Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a hot press apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The hot press apparatus 100 is capable of heating the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 to be pressed, and then pressing the heated first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300. The hot-pressing device 100 includes a frame 10, an upper pressing mechanism 20, a lower pressing mechanism 30, a hot-melting mechanism 40, and a protection mechanism 50. The upper pressing mechanism 20, the lower pressing mechanism 30, the hot melting mechanism 40 and the protection mechanism 50 are respectively arranged on the frame 10. The pressing-up mechanism 20 is used to carry the first workpiece 200 and drive the first workpiece 200 downward. The hold-down mechanism 30 is used to carry the second workpiece 300 and drive the second workpiece 300 upward. The heat fusing mechanism 40 is used to heat the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300. The upper pressing mechanism 20 and the lower pressing mechanism 30 cooperate to press the heated first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300. The protection mechanism 50 is used to protect the press-up mechanism 20 and the press-down mechanism 30.

Specifically, the frame 10 includes a base plate 11 and a support 12. The support 12 is provided on the base plate 11. The upper pressing mechanism 20, the lower pressing mechanism 30 and the protection mechanism 50 are respectively arranged on the bottom plate 11. The heat-melting mechanism 40 is arranged on the support 12.

The pressing mechanism 20 includes a pressing plate 21, a pull rod 22, a supporting plate 23 and a pressing driving member 24. The upper pressing driving piece 24 is arranged on the bottom plate 11. The supporting plate 23 is arranged at the driving end of the upper pressure driving piece 24. One end of the pull rod 22 is connected with the supporting plate 23, and the other end of the pull rod passes through the bottom plate 11 and is connected with the upper pressure plate 21. The upper press plate 21 is used for placing a first workpiece 200 to be pressed. The upper pressing plate 21 can be driven by the supporting plate 23 to move towards the bottom plate 11, so as to drive the first workpiece 200 to move.

The upper platen 21 includes an upper substrate 211 and an adsorbing member 212 disposed on the upper substrate 211. The upper substrate 211 is connected to the pull rod 22. The suction member 212 is used for sucking and positioning the first workpiece 200. The adsorption piece 212 is an upper die of a hot-pressing die.

In one embodiment, the upper pressure drive member is a 24-position servo motor.

The pressing mechanism 30 includes a pressing plate 31, a screw 32, and a pressing drive 33. The press-down driving member 33 is provided on the base plate 11. The lower pressing plate 31 is arranged at the driving end of the lower pressing driving piece 33 through a screw rod 32. The lower pressing plate 31 is used for placing a second workpiece 300 to be pressed. The lower pressing plate 31 can be driven by the lower pressing driving part 33 to be away from the bottom plate 11 so as to be abutted and pressed together with the first workpiece 200 driven by the upper pressing mechanism 20 to move.

The lower pressing plate 31 includes a lower substrate 311 and a bearing 312 disposed on the lower substrate 311. The lower substrate 311 is connected to the lead screw 32. The carrier 312 is used for carrying and positioning the second workpiece 300. The bearing member 312 is a lower mold of a hot press mold.

In one embodiment, the push-down driver is a 33-position servo motor.

The fusing mechanism 40 includes a fusing driving member 41 and a heating plate 42. The hot melting driving piece 41 is arranged on the support 12. The heating plate 42 is disposed at the driving end of the hot melt driving member 41. The heating plate 42 can move between the lower platen 31 and the upper platen 21 by the hot-melt driving member 41. The heating plate 42 can heat the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 placed on the upper platen 21 and the lower platen 31.

Specifically, the heating plate 42 includes a moving plate 421, an upper heating member 422, and a lower heating member 423. The moving plate 421 is disposed at the driving end of the hot-melt driving element 41. The upper heating member 422 and the lower heating member 423 are respectively disposed at both sides of the moving plate 421. The upper heating member 422 is used to heat the first workpiece 200 placed on the upper platen 21. The lower heating member 423 is used to heat the second workpiece 300 placed on the lower platen 31.

In one embodiment, the heat-melting mechanism 40 further includes a slide rail 43 and a slider 44. The slide rail 43 is disposed on the support 12 and extends along the driving direction of the hot-melt driving element 41. The slider 44 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 43 and connected to the moving plate 421. The sliding rail 43 cooperates with the slider 44 to make the moving plate 421 move more smoothly.

In one embodiment, the heat-melting mechanism 40 further includes a limiting member 45. The limiting members 45 are disposed on the support 12 and located at two ends of the slide rail 43. The limiting member 45 is used for limiting the moving distance of the moving plate 421.

In one embodiment, the limiting member 45 may be a hydraulic buffer.

The protection mechanism 50 includes a guide post 51, a stopper plate 52, a protection driving member 53, a protection pin 54, and a protection block 55. The guide post 51 is provided on the base plate 11. The limit plate 52 is disposed at an end of the guide post 51 away from the bottom plate 11. The protection driving member 53 is provided on the stopper plate 52. The protection pin 54 is provided at the driving end of the protection driving member 53. The protection block 55 is disposed on the bottom plate 11. The guide posts 51 penetrate the upper substrate 211 and the lower substrate 311. And a fixing part 213 is arranged on one surface of the upper substrate 211 departing from the bottom plate 11. The fixing member 213 has a fixing hole 214. The protection driving member 53 can drive the protection pin 54 to move so as to be inserted into the fixing hole 214, so that the upper pressure plate 21 is fixed. The protection block 55 is located between the lower pressure plate 31 and the bottom plate 11 to prevent the lower pressure plate 31 from colliding with the bottom plate 11 when moving.

In operation, the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 are first placed on the upper platen 21 and the lower platen 31, respectively. The hot melting driving member 41 drives the heating plate 42 to move between the lower pressing plate 31 and the upper pressing plate 21. Subsequently, the upper platen 21 is driven by the upper pressing driving member 24 to move toward the upper heating member 422, the lower platen 31 is driven by the lower pressing driving member 33 to move toward the lower heating member 423, and the upper heating member 422 and the lower heating member 423 heat the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 placed on the upper platen 21 and the lower platen 31, which are abutted against the upper platen, respectively. Subsequently, the upper and lower pressing drivers 24 and 33 drive the first and second workpieces 200 and 300 away from the heating plate 42, and the heat-fusible driver 41 drives the heating plate 42 to retract. Finally, the upper pressing driving member 24 and the lower pressing driving member 33 drive the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 to approach each other, and thermal compression bonding is performed to obtain a product.

According to the hot-pressing device 100, the upper pressing mechanism 20, the lower pressing mechanism 30 and the hot-melting mechanism 40 are arranged on the rack 10, workpieces placed on the upper pressing mechanism 20 and the lower pressing mechanism 30 are heated through the hot-melting mechanism 40, and then the first workpiece 200 and the second workpiece 300 are driven to move and abut against each other through the upper pressing mechanism 20 and the lower pressing mechanism 30, so that pressing is completed, and therefore a product after pressing is obtained. The upper pressing mechanism 20 drives the upper pressing plate 21 through a pull rod 22 and an upper pressing driving piece 24 arranged on the bottom plate 11, so that the lower pressing is changed into the pulling, the height of the hot pressing device 100 is reduced, and the upper pressing mechanism 20 and the lower pressing mechanism 30 are protected by the protection mechanism 50, so that the safety is further improved. Different jigs can be selected as required to upper platen 21 and lower platen 31, and the commonality is strong, has saved development cost, and has reduced the equipment degree of difficulty.
