1. A preparation method of coated guanidinoacetic acid is characterized in that: the preparation steps are as follows:

(1) pretreatment of

Background

The glycocyamine belongs to amino acid and derivatives thereof, is a functional feed additive, and is suitable for livestock and poultry mainly based on plant daily ration. The glycocyamine has important effects of improving the production performance of livestock and poultry, improving the meat quality, promoting energy metabolism, improving the resource value of protein feed and the like. Most guanidinoacetic acid obtained by the existing preparation method is in a powder crystal shape, the flowability is poor in practical use, particularly, the product has high degradation rate in rumen in the aspect of ruminant utilization, the sustained-release effect cannot be achieved after the product passes through the rumen, and the bioavailability is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of coated glycocyamine, which protects glycocyamine through technical treatment, prevents glycocyamine from being fermented and degraded in a rumen to directly enter a small intestine and then be digested and absorbed, and thus achieves the purpose of improving the utilization rate of glycocyamine.

A preparation method of coated guanidinoacetic acid comprises the following preparation steps:

(1) pretreatment of

Carrying out superfine grinding and screening on the guanidinoacetic acid to obtain guanidinoacetic acid powder;

(2) preparation of pellet core

Placing guanidinoacetic acid powder and gelatinized starch solution into hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution, uniformly mixing, then preparing into spherical particles, screening the spherical particles, and then putting into a dryer for drying to obtain pill cores;

Placing the screened primary coated pellet core particles in a fluidized bed coating machine, melting the food-grade hydrogenated vegetable oil through a bottom spraying system of the fluidized bed coating machine, and then using the melted food-grade hydrogenated vegetable oil as a coating material to carry out secondary coating on the primary coated pellet core, thereby obtaining the coated glycocyamine.

As a limitation of step (1), selecting powder guanidinoacetic acid from guanidinoacetic acid in the step (1); and carrying out swing arrangement and grading screening on the glycocyamine through a sieve of 80 meshes, and taking glycocyamine powder of 80 meshes.

As the limitation of the step (2), the starch in the step (2) is any plant starch, preferably corn starch or potato starch, and the starch accounts for 0.4 percent ~ 0.6.6 percent of the mass of the pellet core.

As a second limitation of step (2), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose constitutes 0.4% ~ 0.6.6%, preferably 0.4%, of the mass of the pellet core in step (2);

the concentration of the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose solution is 10% ~ 15%, preferably 10%.

As a third limitation of the step (2), the spherical particles formed in the step (2) are subjected to swing finishing and classification screening by a 20-mesh ~ 60-mesh screen;

the parameters in the dryer in the step (2) are that the air inlet speed is 80 ~ 85 ℃, the air outlet speed is 60 ~ 80 ℃, and the drying time is 15 ~ 30 minutes.

As a limitation of the step (3), the adding mass ratio of the pellet core to the ethyl cellulose or polyacrylic resin IV in the step (3) is 21.5 ~ 28: 1;

the parameters of the fluidized bed coating machine are that the air inlet temperature is less than 65 ℃, the material temperature is less than 45 ℃, the atomization pressure is 0.20 MPa ~ 0.25.25 MPa, and the pump flow rate is 15 ~ 30 L.h-1The treatment time was 30 ~ 45 minutes.

By way of limitation, the appearance of the finally obtained product is in a strip shape or an oval shape, and the effective component of glycocyamine after secondary coating reaches 60 percent ~ 90 percent.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical progress that:

(1) after the glycocyamine is coated, the glycocyamine has good free-running property and is easy to process feed;

(2) the glycocyamine is protected by multiple coatings, the rumen bypass rate of glycocyamine active ingredients is improved, the glycocyamine is prevented from being fermented and degraded in rumen and directly entering small intestine and then being digested and absorbed, and the utilization rate of glycocyamine is improved;

(3) the degradation rate of the guanidinoacetic acid in rumen is reduced, the slow release effect of the product is realized, and the bioavailability of the product is improved;

(4) after being coated for many times, the product has better stability, is beneficial to storage, and resists abrasion in the processing process and high temperature in the feed granulating process.
