Background

The coffee machine is a machine for making coffee, and mainly plays a role in mixing and outputting substances such as water, coffee powder, milk, air and the like under a certain condition.

The milk way self-cleaning equipment of the existing coffee machine usually needs an external water tank and adopts steam for cleaning, so that the pipeline structure is complex, the power consumption is large, the cleaning is inconvenient, the air inlet structure of the air inlet pipeline is complex, and the manufacturing and the control are difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide an automatic cleaning milk channel system of a coffee machine and a working method thereof, wherein the milk channel system has a simple structure, is convenient to clean and has simple air inlet control.

In order to achieve the purpose, the milk path system of the coffee machine capable of being automatically cleaned comprises a water path, a milk path, a gas path and a mixed heating device, wherein a water storage tank and a water pump are arranged on the water path, and the water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the water storage tank through a pipeline; the milk path is provided with a gas-liquid mixing pump, a milk storage tank and a three-way one-way valve, the one-way inlet end of the three-way one-way valve is communicated with the milk storage tank, the other two ends of the three-way one-way valve are respectively communicated with the water pump and the gas-liquid mixing pump, namely the water path is connected with the milk path through the three-way one-way valve; the gas path is provided with a gas flow limiting device and a gas path stop valve, the gas flow limiting device mainly comprises a shell and a limiting sheet, the limiting sheet is provided with a small hole with the diameter d, d is more than or equal to 0.08mm and less than or equal to 0.2mm, and the limiting sheet is fixed on the shell; one end of the air flow limiting device is communicated with the atmosphere, and the other end of the air flow limiting device is connected with an air path stop valve which is connected with the air-liquid mixing pump together with a three-way one-way valve through a pipeline; the outlet of the gas-liquid mixing pump is connected with the mixing and heating device, and the outlet end of the mixing and heating device is communicated with the outside.

In order to avoid the milk from flowing back into the water pump in the working process, a waterway stop valve is arranged between the three-way one-way valve and the water pump.

In order to enable the milk path system to output milk bubbles with large foam quantity, a foaming device is connected with the outlet of the mixing and heating device.

In order to facilitate the discharge of the waste liquid after cleaning and avoid a user from receiving the waste liquid, the outlet of the mixing and heating device is connected with a two-position three-way valve, the outlet A of the two-position three-way valve is communicated with the waste liquid barrel, and the outlet B of the two-position three-way valve is communicated with the outside; when the mixing and heating device is connected with the foaming device, the two-position three-way valve is arranged between the mixing and heating device and the foaming device, and the outlet B is communicated with the foaming device.

In order to facilitate cleaning and reduce the weight and cost of the three-way one-way valve, the one-way inlet end of the three-way one-way valve (22) is communicated with the milk storage tank (21) in a manner that the three-way one-way valve (22) is detachably connected with the milk storage tank (21), the three-way one-way valve (22) comprises a valve shell (220) and a duckbilled rubber valve core (221), a liquid inlet hole (222) and two connecting holes (223) which are respectively communicated with the water channel (1) and the milk channel (2) are formed in the valve shell (220), the liquid inlet hole (222) is used as the one-way inlet end of the three-way one-way valve (22), the duckbilled rubber valve core is arranged at a three-fork position where the liquid inlet hole.

A working method of a milk path of a coffee machine capable of being automatically cleaned comprises the following steps of using the milk path system of the coffee machine capable of being automatically cleaned, dividing the milk path system into a cleaning stage and a milk making stage which are mutually circulated, and specifically comprising the following steps:

s1, when the milk machine is used for the first time or after a period of time, the power supply is switched on, the water pump and the gas-liquid mixing pump work, water flows along the water storage tank, the water pump, the three-way one-way valve, the gas-liquid mixing pump and the mixing and heating device to clean the interior of the milk path, and in the process, two paths of the two-position three-way valve are opened in turn to finish cleaning of the two-position three-way valve and the foaming device and discharge of waste liquid after cleaning;

s2, after cleaning, the water pump stops working, the water path stop valve is closed, the gas-liquid mixing pump continues working, at this time, because the water path is closed, the three-way check valve is opened, the milk storage tank is communicated with the gas-liquid mixing pump, milk enters the milk path, the gas path stop valve is opened at the same time, quantitative air enters the milk path along the air flow limiting device and the gas path stop valve under the action of the gas-liquid mixing pump, and enters the gas-liquid mixing pump after being mixed with the milk, the air is pumped to the mixing and heating device by the gas-liquid mixing pump after being mixed with the milk, and the gas-milk mixture continues flowing out to the two-position three-way;

According to the coffee machine milk path system capable of being automatically cleaned and the working method thereof, the integral structure of the coffee machine milk path is simplified by using the three-way one-way valve and the air quantity limiting device, and the coffee machine milk path does not need to be externally connected with a water source in a general cleaning process, so that the coffee machine is convenient to use.
