The eating method comprises the following steps: eating 3 bags daily; when in brewing, 120mL warm boiled water with the temperature lower than 50 ℃ is poured into the cup, and then 1 bag of the product is added and stirred to be dissolved, thus 160mL solution with standard concentration can be obtained. The product should be drunk immediately after being mixed with water.
