a2, moving a lifting vehicle, and conveying the converter valve sub-module to the lower part of the track beam; lifting the height of the lifting trolley until the converter valve sub-module reaches the lifting position of the walking trolley; then, a lifting appliance is installed on the converter valve submodule; then the basket bolts of the lifting appliance are connected with the walking trolley;

a3, manually drawing a walking trolley, moving the converter valve submodule to the installation position in the valve tower, releasing the converter valve submodule to enable the converter valve submodule to stably fall on the insulating trough beam, fixing the converter valve submodule by a fastener, finally picking up the lifting appliance and moving the walking trolley to the outside of the valve tower.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of electric power facilities, in particular to a flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing tool and a flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing method.

Background

The flexible direct-current transmission technology is a novel transmission technology at present, and only 5 flexible direct-current transmission projects are transported nationwide as 8 months in 2019. The converter valve is core equipment of the flexible direct current transmission converter station, and the MMC technology and a full-control IGBT device are adopted to realize the flexible conversion function. The flexible direct-current transmission converter valve is formed by combining a plurality of sub-modules, taking a mansion door flexible and straight project as an example, one group of converter valves consists of 1296 sub-modules and is divided into 18 valve towers, 72 sub-modules of each valve tower are arranged in three layers and four surfaces, the valve towers are arranged on the ground, and the highest layer is about 7 meters away from the ground. When one or some of the submodules fails, the submodules need to be replaced, and each submodule weighs up to 250kG because the submodule is located on the valve tower.

At present, no tool which can be directly applied to the maintenance of the valve tower exists in the market. The disassembly and assembly requires a great deal of labor and time.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a flexible straight converter valve submodule replacing tool and a flexible straight converter valve submodule replacing method, which can achieve the purposes of saving the submodule replacing labor and time and guaranteeing the working safety aiming at a valve tower structure.

The present invention adopts the following scheme.

A flexible direct current converter valve submodule replacing tool is used for replacing a converter valve submodule at a valve tower of a flexible direct current transmission converter station, and comprises a track beam and a beam frame for supporting the track beam; the track beam is positioned at the tower layer of the valve tower, the end part of the track beam extends out of the side surface of the valve tower, and a track for the traveling trolley to move is arranged at the track beam; when the converter valve sub-modules at the tower layer are replaced, the converter valve sub-modules are hoisted by the hoisting assembly through the traveling trolley, and the traveling trolley transports the converter valve sub-modules to the preset position through the track beam.

When the converter valve sub-modules at the tower layer are replaced, the converter valve sub-modules are lifted or lowered by a movable gantry crane with an electric hoist.

When the converter valve sub-module is replaced, the new converter valve sub-module is lifted to a lifting vehicle of the converter station by a gantry crane, then the converter valve sub-module is transferred to a track beam by the lifting vehicle, and then the converter valve sub-module is sent to a specified installation position of a valve tower by the traveling vehicle.

A sub-module support is arranged at the lifting vehicle and used for supporting the converter valve sub-module; when the changed converter valve sub-module is pushed out of the valve tower, the changed converter valve sub-module can be temporarily placed at the sub-module support.

When the converter valve sub-module at the top of the converter valve tower is replaced, the beam frame uses a steel beam, the steel beam is installed on a post insulator at the top layer of the converter valve tower through an insulator gasket at the top of the converter valve tower, and the steel beam and the insulator gasket can be detached after the replacement operation of the converter valve sub-module is finished.

When the converter valve sub-modules on the middle tower layer or the bottom layer of the valve tower are replaced, the beam frame is an insulating groove beam above the converter valve sub-modules on the tower layer.

The hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting tool connected with the traveling trolley through a turnbuckle, and the hoisting tool is provided with two or more than two hoisting arms capable of being inserted into hoisting holes of the converter valve sub-module; the lifting appliance can be used for lifting the converter valve sub-module.

The hoisting assembly further comprises a hanging strip, a 4m hanging strip is adopted when the converter valve sub-module at the top of the converter valve tower is replaced, and a 3m hanging strip is adopted when the converter valve sub-module in the middle layer of the converter valve tower is replaced.

A flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing method adopts the flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing tool, and the method comprises a method for installing each layer of converter valve submodule of a valve tower and a method for dismantling the converter valve submodule;

the method for installing each layer of converter valve submodule of the valve tower comprises the following steps:

a1, placing the submodule supports on a lifting vehicle of the converter station; hoisting the converter valve sub-module to the sub-module support by using an electric hoist;

a2, moving a lifting vehicle, and conveying the converter valve sub-module to the lower part of the track beam; lifting the height of the lifting trolley until the converter valve sub-module reaches the lifting position of the walking trolley; then, a lifting appliance is installed on the converter valve submodule; then the basket bolts of the lifting appliance are connected with the walking trolley;

a3, manually drawing a walking trolley, moving the converter valve submodule to the installation position in the valve tower, releasing the converter valve submodule to enable the converter valve submodule to stably fall on the insulating trough beam, fixing the converter valve submodule by a fastener, finally picking up the lifting appliance and moving the walking trolley to the outside of the valve tower.

The method for dismantling the converter valve sub-module comprises the following steps;

b1, assembling the track beam; then the walking trolley provided with the lifting appliance is arranged at the track beam;

b2, moving the traveling trolley to a position right above the converter valve submodule to be replaced, inserting the eccentric pins at the bottom of the lifting appliance into the hoisting holes at two sides of the lower part of the converter valve submodule, and then removing the fixing bolts at the bottom of the converter valve submodule;

b3, after the walking small car is locked, rotating a turn buckle of the lifting appliance to lift the converter valve sub-module to 1 ~ 2cm away from the insulating beam by the lifting appliance;

b4, moving the lifting vehicle to the position below the end part of the track beam, manually pulling the walking vehicle to move the converter valve sub-module to the end part of the track beam, and adjusting the posture of the converter valve sub-module to enable the long side direction of the converter valve sub-module to be parallel to the long side direction of the lifting vehicle;

and B5, lowering the platform height of the lifting vehicle, moving the converter valve sub-module to the position right above the lifting vehicle, then lifting the lifting vehicle to the height so that the converter valve sub-module can be placed on the sub-module support of the lifting vehicle, then fixing the converter valve sub-module on the sub-module support, and then removing the lifting appliance from the converter valve sub-module.

The invention provides a tool replacement scheme for flexible direct current transmission converter valve submodule replacement, and the scheme can achieve the purposes of saving the manual labor and time for submodule replacement and guaranteeing the working safety aiming at the valve tower structure.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a flexible direct current converter valve submodule replacing tool is used for replacing a converter valve submodule 3 at a valve tower of a flexible direct current transmission converter station, and comprises a track beam and a beam frame 5 for supporting the track beam 2; the track beam is positioned at the tower layer of the valve tower 1, the end part of the track beam extends out of the side surface of the valve tower, and a track for the traveling trolley to move is arranged at the track beam; when the converter valve sub-modules at the tower layer are replaced, the converter valve sub-modules are hoisted by the hoisting assembly through the traveling trolley 6, and the traveling trolley transports the converter valve sub-modules to the preset position through the track beam.

When the converter valve sub-modules at the tower layer are replaced, the converter valve sub-modules are lifted or lowered by a movable gantry crane with an electric hoist.

When the converter valve sub-module is replaced, the new converter valve sub-module is lifted to a lifting vehicle of the converter station by a gantry crane, then the converter valve sub-module is transferred to a track beam by the lifting vehicle, and then the converter valve sub-module is sent to a specified installation position of a valve tower by the traveling vehicle.

The hoisting assembly further comprises a hanging strip, a 4m hanging strip is adopted when the converter valve sub-module at the top of the converter valve tower is replaced, and a 3m hanging strip is adopted when the converter valve sub-module in the middle layer of the converter valve tower is replaced.

A flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing method adopts the flexible-straight converter valve submodule replacing tool, and the method comprises a method for installing each layer of converter valve submodule of a valve tower and a method for dismantling the converter valve submodule;

the method for installing each layer of converter valve submodule of the valve tower comprises the following steps:

b2, moving the traveling trolley to a position right above the converter valve submodule to be replaced, inserting the eccentric pins at the bottom of the lifting appliance into the hoisting holes at two sides of the lower part of the converter valve submodule, and then removing the fixing bolts at the bottom of the converter valve submodule;

In this example, the beam uses a C50 model steel beam when replacing the converter valve sub-modules at the top of the valve tower.
