the method comprises the following steps: picking one or more medicinal parts of roots, stems, leaves or flowers of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, if a plurality of medicinal parts are picked, separately storing the medicinal parts, wherein the medicinal parts need to be within 3-15 days of the mature period of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, removing non-medicinal parts, and then drying the medicinal parts by using a drying room to ensure that the water content in the medicinal parts is between 15% and 20%;

step two: screening and removing mud dirt of the picked medicinal parts by a vibration screening machine with a 6-10 mesh screen, wherein the vibration frequency of the vibration screening machine is 4-6 times/second, and then putting the Chinese medicinal materials without the mud dirt into a water tank for washing for 30-50 min by long flowing water to completely remove the residual mud dirt and pesticide on the Chinese medicinal materials;

b. stopping heating when the temperature of the rolling stones is heated to 60 ℃, stir-frying for 3min-5min according to the frequency of 20-25 times/min, continuously heating the rolling stones to 60 ℃ when the temperature of the rolling stones is reduced to 40 ℃, and so on until the Chinese medicinal materials are in a roll shape.

However, the processing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is complex during processing and production, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are often heated unevenly during hot processing to affect the quality, and filamentous objects often remain during cutting or slicing to affect the overall quality of the traditional Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. step two: screening and removing mud dirt of the picked medicinal parts by a vibration screening machine with a 6-10 mesh screen, wherein the vibration frequency of the vibration screening machine is 4-6 times/second, and then putting the Chinese medicinal materials without the mud dirt into a water tank for washing for 30-50 min by long flowing water to completely remove the residual mud dirt and pesticide on the Chinese medicinal materials;

step three: then taking out and putting into one of alcohol water solution, vinegar water solution, ginger juice solution or salt water solution for soaking for 120min-150min, then fishing out and removing water drops, and putting into a drying furnace for intermittent drying at the high temperature of 60-80 ℃ until the water content of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is between 8% -12%;

step four: cutting or slicing the roots, stems or leaves of the dried Chinese medicinal materials to the length of 8-12 mm, then putting the cut or sliced roots, stems and leaves and the flowers in the third step into rolling stones, heating and stir-frying for 20-30 min, wherein the heating temperature is 40-60 ℃, and then screening the rolling stones through a screen mesh with 25-30 meshes;

step five: screening the quality of the processed roots, stems, leaves or flowers of the Chinese medicinal materials, subpackaging the screened different Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, packaging and storing in a dry environment for later use.

In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the picked traditional Chinese medicine is any one of traditional Chinese medicine with roots, stems, leaves and flowers, such as bighead atractylodes rhizome, cortex moutan, white paeony root, aster, radix angelicae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, platycodon grandiflorum, trichosanthes root, chrysanthemum, fructus cnidii and the like.
