Background

The requirements of automobile emission regulations are increasingly strict, and engines generally adopt a closed crankcase ventilation system, so that mixed gas consisting of unburned fuel gas, water vapor, waste gas and the like in a crankcase is guided to an air inlet pipe through a connecting pipe and returns to a cylinder for re-combustion. However, in cold environments in winter, when high-temperature mixed gas of a crankcase flows through the low-temperature ventilation pipe, water vapor in the mixed gas is condensed into water and flows into an oil pan along the ventilation pipe, so that engine oil is emulsified, and when the temperature is lower, the condensed water is condensed into ice to block the ventilation pipe of the crankcase, so that serious faults of the engine are caused.

There are two main common solutions to the above problems: firstly, a heating water pipe is arranged beside a crankcase ventilation pipe, and engine cooling liquid is used for indirectly heating the crankcase ventilation pipe; and secondly, a heating transition joint is arranged at the connecting position of the crankcase ventilation pipe and the air inlet pipe. The scheme of the water heating pipe is limited by the space of the whole vehicle, and additional water pipes cannot be arranged on part of the vehicles; the heating water pipe shunts the engine coolant to influence the heat dissipation of the engine; in addition, when the engine coolant is cold started at low temperature, a certain temperature rise process exists, and the problem of water condensation of a crankcase ventilation pipe exists in the period of time. The heating transition joint scheme can only solve the problem that the condensate water of the mixed gas is frozen after flowing through the ventilation pipe of the crankcase, the problem of the condensate water in the process of flowing through the ventilation pipe can not be solved, and the risk of engine oil emulsification still exists.
