The invention provides a flexible wire driving device, which mainly comprises a speed reducing motor mechanism, a clutch mechanism, a flexible wire wheel mechanism and an elastic pre-tightening device, wherein the flexible wire wheel mechanism comprises a flexible wire wheel, the flexible wire wheel is used for fixing one end of a flexible wire, and the flexible wire wheel is fixed on a clutch shaft of the clutch mechanism and driven to rotate by the clutch shaft; the outer ring of the clutch mechanism is meshed with the output end of the speed reducing motor mechanism, and whether a clutch shaft of the clutch mechanism is meshed with the outer ring is controlled by on-off of a clutch of the clutch mechanism, so that on-off of torque transmission of the speed reducing motor mechanism and the flexible wire wheel is controlled; the elastic pre-tightening device is a torsion elastic device, a torsion center of the elastic pre-tightening device is fixed, and the outer part of a torsion elastic element of the elastic pre-tightening device is fixedly connected with the flexible wire wheel. The invention further can realize the independent control of the multiple flexible wires through multiple clutches, adopts multiple electromagnetic tooth type clutches connected with the driving part, and realizes the automatic control of the multiple flexible wires in two states (tightening or loosening) through the engagement and release of the electric control clutches.

The driving mechanism designed in the invention can be relatively separated from the actuating mechanism, the flexible wire is used between the driving mechanism and the actuating mechanism to transmit power, the actuating mechanism can simplify some additional mechanical structural components and save a part of complex transmission system, the structure is greatly simplified, the overall structure degree is short and the weight is light for the same stroke, and the weight of the tail end can be greatly reduced. Compared with an actuating mechanism with the same volume, the driving power is high, and the moment is large. The executing mechanism has strong material selection universality and manufacturability, and can also reduce the cost to a great extent. The design meets the requirement that the actuator needs simplified arrangement of mechanisms on site.

Furthermore, the invention adopts the worm gear reducer to adjust the position of mechanical limit in the driving mechanism, can realize stepless precision adjustment in the driving travel range, and the worm gear has the characteristic of self-locking, so that the limit is reliable and cannot be randomly and mistakenly changed. The present invention may further incorporate an angle sensor so that the real time position of the mechanical stop can be read.

The invention designs a special driving structure aiming at the flexible wires, adopts the motor reducer for driving, utilizes the combination of the clutch and the spring winding mechanism, can use one set of motor reducer to realize the high torque transmission of the independent control driving of multiple flexible wires, has long service life of the driving device and high functional stability, can independently set the speed, the stroke and the torque of the motor in the positive and negative directions and respectively correspond to multiple flexible wires, and ensures that the driving device has strong integral function and high integration level. Meanwhile, under the condition of power failure, the flexible wire can freely slide, and the safety of the side of the actuating mechanism can be ensured. In addition, aiming at the requirement of the practical application on the safe stroke, a limit system capable of adjusting the stroke is designed.

The invention can be applied to equipment which is driven by flexible wires on various occasions with large torque, small volume and light weight required on an actuator, such as human body rehabilitation equipment, power-assisted equipment, various smart robots and the like.

The present invention is embodied as follows.

The invention provides a flexible wire driving device which mainly comprises a speed reducing motor mechanism, a clutch mechanism, a flexible wire wheel mechanism and an elastic pre-tightening device.

The flexible wire wheel mechanism comprises a flexible wire wheel, the flexible wire wheel is used for fixing one end of a flexible wire, and the flexible wire wheel is fixed on a clutch shaft of the clutch mechanism and driven to rotate by the clutch shaft. Specifically, the flexible wire wheel and the clutch shaft can be connected through a key.

The outer ring of the clutch mechanism is meshed with the output end of the speed reducing motor mechanism, and whether the outer ring of the clutch mechanism is meshed with the clutch shaft or not is controlled by on-off of a clutch of the clutch mechanism, so that on-off of torque transmission of the speed reducing motor mechanism and the flexible wire wheel is controlled.

The clutch mechanism can specifically comprise a clutch gear adapter sleeve, a clutch gear, a clutch shaft, a clutch mounting plate and an encoder press block. The clutch gear is connected with the outer ring of the clutch, the middle of the clutch can be penetrated with a clutch shaft, and the inner hole of the clutch is connected with the clutch shaft through a key. A gear ring structure is respectively arranged between the outer ring of the clutch and the inner hole of the clutch, and is engaged when being electrified and disengaged when being interrupted. A deep groove ball bearing can be arranged between the clutch gear and the clutch shaft and can be fixed through a bearing cover.

One end of the clutch mechanism can penetrate through the main mounting plate through the clutch shaft and is positioned through the bearing, the other end of the clutch mechanism is fixed on the clutch mounting plate through the clutch pressing block, and the clutch mounting plate can be fixed on the main mounting plate to realize the positioning of the clutch. The lower part of the clutch is provided with an encoder as an angle sensor.

The clutch mechanism and the speed reducing motor mechanism can be jointly installed on the main installation plate.

The elastic pre-tightening device is a torsion elastic device, a torsion center of the elastic pre-tightening device is fixed, and the torsion outside of the elastic pre-tightening device is fixedly connected with the flexible wire wheel. By the design, when the flexible wire wheel is driven to rotate, the elastic pre-tightening device can generate torsion, when the speed reduction motor mechanism is not driven, the clutch is disengaged, the flexible wire wheel can be driven to rotate by the torsion of the elastic pre-tightening device, and then the flexible wire wound on the wire wheel is pre-tightened, so that the winding problem cannot be generated. The torsion elastic structure design is adopted, so that the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the use safety is high.

The output end of the flexible wire on the flexible wire wheel mechanism can be connected with the executing mechanism, when the speed reducing motor mechanism is driven, the executing mechanism can follow up, when the speed reducing motor mechanism is not driven, the clutch is disengaged, and the flexible wire wheel can be driven by the torsion of the elastic pre-tightening device to rotate, so that the flexible wire is pre-tightened. And when the power is cut off, the clutch is disengaged, the flexible wire wheel cannot be limited to the previous position and cannot move, namely, the driven actuating mechanism cannot be self-locked, and the use safety of the system is ensured.

The elastic pre-tightening device mainly comprises a scroll constant force spring and a torsion spring shell, the center of the scroll constant force spring is fixed, the outer ring of the scroll constant force spring is fixedly connected with the torsion spring shell, and the torsion spring shell is fixedly connected with the flexible wire wheel. The spring may also be a conventional volute spiral spring. The spiral constant force spring can be replaced by a torsion spring and other structural components with similar functions.

Furthermore, the elastic pre-tightening device further comprises a torsion spring support, the torsion spring support is provided with a protruding torsion spring shaft, a groove can be formed in the torsion spring shaft, the groove is used for clamping the center of the scroll constant-force spring, and the torsion spring shaft and the center of the flexible wire wheel are concentric.

The end face of the torsion spring shell is fixed on the end face of the flexible wire wheel, and a groove can be formed in the side face of the torsion spring shell and used for clamping the outer ring of the scroll constant force spring.

Of course, the structural appearance of the torsion spring shell can be designed according to needs, the design of the clamping structure is not limited to the groove, and other common fastening connection modes such as a threaded connection mode, a pin connection mode and the like can be used.

The components of the direct current motor, the harmonic reducer, the encoder and the like can be already contained in the motor reduction unit.

A torque sensor can be further installed on the torque adapter plate, and the driving gear can be in locking connection with the torque sensor through a bolt and is fixed with the torque adapter plate. The torque adapter plate and the driving gear can be provided with a spigot slot and a positioning pin hole for positioning so as to ensure the coaxiality of the driving gear and the motor speed reduction unit. When the speed reducing motor mechanism works, the torsional moment of the driving gear can be detected through a sensor.

The outer peripheral surface of the flexible wire wheel can be provided with a guide channel for passing through the flexible wire, one end of the flexible wire is fixed on the mounting groove of the flexible wire wheel, and the other end of the flexible wire is wound in the guide channel. The number of flexible cords used may be increased or decreased as desired. If the flexible wire is required to be added, an additional guide groove can be added on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible wire wheel.

In the flexible wire driving device, the flexible wire wheel mechanism may further include a flexible wire shield and a flexible wire pressing cover, and one end of the flexible wire is pressed in the mounting groove of the flexible wire wheel through the flexible wire pressing cover; the flexible wire protective cover is covered on the peripheral surface installation groove (or the guide groove) of the flexible wire wheel and fixed on the installation part, and is used for preventing the flexible wire from being separated from the installation groove of the flexible wire wheel.

In order to limit and adjust the stroke of the actuating mechanism, the flexible wire driving device further comprises a speed reduction limiting mechanism, wherein the output end of the speed reduction motor mechanism is provided with a collision block, the speed reduction limiting mechanism is provided with a limiting block, the position of the limiting block on the speed reduction limiting mechanism can be adjusted, and the limiting block is used for limiting the movement of the collision block, so that the driving of the speed reduction motor mechanism is limited, and the stroke of the actuating mechanism is adjustable.

The speed reduction limiting mechanism mainly comprises a limiting shaft, a worm and gear speed reducer and a limiting block, wherein the limiting block is fixed at the end part of the limiting shaft, and the limiting shaft penetrates through a central shaft hole of the worm and gear speed reducer and is in key connection with the central shaft hole; the output end of the speed reducing motor mechanism is a driving gear, the spoke disk surface of the driving gear is provided with the collision block, and when the driving gear rotates, the collision block can collide with the limiting block, so that the purpose of limiting is achieved.

Of course, the driving adjustment part of the speed reduction limiting mechanism may not be limited to the worm gear reducer, and may adopt a sliding chute that is manually locked, and may also adopt other automatic adjustment modes, and the other automatic adjustment modes may include motor driving adjustment, speed reduction motor driving adjustment, hydraulic driving adjustment, pneumatic driving adjustment, and the like. However, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned worm gear reducer driving adjustment mode is adopted, and due to the structure, stepless fine adjustment can be realized, and the self-locking of the adjustment position can be realized.

Furthermore, the speed reduction limiting mechanism can also comprise a limiting sensing adapter plate, a sensing pressure plate, an encoder, a slip ring, a spacer bush and an encoder shaft adapter. The limiting block is fixed at the lower end part of the limiting shaft, and the limiting shaft is inserted into the central shaft of the worm gear reducer and is in key connection with the central shaft. The central shaft is preferably a hollow shaft. The spacer bush is arranged on the limiting shaft and positioned between the limiting block and the end face of the hollow shaft of the speed reducer, and the axial position of the limiting mechanism is limited through the spacer bush and the limiting block. The upper end of the limiting shaft is used for fixing the shaft and the center of the encoder, the outer ring of the encoder can be fixed on the limiting sensing adapter plate through the sensing pressure plate, and the limiting sensing adapter plate can be fixed on the speed reducer shell. The encoder can be used as an angle sensor to measure the rotation angle of the limiting block in real time.

Furthermore, the limiting shaft can be hollow, a sensor cable led out from the motor speed reduction assembly below penetrates through the middle of the shaft, and a miniature conductive slip ring can be mounted in the shaft at the lower end of the limiting shaft. When the driving gear and the limiting shaft rotate relatively, the conductive slip ring can prevent the data wire from being wound, and meanwhile, data can be transmitted without damage. The slip ring may be replaced with another mechanism to prevent the cable from becoming entangled, such as a miniature torsion drag chain.

The input shaft of the worm gear reducer can rotate through a hand wheel or directly rotate the shaft, so that the rotation angle of the limiting shaft, namely the angle position of the limiting block, can be adjusted in a stepless mode, and the rotation stroke of the speed reduction motor mechanism can be adjusted. The electric adjustment of the limiting shaft can also be realized by driving the input shaft through the motor.

In order to exert the structural advantages of the invention, the driving device of the invention has stronger function and more flexible use, the clutch mechanism, the flexible wire wheel mechanism and the elastic pre-tightening device of the invention can be respectively provided with a plurality of sets, the plurality of sets of clutch mechanisms are respectively connected with the speed reducing motor mechanism, and the number of the flexible wire wheel mechanism and the number of the elastic pre-tightening device are matched with the number of the clutch mechanisms. By adopting the design, one or more actuators can be driven simultaneously.

In the structural design, the winding directions of the flexible wires in the flexible wire mounting grooves on the plurality of sets of flexible wire wheel mechanisms can be the same or different according to the actual requirements of different actuating mechanisms.

Of course, if the same structure of the flexible wire reel is used, the flexible wire reel may be installed by reversing the upper and lower sides to change the winding direction of the flexible wire.

Preferably, the clutch mechanism, the flexible wire wheel mechanism and the elastic pre-tightening device are respectively provided with two sets, the winding directions of the flexible wires in the flexible wire mounting grooves on the two sets of flexible wire wheel mechanisms are different, the flexible wires output by one set of flexible wire wheel mechanism are used for connecting the head end of the actuating mechanism, and the flexible wires output by the other set of flexible wire wheel mechanism are used for connecting the tail end of the actuating mechanism. By the design, one actuator can be driven at the same time, and the actuators can be driven in two opposite directions. Of course, the flexible wires output by the two sets of flexible wire wheel mechanisms can be connected with the two actuating mechanisms.

When the clutch is closed, the speed reducing motor mechanism drives the clutch shaft fixed in the clutch to rotate through the gear and the closed clutch, and the flexible wire wheel is fixed on the clutch shaft so as to drive the flexible wire to stretch and retract. The encoder can detect the angular position of each flexible wire wheel connected to the clutch shaft respectively. The clutches can be closed simultaneously, and at the moment, the speed reducing motor mechanism can drive the flexible wires to contract or relax synchronously. And part of the clutches can be closed, the other clutches are opened, at the moment, when the speed reducing motor mechanism rotates, part of the flexible wires are driven to contract or relax, and the other flexible wires are in a free state. At this time, the spring pre-tightening mechanism pre-tightens the corresponding flexible wire in a free state. When the clutches are opened, the flexible wires are in free rotation state, and the spring pre-tightening mechanism can pre-tighten the flexible wires.

The flexible wire of the present invention may use a bowden cable configuration, i.e., a bicycle brake cable-like structure, to transmit the flexible wire tension to the end effector.

The flexible wire in the invention can be any wire rope suitable for transmission, can be metal such as flexible wire and the like, and can also be nonmetal such as nylon rope and the like.

The driving mechanism designed in the invention can be relatively separated from the actuating mechanism, the flexible wire is used between the driving mechanism and the actuating mechanism to transmit power, the actuating mechanism can simplify some additional mechanical structural components and save a part of complex transmission system, the structure is greatly simplified, the overall structure degree is short and the weight is light for the same stroke, and the weight of the tail end can be greatly reduced. Compared with an actuating mechanism with the same volume, the driving power is high, and the moment is large. The executing mechanism has strong material selection universality and manufacturability, and can also reduce the cost to a great extent. The design meets the requirement that the actuator needs simplified arrangement of mechanisms on site.

Furthermore, the invention adopts the worm gear reducer to adjust the position of mechanical limit in the driving mechanism, can realize stepless precision adjustment in the driving travel range, and the worm gear has the characteristic of self-locking, so that the limit is reliable and cannot be randomly and mistakenly changed. The present invention may further incorporate an angle sensor so that the real time position of the mechanical stop can be read.

Furthermore, the flexible wire wheel can be pre-tightened through the scroll constant force spring, the flexible wire can be pre-tightened under the condition that the flexible wire is not driven, the flexible wire cannot be separated from the wire wheel in a one-way driving state, the normal use of the flexible wire is ensured, and the service life of the flexible wire is prolonged.

The driving mechanism of the invention can be provided with various sensors, such as a torque sensor, an angle sensor, a tension sensor and the like, and the sensors can be used for feeding back the motion state of the actuating mechanism in real time.
