1. A carton sealing aid device, characterized in that it is used for guiding the cover plate (2) of a packaging box (1), said carton sealing aid device comprising:
a first guide (10), the first guide (10) having a first guide surface (11); the first guide surface (11) is arranged obliquely upwards along the conveying direction of the packing box (1); the first guide surface (11) is used for abutting against the outer surface of a cover plate (2) of the packing box (1) so as to drive the cover plate (2) to turn upwards in the process of conveying the packing box (1);
the two first guide pieces (10) are arranged at intervals along a preset direction so as to form a guide space (101) between the two first guide pieces (10); the preset direction is vertical to the conveying direction of the packing box (1), so that when the packing box (1) passes through the guide space (101), the two first guide pieces (10) drive the two cover plates (2) of the packing box (1) which are oppositely arranged along the preset direction to be synchronously turned upwards.

the two second guiding pieces (20) are respectively arranged on two inner surfaces (12) of the two first guiding pieces (10) which are oppositely arranged, so that when the packing box (1) passes through the guiding space (101), the two second guiding pieces (20) drive two cover plates (2) of the packing box (1) which are oppositely arranged along the preset direction to synchronously turn downwards.
3. A carton sealing aid according to claim 2, characterized in that said second guide (20) is arranged on said first guide (10) movably in the vertical direction to adjust the position of said second guide (20) in the vertical direction according to the height of the cover (2) of the package (1).
4. The carton sealing auxiliary device according to claim 2, characterized in that the second guide surface (21) is an arc-shaped curved surface which is convexly arranged towards the inside of the guide space (101).

The box sealing aid of claim 2, characterized in that the second guide (20) is arranged close to the top of the first guide (10); along the direction of delivery of packing box (1), second guide (20) are close to the conveying low reaches setting of packing box (1), with when packing box (1) passes through when guiding space (101), pass through in proper order first spigot surface (11) with second spigot surface (21).

the two third guide parts (30) are respectively arranged on two oppositely arranged inner surfaces (12) of the two first guide parts (10); two surfaces of the two third guide pieces (30) which are oppositely arranged are used as two third guide surfaces (31); the distance between the two third guide surfaces (31) from which the first guide (10) projects is gradually increased in the direction from downstream to upstream of the transport, in order to guide the containers (1) into the guide spaces (101) during the transport of the containers (1).
7. The case sealing aid of claim 6, wherein the case sealing aid comprises:
-a connecting plate (50), said connecting plate (50) being located outside said first guide (10) along said predetermined direction, said connecting plate (50) being intended to be connected to a conveying device (100) of a packaging line; the connecting plate (50) is provided with an assembling hole (51), and the hole center line of the assembling hole (51) extends along the preset direction;
one end of the connecting shaft (60) is connected with the first guide piece (10) and/or the third guide piece (30), and the other end of the connecting shaft (60) movably penetrates through the assembling hole (51) to adjust the relative positions of the connecting shaft (60) and the connecting plate (50) according to the size of the packing box (1) in the preset direction.

The auxiliary box sealing device according to claim 7, wherein a yielding groove (14) extending in the vertical direction is formed in the lower end face of the first guide member (10), and one end of the connecting shaft (60) penetrates through the yielding groove (14) and then is connected with the third guide member (30).

The auxiliary box sealing device of claim 7, wherein the connecting plate (50) is further provided with a locking hole (53) communicated with the assembling hole (51); the auxiliary box sealing device further comprises a locking piece, wherein the locking piece penetrates through the locking hole (53) to prevent the connecting shaft (60) from moving relative to the connecting plate (50).
10. A packaging line, characterized in that it comprises:
a conveying device (100) for conveying the packaging box (1);
-a sealing aid (200), said sealing aid (200) being connected to said conveying device (100) for driving the cover (2) of the containers (1) passing through it towards a side close to the opening of said containers (1), said sealing aid (200) being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
wherein, the number of the conveying devices (100) is two, the two conveying devices (100) are a first conveying device (110) and a second conveying device (120), the first conveying device (110) conveys the packing case (1) along a first horizontal direction, the second conveying device (120) conveys the packing case (1) along a second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction is vertical to the second horizontal direction; along the conveying path of the packaging box (1), the conveying downstream of the first conveying device (110) is butted with the conveying upstream of the second conveying device (120);
the two auxiliary box sealing devices (200) are respectively arranged on the first conveying device (110) and the second conveying device (120); the auxiliary box sealing device (200) on the first conveying device (110) is used for guiding two cover plates (2) of the packaging box (1) which are oppositely arranged in the second horizontal direction, and the auxiliary box sealing device (200) on the second conveying device (120) is used for guiding two cover plates (2) of the packaging box (1) which are oppositely arranged in the first horizontal direction.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic packaging, in particular to a box sealing auxiliary device and a packaging production line.
Background
In a conventional carton packaging production line, a terminal carton sealing machine is used for automatically packaging a packaging box.
However, in a specific packaging production line, due to packaging requirements, the cover plate of the packaging box needs to be turned outwards and downwards at the upstream of the box sealing machine so as to conveniently load components such as fixed foam and the like. However, the guiding rod of the case sealer in the related art cannot guide the cover plate which is turned outwards and downwards, so that the case sealer cannot automatically package the packaging box, and the automation degree of the packaging production line is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a box sealing auxiliary device and a packaging production line, and aims to solve the problem that a cover plate of a packaging box cannot be guided by the packaging production line in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing aid for guiding a cover of a packing box, the sealing aid comprising: a first guide having a first guide surface; the first guide surface is arranged upwards along the conveying direction of the packing box; the first guide surface is used for abutting against the outer surface of the cover plate of the packing box so as to drive the cover plate to turn upwards in the process of conveying the packing box; the two first guide pieces are arranged at intervals along a preset direction so as to form a guide space between the two first guide pieces; the preset direction is vertical to the conveying direction of the packing box, so that when the packing box passes through the guide space, the two cover plates of the packing box oppositely arranged along the preset direction are driven by the two first guide pieces to be synchronously turned upwards.
Furthermore, the auxiliary box sealing device also comprises a second guide piece, the second guide piece is arranged on the inner surface of the first guide piece, and the end surface, far away from the inner surface, of the second guide piece is used as a second guide surface; the distance between the second guide surface and the inner surface is gradually increased along the conveying direction of the packing box; the second guide surface is used for abutting against the outer surface of the cover plate of the packing box so as to drive the cover plate to turn downwards in the conveying process of the packing box; the two second guiding pieces are respectively arranged on two inner surfaces of the two first guiding pieces, which are oppositely arranged, so that when the packing box passes through the guiding space, the two second guiding pieces drive the two cover plates of the packing box, which are oppositely arranged along the preset direction, to synchronously turn downwards.
Further, a second guide is movably provided on the first guide in a vertical direction to adjust a position of the second guide in the vertical direction according to a height of the cover plate of the packing box.
Further, the second guide surface is an arc-shaped curved surface protruding towards the guide space.
Further, a second guide is disposed proximate to the top of the first guide; along the direction of conveyance of packing box, the second guide is close to the conveying low reaches setting of packing box to when the packing box passes through the guide space, pass through first spigot surface and second spigot surface in proper order.
Further, the auxiliary box sealing device also comprises a third guide member, wherein the third guide member is arranged on the inner surface of the first guide member, and the third guide member extends out of the first guide member towards the conveying downstream of the packing box; the two third guide parts are respectively arranged on two oppositely arranged inner surfaces of the two first guide parts; two surfaces of the two third guide pieces which are oppositely arranged are used as two third guide surfaces; the distance between the two third guide surfaces extending from the first guide piece is gradually increased along the direction from the conveying downstream to the conveying upstream so as to guide the packing box into the guide space during the conveying process of the packing box.
Further, the auxiliary device for sealing the box comprises: the connecting plate is positioned on the outer side of the first guide piece along the preset direction and is used for being connected with a conveying device of a packaging production line; the connecting plate is provided with an assembling hole, and a hole center line of the assembling hole extends along a preset direction; and one end of the connecting shaft is connected with the first guide piece and/or the third guide piece, and the other end of the connecting shaft movably penetrates through the assembling hole to adjust the relative position of the connecting shaft and the connecting plate according to the size of the packing box in the preset direction.
Furthermore, the lower end face of the first guide piece is provided with a yielding groove extending in the vertical direction, and one end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the yielding groove and then is connected with the third guide piece.
Furthermore, a locking hole communicated with the assembling hole is also formed in the connecting plate; the box sealing auxiliary device further comprises a locking piece, and the locking piece penetrates through the locking hole to prevent the connecting shaft from moving relative to the connecting plate.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a packaging line comprising: the conveying device is used for conveying the packing box; the auxiliary box sealing device is connected with the conveying device and used for driving the cover plate of the packaging box passing through the auxiliary box sealing device to move towards one side close to the opening of the packaging box; the two conveying devices are a first conveying device and a second conveying device, the first conveying device conveys the packing boxes along a first horizontal direction, the second conveying device conveys the packing boxes along a second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction is vertical to the second horizontal direction; along the conveying path of the packing box, the conveying downstream of the first conveying device is butted with the conveying upstream of the second conveying device; the two auxiliary box sealing devices are respectively arranged on the first conveying device and the second conveying device; the auxiliary sealing device on the first conveying device is used for guiding two cover plates of the packaging box, which are oppositely arranged along the second horizontal direction, and the auxiliary sealing device on the second conveying device is used for guiding two cover plates of the packaging box, which are oppositely arranged along the first horizontal direction.
By applying the technical scheme provided by the invention, the first guide surface of the auxiliary box sealing device is matched with the conveyed packing box to drive the cover plate of the packing box which is turned downwards from outside to turn upwards, so that the cover plate of the packing box is guided. Particularly, along with the packing box is carried, the surface of the apron of outside upset downwards can with first spigot surface butt, because the slope setting up of first spigot surface, the in-process that the packing box continued to carry, the apron can be upset upwards under the impetus of first spigot surface. The application provides a joint sealing auxiliary device can lead just to the apron of the outside downward upset of packing box to be favorable to promoting packaging production line's degree of automation, be favorable to guaranteeing packaging production line's packing effect.
