Technical Field
The application relates to the field of engineering equipment, in particular to a tunneling device. In addition, the application still relates to a full face major diameter shaft entry driving machine including above-mentioned advancing device.
Background
As underground spaces are gradually developed and used, vertical tunneling is required in various projects, and a shaft tunneling machine is necessary for vertical tunneling. Compared with traditional shaft sinking modes such as a drilling and blasting method and a drilling method, the vertical shaft heading machine integrates vertical heading, muck transportation and steel pipe sheet supporting, and has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, economy and the like.
However, for a large-diameter shaft boring machine, the driving part needs to provide a large torque to meet the excavation requirement of the cutter head, and the diameter of the driving part needs to be enlarged to provide a large torque, so that the diameter enlargement inevitably puts a very high requirement on the existing production conditions; moreover, the feasibility of mechanisms such as driving parts of the equipment and the like in the transportation process needs to be evaluated, so that the problems of high cost, low efficiency and the like are caused.
Therefore, how to reduce the diameter of the driving part in the tunneling device and reduce the processing and transportation cost thereof is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims at providing a tunneling device, and the tunneling device can effectively reduce the diameter of a driving part in the tunneling device through step tunneling, so that the processing and transportation cost of the tunneling device is reduced. It is a further object of the present application to provide a full face large diameter shaft boring machine including the above boring device.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides the following technical solutions:
