiling device.

Background

The hoisting drum is common hoisting equipment and is used for hoisting objects with larger weight. The hoisting drum comprises a drum and a steel wire rope wound on the drum, and the hoisting drum is large in integral size and large in load capable of bearing during working, so that the steel wire rope can only be wound on the surface of the drum by one layer.

It can be understood that when the winch drum is used, lubricating oil needs to be added to the steel wire ropes, so that the lubricating effect among all the small steel wire ropes in the steel wire ropes is improved, and the steel wire ropes are prevented from being broken due to friction among all the small steel wire ropes in the steel wire ropes when the steel wire ropes are wound on the winding drum. At present, in the prior art, the method of adding lubricating oil into the steel wire rope is usually to directly add lubricating oil to the steel wire rope wound on the drum, or to add lubricating oil to the rope groove of the drum first, and then to drive the drum to select to wind the steel wire rope onto the drum.

Disclosure of Invention

The winch roller oiling device comprises a travelling trolley clamped on a steel wire rope, an oil storage barrel arranged on the travelling trolley and a mandril rotationally connected to the travelling trolley, wherein the end part of one side of the mandril far away from the travelling trolley is rotationally connected with a roller wheel, and the outer wheel surface of the roller wheel can abut against a rope groove of a winding drum; the cavity for containing lubricating oil on the oil storage barrel is connected and communicated with an oil filling pipe, the pipe orifice of the oil filling pipe is arranged towards the rope groove of the winding drum, and the lubricating oil discharged outwards from the oil filling pipe can drip on the rope groove of the winding drum; the piston rod of the oil storage barrel extends downwards towards the direction of the ejector rod and is connected with the ejector rod in a sliding mode, the ejector rod can pull down the piston rod, and the piston rod is used for extruding lubricating oil in the oil storage barrel.

As the preferred scheme of the invention, a slide bar is fixedly connected to the ejector rod, and a slide block is connected to the slide bar in a sliding manner; one end of the piston rod, which extends out of the oil storage barrel, is fixedly connected with a connecting rope, and the other end of the connecting rope is fixed on the sliding block.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the sliding rod is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding block is disposed in the sliding groove of the sliding rod and can slide relative to the sliding rod along a groove wall of the sliding groove.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, one end of the slide groove on the slide bar is provided with an opening structure.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the traveling trolley is provided with a rotation limiting member, and the rotation limiting member can act on the ejector rod and is configured to limit the rotation of the ejector rod relative to the traveling trolley, so that a preset gap is left between the pipe orifice of the filler pipe and the winding drum.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the winch drum oiling device provided by the invention has the advantages that through reasonable structural arrangement, when the winch drum oiling device works, the process that a steel wire rope is wound on a winding drum can be utilized, automatic oiling of a rope groove on the winding drum is realized, and the purpose of uniform oiling is achieved; meanwhile, the lubricating oil added to the rope groove of the winding drum can be extruded by the steel wire rope to invade into the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope is fully lubricated, and the service life of the cigarette drum using the winch drum oiling device is prolonged.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the winch drum refueling device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a traveling trolley 10 connected to a wire rope 201, an oil storage bucket 20 disposed on the traveling trolley 10, and a push rod 30 rotatably connected to the traveling trolley 10.

The roller 31 is rotatably connected to the end of the push rod 30 away from the traveling trolley 10, and the outer surface of the roller 31 can abut against the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, so that when the winch roller refueling device works, the roller 31 on the push rod 30 can abut against the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, and in combination with the connection mode of the roller 31 on the push rod 30, when the roller 31 on the push rod 30 abuts against the winding drum 202, the push rod 30 is not influenced by the rotation of the winding drum 202 and keeps still.

The chamber (not shown) for containing the lubricant oil in the oil storage bucket 20 of the present embodiment is connected and communicated with the filler pipe 21, the nozzle of the filler pipe 21 is disposed toward the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, and the lubricant oil discharged from the filler pipe 21 to the outside can be dropped on the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202. That is, the storage bucket 20 of the present embodiment adds the lubricating oil to the rope groove 203 of the reel 202 through the filler pipe 21.

In the present embodiment, the nozzle of the filler pipe 21 of the present embodiment is provided between the position where the traveling carriage 10 is provided on the wire rope 201 and the drum 202. When lubricating oil which is discharged outwards from the oil storage barrel 20 through the oil filling pipe 21 drops into the rope groove 203 on the winding drum 202, and the winding drum 202 rotates anticlockwise, on one hand, the lubricating oil which drops into the rope groove 203 can be prevented from being separated from the winding drum 202 downwards along the direction of the notch of the rope groove 203, on the other hand, the winding drum 202 can drive the steel wire rope 201 to be wound on the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, so that the lubricating oil which drops into the rope groove 203 on the winding drum 202 can be extruded by the steel wire rope 201, and further the lubricating oil can be prevented from invading into the steel wire rope 201, and a lubricating effect is achieved on the steel wire rope 201.

Here, a connection port (not shown) for communicating with the storage bucket 20 on the filler pipe 21 of the present embodiment is provided at the bottom position of the storage bucket 20, so that the lubricating oil stored in the storage bucket 20 can be added to the rope groove 203 of the reel 202 through the filler pipe 21 as much as possible. Of course, it should be noted that the connection interface of the oil filling pipe 21 and the storage bucket 20 is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and those skilled in the art can arrange the connection interface at other positions of the storage bucket 20, and will not be described herein.

It can be understood that the lubricating oil in the embodiment is dry oil so as to meet the use requirement of adding lubricating oil to the steel wire rope.

In the present embodiment, the piston rod 22 of the oil storage bucket 20 of the present embodiment extends downward in the direction of the ram 30 and is slidably connected to the ram 30, and the ram 30 can pull down the piston rod 22 and squeeze the lubricating oil placed in the oil storage bucket 20 with the piston rod 22, so that the lubricating oil can drip toward the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202 through the oil filling pipe 21.

It can be understood that the roller 31 on the mandrel 30 of the present embodiment can abut against the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, so that when the steel wire rope 201 is wound on the winding drum 202, the steel wire rope 201 can drive the walking trolley 10 on the steel wire rope 201 to move towards the direction of the winding drum 202 until the roller 31 on the mandrel 30 abuts against the rope groove 203 of the winding drum 202, so that the mandrel 30 rotates relative to the walking trolley 10 under the reaction force of the winding drum 202, and the rotating mandrel 30 can pull down the piston rod 22, thereby automatically discharging the lubricating oil stored in the oil storage tank 20 to the rope groove 203 on the winding drum 202. A friction plate (not shown) is provided at a position where the ram 30 is connected to the trolley 10, so that the trolley 10 can be kept stationary without applying a force to the ram 30.

The push rod 30 of the present embodiment is fixedly connected to the slide rod 40, the slide rod 40 is slidably connected to the slide block 41, one end of the piston rod 22 extending out of the oil storage tank 20 is fixedly connected to the connection rope 23, and the other end of the connection rope 23 is fixed to the slide block 41, so that when the push rod 30 rotates on the traveling trolley 10, the slide rod 40 can be driven to move, and the effect that the piston rod 22 is pulled down by the slide rod 40 through the connection rope 23 is achieved. It should be noted that the piston rod 22 is a rigid structure, and the piston rod 22 is fixed on the sliding block 41 through the flexible connecting rope 23, so that the push rod 30 can realize the motion driving of the pull-down piston rod 22 through the sliding fit between the sliding rod 40 and the sliding block 41.

Specifically, the sliding rod 40 of the present embodiment is provided with a sliding slot 401, and the sliding block 41 is disposed in the sliding slot 401 of the sliding rod 40 and can slide relative to the sliding rod 40 along the slot wall of the sliding slot 401, so as to realize the sliding connection between the sliding block 41 and the sliding rod 40. Of course, it should be noted that the sliding fit between the sliding block 41 and the sliding rod 40 is not limited to the illustrated form, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the sliding block 41 may be a sleeve structure sleeved on the sliding rod 40, and will not be described herein.

Further, one end of the slide slot 401 on the slide bar 40 of the present embodiment is provided with an opening structure so as to facilitate the fitting of the slider 41 on the slide bar 40.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the traveling carriage 10 according to the present embodiment is provided with a rotation limiting member 101, and the rotation limiting member 101 is capable of acting on the jack 30 to limit the rotation of the jack 30 relative to the traveling carriage 10 so that a predetermined gap is left between the nozzle spools 202 of the filler pipe 21. When the winch drum oiling device works, the rotation limiting part 101 can be used for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the top rod 30 on the traveling trolley 10, the traveling trolley 10 is prevented from being excessively driven by the steel wire rope 201 to be close to the winding drum 202, the oil filling pipe 21 is protected, and the oil filling pipe 21 is prevented from being directly abutted against the winding drum 202 to cause damage to the oil filling pipe 21.

Specifically, the rotation limiting member 101 of the present embodiment is a stopper fixedly connected to the traveling carriage 10, and the push rod 30 can abut against the stopper to limit the rotation of the push rod 30 relative to the traveling carriage 10, so that the structure is simplified, and the maximum rotation angle of the push rod 30 is conveniently limited.

In addition, the traveling trolley 10 of the present embodiment includes two sheaves 11 that are engaged with the wire rope 201, and a trolley platform 12 for connecting the two sheaves 11, and the oil storage bucket 20 is fixed to the trolley platform 12.

In summary, the winch drum oiling device provided by the invention has the advantages that through reasonable structural arrangement, when the winch drum oiling device works, the process that a steel wire rope is wound on a winding drum can be utilized, automatic oiling of a rope groove on the winding drum is realized, and the purpose of uniform oiling is achieved; meanwhile, the lubricating oil added to the rope groove of the winding drum can be extruded by the steel wire rope to invade into the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope is fully lubricated, and the service life of the cigarette drum using the winch drum oiling device is prolonged.
