Background
In the packaging process of the electric cooker, the upper cover of the electric cooker needs to be opened, parts such as a spoon and the like are put into a cooker body of the electric cooker, and then the upper cover of the electric cooker is covered; in the packaging process of the electric cooker, a label is required to be pasted on the cooker body of the electric cooker.
However, in the related art, the cover closing operation and the labeling operation are both manually operated, which results in low automation degree of the packaging production line of the electric cooker.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an electric cooker packaging production line, which aims to solve the problem that the electric cooker packaging production line in the prior art is low in automation degree.

Furthermore, a first quick-change disk is arranged on a driving arm of the robot, the cover closing device and the labeling device respectively comprise a second quick-change disk matched with the first quick-change disk, and the first quick-change disk is connected with one of the two second quick-change disks so that the driving arm is connected with the cover closing device or the labeling device.
Furthermore, the electric cooker packaging production line also comprises a clamping device, the clamping device is connected with the conveying device and is positioned at the cover closing and labeling station, and the clamping device has a clamping state for clamping a cooker body of the electric cooker and a non-clamping state for allowing the electric cooker to pass; when the conveying device conveys the electric cooker to a cover closing and labeling station, the clamping device is switched from a non-clamping state to a clamping state, and the robot drives the cover closing device to perform cover closing operation on the electric cooker or drives the labeling device to perform labeling operation on the electric cooker; when the cover closing operation and the labeling operation are finished, the clamping device is switched from a clamping state to a non-clamping state, and the conveying device is used for conveying the electric cooker from the cover closing and labeling station to the next station.
Further, the clamping device comprises: the two clamping structures are oppositely arranged along a first direction, and the first direction is vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying device; the two clamping structures are movably arranged along a first direction, and along the direction away from each other, the two clamping structures are sequentially provided with a clamping position and a yielding position; when the two clamping structures are positioned at the clamping positions, the clamping device is in a clamping state; when the two clamping structures are both positioned at the abdicating position, the clamping device is in a non-clamping state; two drive actuating cylinder, two fixed parts that drive actuating cylinder all are connected with conveyor, and two output that drive actuating cylinder are connected with two clamping structure respectively.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the electric cooker packaging production line is provided with the cover closing and labeling station, and the automatic cover closing operation and the automatic labeling operation are realized at the station by utilizing the cooperation of the robot, the cover closing device and the labeling device, so that the automation degree of the electric cooker packaging production line is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced; meanwhile, the electric cooker packaging production line is also provided with a quick-change platform, the robot is controlled to replace the cover closing device or the labeling device at the quick-change platform, the cover closing operation and the labeling operation are realized at the cover closing and labeling station by using one robot, the occupied space of the electric cooker packaging production line is saved, and the packaging efficiency of the electric cooker packaging production line is improved.
