In conclusion, the device is simple in mechanism and convenient to use, the power of the train during forward running can be used as the power of the device, the snow blowing mechanism can be used for blowing off the accumulated snow preliminarily, meanwhile, the accumulated snow on the track can be flapped and collected, the accumulated snow is blown out to the outer side of the track finally, the snow which is not blown off can be melted by the friction heat transfer principle and mixed with chemical substances, the railway track can be protected from being frozen after being discharged finally, and the purpose of removing snow on the railway track is achieved finally.
