Background

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the labeling device is used for attaching a label to a labeling area of a rice cooker 1, the labeling area is configured as a curved surface, the labeling device includes a connecting portion 10 and a labeling portion 20, the connecting portion 10 is used for being connected to a driving arm of a robot 300, the labeling portion 20 is connected to the connecting portion 10, the labeling portion 20 includes a bonding surface 221, at least a portion of the labeling portion 20 is made of a flexible material, so that the bonding surface 221 is deformed, the robot 300 drives the labeling portion 20 to move, and the label attached to the bonding surface 221 is attached to the labeling area configured as a curved surface.

In this embodiment, when the robot 300 drives the labeling part 20 to move and the pasting surface 221 is abutted to the labeling area of the rice cooker 1, the robot 300 drives the labeling part 20 to swing relative to the rice cooker 1 so as to make the label pasted to the curved surface of the rice cooker 1, thereby flatly pasting the label on the labeling area; the sticking surface 221 is deformed when it is abutted against the rice cooker 1, and the label can be better stuck to the curved surface of the rice cooker 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connection portion 10 includes a connection plate 11 and a connection column 12, a first end of the connection plate 11 is connected to the vacuum chuck 21, a second end of the connection plate 11 is connected to the robot 300, the connection column 12 is connected to a second end of the connection plate 11, the connection column 12 is connected to the robot 300, and the connection column 12 and the vacuum chuck 21 are respectively located at two sides of the connection plate 11. Thus, the robot 300 is prevented from interfering with the labeling part 20 or the rice cooker 1 during labeling by arranging the connecting plate 11 and the connecting column 12.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting part 10 further includes a first quick-change disk 13, the first quick-change disk 13 is connected to the connecting column 12, and the connecting column 12 is detachably connected to a second quick-change disk 301 of the robot 300 through the first quick-change disk 13. Thus, when the labeling process is required, the robot 300 is connected to the labeling device 400 through the cooperation of the second quick change disk 301 and the first quick change disk 13, and the robot 300 drives the labeling device 400 to move to realize automatic labeling.

Optionally, the first quick-change disk 13 and the second quick-change disk 301 are connected by a quick-change positioning pin 30.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present application further provides an electric rice cooker packaging production line, which comprises: the conveying device 100 is used for conveying the electric cooker 1; the label peeling machine 200, the label peeling machine 200 is arranged on one side of the conveying device 100; a robot 300, wherein the robot 300 is arranged on one side of the conveying device 100 and is arranged at a distance from the label stripping machine 200; the labeling device 400, the labeling device 400 is connected with the robot 300, so that the robot 300 drives the labeling device 400 to move to the label peeling machine 200 for label taking, and after the label taking is finished, the robot 300 drives the labeling device 400 to move to the rice cooker 1 for labeling; the labeling device 400 is the labeling device described above. In this way, the electric cooker 1 is conveyed to the labeling station by the conveying device 100, the driving arm of the robot 300 is connected with the labeling device 400, then the labeling device 400 is driven to move to the label peeling machine 200 for label taking and then to move to the labeling position, and then the robot 300 drives the labeling device 400 to rotate to paste the label on the electric cooker 1.

Optionally, the rice cooker packaging production line comprises a plurality of labeling devices 400 with different specifications, which can be replaced according to rice cookers 1 or labels with different specifications. Specifically, the labeling units 20 of the labeling device 400 are provided as the labeling units 20 of different specifications, the first quick-change disks 13 have the same structure and size, and the labeling devices 400 of different specifications are replaced by matching the first quick-change disks 13 with the second quick-change disks 301.

In an alternative embodiment shown in fig. 5, two labeling devices 400 are placed on the quick-change platform 700, and the labeling device 400 with a corresponding specification is selected according to the specification of the electric cooker 1 conveyed by the conveying device 100, so as to realize labeling operation on the electric cooker 1.

As shown in fig. 5, the rice cooker packaging production line further comprises a positioning fixture 500, the positioning fixture 500 is connected with the conveying device 100, the positioning fixture 500 has a clamping state for clamping the rice cooker 1 and a non-clamping state for allowing the rice cooker 1 to pass through; so that the robot 300 drives the labeling device 400 to label the label on the rice cooker 1 after the positioning clamp 500 is in the clamping state. Therefore, the electric cooker 1 on the labeling station is clamped by the positioning fixture 500, so that the electric cooker 1 is prevented from shaking in the labeling process, and the label is smoothly and reliably attached to the electric cooker 1.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rice cooker packaging production line further comprises a visual detection device 600, the visual detection device 600 is connected with the conveying device 100, the visual detection device 600 comprises a camera 601, the camera 601 is arranged opposite to the labeling area of the rice cooker 1, and the visual detection device 600 is used for detecting the labeling quality. The image information of the label is obtained by shooting with the camera 601, and then the image information is analyzed by the analysis module of the visual inspection device 600, so that the labeling quality is obtained.

In the present application, the labeling quality refers to whether the label is flat, whether the labeling position is correct, whether the label character direction is correct, and the like.

In the specific implementation, when the labeling quality is unqualified, the electric cooker 1 with unqualified labeling is taken down from the conveying device 100 by a robot, and the label is manually torn off and then reworked.
