When the mounting cover 500 is mounted on the mounting seat 400, the first positioning column is inserted into the positioning round hole 430, and then the second positioning column is inserted into the linear groove 440, so that the mounting cover 500 is accurately positioned relative to the mounting seat 400, and the mounting cover 500 is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat 400 in a riveting or clamping manner. Meanwhile, due to the form of matching the linear groove 440 with the positioning circular hole 430, even if corresponding production errors exist in the production process of the mounting cover 500, the first positioning column and the second positioning column can be accurately positioned and matched with the positioning circular hole 430 and the linear groove 440 respectively, and the positioning accuracy is high.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the side wall of the latch tongue 100 is provided with the abutting protrusion 120, the other end of the elastic resetting member 200 is in abutting engagement with the abutting protrusion 120, the locking structure of the luggage case further includes a buffer member 600, the buffer member 600 is disposed on one side of the abutting protrusion 120, and the buffer member 600 is disposed away from the elastic resetting member 200. Thus, the abutting protrusion 120 is used for abutting and matching with the other end of the elastic reset piece 200, so that the lock tongue 100 has a larger movement space and cannot cause interference; of course, a corresponding second connecting portion 121 may also be provided on the abutment projection 120 to achieve a reliable connection with the other end of the elastic restoring member 200. Meanwhile, when the pulling element 300 is loosened, the bolt 100 is reset under the action of the elastic resetting element 200, the abutting protrusion 120 collides with the buffering element 600, the buffering element 600 can buffer and absorb the elastic force applied to the bolt 100 by the elastic resetting element 200, the locking part 110 can be prevented from being impacted on the inner wall of the lock hole 2000, the telescopic length of the elastic resetting element 200 can be indirectly limited, and the elastic resetting element 200 is prevented from fatigue failure after being used for a long time. The buffer 600 may be a rubber pad, a silicone block, or other elements having an elastic buffer function. The buffer member 600 may be fixed to the mounting base 400 by riveting or clamping.

In order to guarantee the uniformity of the stress of the lock tongue 100, the left and right sides of the lock tongue 100 are provided with the abutting protrusions 120, each abutting protrusion 120 is matched with one elastic resetting piece 200 in an abutting mode, each abutting protrusion 120 corresponds to one buffering piece 600, and therefore the lock tongue 100 can be subjected to balanced elastic force, and the elastic force on the lock tongue 100 can be absorbed by the buffering pieces 600 in a balanced mode.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in any of the above embodiments, the locking portion 110 is provided with a guiding inclined surface 111 for guiding the locking portion 110 to extend into the locking hole 2000. When the cover plate 1000 needs to be closed to close the box body 3000, the cover body is only required to be rotated to cover the box body 3000, the pulling force on the pulling piece 300 is released, and under the resetting action of the elastic resetting piece 200 and the guiding action of the guiding inclined plane 111, the locking part 110 extends into the lock hole 2000 and is matched with the lock hole 2000 in a locking manner, so that the cover plate 1000 and the box body 3000 can be locked. If the pulling element 300 is released before the cover body is rotated to cover the box body 3000, the cover plate 1000 is pressed toward the box body 3000 (as shown in F1 of fig. 2), a reaction force (as shown in F2 of fig. 2) perpendicular to the guide inclined surface 111 is applied to the lock tongue 100 by the side wall of the lock hole 2000, so that the lock tongue 100 moves toward the direction away from the lock hole 2000 by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic resetting element 200, and the locking portion 110 moves toward the direction away from the lock hole 2000, so that the cover body rotates toward the box body 3000, when the locking portion 110 is opposite to the lock hole 2000, the locking portion 110 extends into the lock hole 2000 by the elastic force of the elastic resetting element 200, and the locking of the cover plate 1000 and the box body 3000 is achieved. The locking portion 110 may be provided with a tapered head.

In one embodiment, a luggage case is further provided, which includes a case body 3000, a cover plate 1000 and the locking structure of any of the above embodiments, the cover plate 1000 is rotatably connected to the case body 3000, the locking structure is disposed on a back side 1200 of the cover plate 1000, the cover plate 1000 is provided with a first through hole 1100 for allowing one end 310 of the pulling member 300 to pass through, and the case body 3000 is provided with a lock hole 2000 for locking and matching with the locking portion 110.

In the luggage case of the above embodiment, when in use, the cover plate 1000 is rotatably connected to the case body 3000 through a hinge or a rotation shaft, so that the cover plate 1000 can freely rotate relative to the case body 3000 to open or close the case body 3000, the locking structure is mounted on the back 1200 of the cover plate 1000, and meanwhile, the one end 310 of the pulling member 300 passes through the first through hole 1100 of the cover plate 1000 and protrudes out of the cover plate 1000. When the cover plate 1000 needs to be opened and the box body 3000 is opened, only one end 310 of the pulling member 300 needs to be pulled, so that pulling force is applied to the bolt 100, the bolt 100 can overcome the elastic action of the elastic reset piece 200 and move along the contraction direction of the elastic reset piece 200, the locking part 110 of the bolt 100 is further pulled out from the lock hole 2000 in the box body 3000, the pulling member 300 continues to be pulled, and the cover plate 1000 can be driven to rotate relative to the box body 3000 to open the box body 3000. When the upper cover plate 1000 needs to be closed and the box body 3000 is closed, only the pulling force on the pulling part 300 needs to be loosened, and under the reset action of the elastic reset part 200, the elastic force is applied to the lock tongue 100, so that the locking part 110 of the lock tongue 100 extends into the lock hole 2000 and is matched with the lock hole 2000 in a locking manner, the cover plate 1000 and the box body 3000 can be locked, and the cover plate 1000 is prevented from vibrating and abnormal sound is avoided. The luggage case of the above embodiment can simply and conveniently lock the cover plate 1000 and the case body 3000 by only loosening the pulling piece 300, and can simply and conveniently loosen the cover plate 1000 to open the case body 3000 by only pulling the pulling piece 300 towards the upper side of the cover plate 1000 without occupying a large operation space, so that the case body 3000 can be opened and closed smoothly even if the operation space in the compartment is small.
