Background

With the continuous progress of science and technology, people have higher and higher demands on the automation of industrial production. In the traditional automatic material receiving equipment, a vacuum chuck is often used for adsorbing a workpiece and placing the workpiece into a corresponding device, and when the workpiece with insufficient hardness is adsorbed in the process of blanking by using the vacuum chuck, the vacuum chuck is easy to deform, so that the workpiece falls off in the process of transferring; when adsorbing some work pieces with irregular shapes and uneven surfaces, the vacuum chuck can generate air leakage, so that the work pieces are failed to be grabbed, the sealing performance is poor, and the working efficiency of the material receiving machine is greatly reduced.

Need design a new double-end material machine of receiving for it can once only unload the work piece and get and carry out the ejection of compact, degree of automation is high, uses manpower sparingly material resources.
