1. A blast tube cleaning plug, comprising:

A plug according to any one of claims 1 to 6 in which the base (1) comprises a mounting portion (11) and a guide portion (12) provided on the mounting portion (11), the mounting portion (11) being configured to fit securely on the outer wall of the vent pipe, the guide portion (12) extending into the vent pipe, the through-hole (100) extending through the guide portion (12) and the mounting portion (11).

8. The vent cleaner plug of claim 7, wherein the mounting portion (11) is arcuate, the arcuate mounting portion configured to conform to an outer wall of a circular vent tube.

9. A blast pipe cleaning plug according to claim 7, wherein said mounting portion (11) is plate-shaped, the plate-shaped mounting portion being configured to conform to an outer wall of a square or oval shaped vent pipe.

10. A tuber cleaner plug according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising a stop mechanism comprising cooperating projections (4) and recesses (5), one of the projections (4) and recesses (5) being provided on the inner wall of the guide portion (12) and the other on the plugging end (21).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment for ventilation pipelines, in particular to a cleaning plug for an air pipe.

Background

Most of ventilation pipelines of ships are not provided with cleaning openings, when the ventilation pipelines run for a period of time, the sanitation inside the ventilation pipelines cannot meet the use requirements, the health of personnel on the ships is easily affected, and the sanitation inside the ventilation pipelines is particularly important for large passenger ships and mail ships with dense personnel.

At present, a cleaning opening is formed in the side wall of a ventilation pipe, a plate-type sealing plate is arranged at the cleaning opening, and when the ventilation pipe does not need to be cleaned, the sealing plate needs to be fixedly connected with the ventilation pipe through a bolt; when the clean ventilation pipe of needs, dismantle the shrouding from the ventilation pipe again, the clean operation of being not convenient for is dismantled the shrouding repeatedly, and during the dismouting shrouding, causes the damage to the insulating material on the pipe wall of ventilation pipe and the pipe wall easily, influences the life of ventilation pipe.

Therefore, there is a need for a clean out plug for an air hose that solves the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cleaning plug for an air pipe, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the cleaning efficiency is low and insulating materials on a ventilation pipe and a pipe wall are damaged due to repeated disassembly and assembly of sealing plates.

The body 2 comprises a blocking end 21 and a handle 22 arranged on the blocking end 21, the blocking end 21 can block the through hole 100 to seal the cleaning opening, and the handle 22 is convenient for a worker to hold by hand to plug the blocking end 21 into the through hole 100 or pull the blocking end 21 out of the through hole 100. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4-6, the mounting portion 11 is plate-shaped, and the plate-shaped mounting portion is configured to conform to an outer wall of the square ventilation tube. Of course, the plate-like mounting portion provided in the present embodiment can also be applied to an oval vent pipe. Further, the plugging end 21 includes a fixing plate 211 and a cylinder 212, the cylinder 212 is fixedly disposed at one side of the fixing plate 211, and the handle 22 is disposed at the other side of the fixing plate 211. Preferably, a groove 5 is provided on the inner wall of the guide 12 and a protrusion 4 is provided on the outer wall of the cylinder 212 of the stopper end 21, the protrusion 4 cooperating with the groove 5 when the cylinder 212 is inserted into the guide 12 to prevent the cylinder 212 from being separated from the guide 12 by the gas pressure.
