Background

At present, the domestic gasoline is commonly added with methyl tert-butyl ether to improve the octane number of the gasoline. But the new environmental protection regulations require that the gasoline reaches the national IV or V standard, namely that the sulfur content is less than 50mg/kg or 10 mg/kg. At present, the main production process of the methyl tert-butyl ether in China is to etherify and separate mixed C4 and methanol in a catalytic distillation tower with cation exchange resin as a catalyst. The methyl tert-butyl ether product usually contains 50-200mg/kg of sulfide, and some methyl tert-butyl ethers produced by manufacturers sometimes contain up to 2000mg/kg of sulfide, so that the methyl tert-butyl ether must be desulfurized to be used as an ideal blending component, and the desulfurization equipment in the prior art cannot completely remove the low-boiling-point component sulfide in the ancient desulfurization city.

In order to better use the mixing blades, the invention improves that the mixing blades are arranged into spiral blades, and each spiral blade is provided with a plurality of through holes.

In order to better use the second mixing part, the invention improves that the second mixing part is cylindrical, and a plurality of mixing blades are arranged in the second mixing part in a detachable mode.

In order to better use the baffle, the invention improves that the baffle is in a semicircular structure.

In order to better distill materials, the invention improves that the baffle plates are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the distillation tower body in a staggered mode.

For better use of the mixing blades, the mixing blades 8 are provided as helical blades, each of which is provided with a plurality of through holes. For better use of the second mixing section, the second mixing section 2 is of cylindrical configuration, and a plurality of mixing blades 8 are removably arranged inside the second mixing section 2. For better use of the baffle, the baffle 18 is of a semi-circular configuration. In order to better distill the materials, the baffle plates are uniformly staggered on the inner wall of the distillation tower body 17.

The reaction desulfurizer is contacted with the sulfur-containing material before or after etherification reaction of the methyl tert-butyl ether and is uniformly mixed by a static mixer, the liquid is mixed by a honeycomb-shaped liquid channel 3 in a first mixing part 1 and then is mixed by a second mixing part 2 again, a plurality of through holes are formed in a mixing blade 8 of the second mixing part 2, the mixing is uniform, the liquid flowing through a pipeline 6 is collided with a spoiler 7 by the design of the spoiler 7, so that turbulence is formed, the mixing effect is improved, the liquid enters a synthesis reactor for catalytic reaction, and then the high-boiling point high-sulfur-containing component is separated by a distillation tower to obtain the methyl tert-butyl ether product with ultralow sulfur content.
