At present, with the increasing improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on drinking water is higher and higher, therefore, more and more functional water dispensers are gradually pushed to the market, and energy-saving water dispensers, refrigeration or heating water dispensers and the like are common, but the water quality of drinking water discharged from the water dispensers has a direct relationship with the purchased drinking water, and the high requirement of people on the water quality cannot be met gradually.

In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors have found that the quality of water discharged from a water dispenser is to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to improve the quality of drinking water discharged from a water dispenser, the application provides the water dispenser.

The application provides a water dispenser adopts following technical scheme:

a drinking machine comprises a case main body, a control device arranged on the case main body, a water control tank arranged at the top in the case main body, a heating tank arranged in the case main body and a second water storage tank arranged in the case main body, wherein the first water storage tank communicated with the heating tank is arranged in the case main body;

the first water storage tank and the second water storage tank are communicated with a water outlet on the case main body through hoses;

and low-frequency resonance instruments are arranged at the tops in the first water storage tank and the second water storage tank.

Detailed Description

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-3.

The embodiment of the application discloses a water dispenser. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a water dispenser includes a cabinet body 11, a control device 12, a water control tank 21, a heating tank 31, a first water storage tank 41, a second water storage tank 51, and a low frequency resonator 61. The water dispenser comprises a case body 11, a control device 12, a water control tank 21, a heating tank 31, a first water storage tank 41, a second water storage tank 51, a water outlet end of the water control tank 21, and a water outlet end of the water control tank 21, wherein the case body 11 serves as an installation base of parts of the water dispenser.

Specifically, the housing of the main case body 11 is a rectangular box made of an aluminum alloy material, the lower half part of the main case body 11 is divided into separate spaces for laying circuits and installing a recovery water tank, the lower half part and the upper half part of the main case body 11 are separated by a bottom plate, and other main parts of the water dispenser are installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate. The top of chassis body 11 is provided with the clever seat that is used for placing the bottled water, and the tap that is used for the water receiving is still installed to chassis body 11's side, tap and chassis body 11's drain pipe intercommunication, and pilot lamp and control circuit are still installed to chassis body 11's side.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the control device 12 includes a controller 121 and a touch panel 122, where the controller 121 may be a PLC programmable controller or a microcomputer, and the controller 121 is fixedly mounted on a side surface of the main case body 11 near the top in a bolt connection manner. The touch panel 122 may be fixedly mounted on the outer side surface of the chassis main body 11 near the top by an embedded mounting method, and the touch panel 122 is electrically connected to the control signal input port of the controller 121 through a wire.

Referring to fig. 2, the water control tank 21 may be fixedly installed in the case body 11 at a position near the top by welding, two drain pipes are installed on the water control tank 21 for draining water in the water control tank 21, a floating body is placed in the water control tank 21, and when the water level in the water control tank 21 drops, the floating body also drops along with the water level until the top end of the floating body and the water inlet at the top end of the case body 11 are opened, so that water in a water bucket flows into the water control tank 21 under the action of gravity.

The water inlet end of the heating box 31 is communicated with the water discharging end of the water control box 21 through a hose, a heater is installed in the heating box 31, the heater is electrically connected with a control signal output end interface of the controller 121 through a lead, and the heating box 31 is used for heating drinking water.

The first water storage tank 41 is used for storing the drinking water heated in the heating tank 31, the water inlet end of the first water storage tank 41 is communicated with the water inlet end of the heating tank 31 through a hose, and the water outlet end of the first water storage tank 41 is communicated with the water outlet end on the side surface of the case main body 11 through a hose, so that hot water is provided for the water outlet end of the case main body 11.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second water storage tank 51 is installed in the cabinet main body 11, and a water inlet end of the second water storage tank 51 is communicated with a water discharge end of the water control tank 21 through a hose, and a water discharge end of the second water storage tank 51 is communicated with a water discharge end of the cabinet main body 11 through a hose.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the low frequency resonator 61 may be fixedly installed at the top of the first water tank 41 and the second water tank 51 by means of bolt connection, and the low frequency resonator 61 may reproduce a low frequency similar to the magnetic field of the earth, and arrange the disordered water molecule structures in a physical manner, so that the hydrogen bonds of the water molecules are opened by about 10 degrees, water is changed into active water, and the water in the first water tank 41 and the second water tank 51 is changed into low frequency resonance active water.

In a possible embodiment of the present application, in order to facilitate cleaning of the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 in the cabinet main body 11 and avoid bacteria accumulation in the water dispenser under a water-free state, the door panels 111 are installed on two opposite side surfaces of the cabinet main body 11, one side of the door panel 111 is connected to the side of the cabinet main body 11 through the pin shaft, the bottom surface in the cabinet main body 11 is provided with the tray 71 sliding along the horizontal direction, the tray 71 is used for placing the tray 71 of the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51, the bottom of the tray 71 is provided with the slide bar, and correspondingly, the bottom surface in the cabinet main body 11 is provided with the slide groove used in cooperation with the slide bar. Of course, in order to allow the tray 71 to be automatically pushed out to facilitate the user's washing of the first and second water storage tanks 41 and 51, a pushing means 81 is further provided at the bottom inside the cabinet main body 11.

In addition, in order to make the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 more convenient and faster to disassemble and assemble, the bottom parts of the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 are further connected with a clamping block 72 through bolts, and correspondingly, a clamping groove 711 matched with the clamping block 72 for use is formed in the upper surface of the tray 71. The slider 813 is sleeved on the screw 812, the screw 812 is matched with the slider 813 through balls, when the driving motor 811 rotates, the screw 812 drives the slider 813 to slide along the axis direction of the screw 812, one end of the connecting rod 814 is hinged to the side surface of the slider 813, the other end of the connecting rod 814 is hinged to the side surface of the tray 71, when the slider 813 moves, the connecting rod 814 is driven to move, and then the other end of the connecting rod 814 pushes the tray 71, the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 on the tray 71 to move outwards.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a possible embodiment of the present invention, in order to open the door 111 on the side of the cabinet body 11 more conveniently, the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 in the cabinet body 11 are detached more conveniently, which facilitates the cleaning and sterilizing operation. An automatic door opening device 91 for opening the door panel 111 is further arranged in the case body 11, the automatic door opening device 91 comprises a rope winding drum 911, a traction rope 912 and a torsion spring 913, the rope winding drum 911 is sleeved on one end, far away from the driving motor 811, of the lead screw 812, and fixed connection can be achieved in a key connection mode. The haulage rope 912 can adopt the plastic-coated steel wire rope, and one end fixed connection of haulage rope 912 is on rope drum 911, and the other end of haulage rope 912 passes through the side of case main part 11 and finally connects on the surface of door plant 111, and torsional spring 913 installs at the round pin epaxially at door plant 111 one side both ends.

Further, in order to make the sterilizing effect of the water dispenser better, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 113 is further installed in the case main body 11 in a bolt connection mode, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 113 is electrically connected with the control device 12 through a lead, before the water dispenser needs to be reused after being idle for a period of time, a user can control the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 113 to be turned on through the control device 12, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 113 can generate ultraviolet rays to kill bacteria in the water storage containers such as the water control tank 21, the heating tank 31, the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 in the case main body 11, and the water quality of drinking water discharged by the water dispenser is prevented from being influenced.

In some possible embodiments of the present application, in order to satisfy the requirement of the user for drinking ice water, a refrigerator 511 is further installed in the second water storage tank 51, and the refrigerator 511 is electrically connected to the control device 12. The refrigerator 511 can lower the temperature of the water in the second water tank 51 and discharge the water from the drain end of the cabinet main body 11.

The implementation principle of the water dispenser in the embodiment of the application is as follows:

firstly, the water barrel is reversely buckled at the top end of a machine case main body 11 of the water dispenser, water enters a water control tank 21, then enters a heating tank 31 and a second water storage tank 51 from two water discharging ends of the water control tank 21 respectively, the water in the heating tank 31 enters a first water storage tank 41 after being heated, then a controller 121 sends a control signal to a low-frequency resonator 61, so that the low-frequency resonator 61 works for 30 minutes, and the water in the first water storage tank 41 and the second water storage tank 51 is changed into functional water for people to drink.

When first storage water tank 41 and second storage water tank 51 need be cleared up, driving motor 811 can be started, and then lead screw 812 rotates, then slider 813 moves along the axis direction of lead screw 812, drive connecting rod 814 moves, connecting rod 814 moves in the moving process, make tray 71 move to the direction of both sides door plant 111, and simultaneously, rope winding drum 911 also rotates along with lead screw 812, and then furls haulage rope 912, make door plant 111 open under the effect of traction force, convenient to use person carries out the dismantlement of first storage water tank 41 and second storage water tank 51 and washs.
