1. A bullet type bottle blank loading head is characterized by comprising an inner mandrel, an outer mandrel, a bullet guide sleeve, a wave spring, a lower bullet ring, a taper sleeve, a gasket, a screw and a bullet, wherein the end face of the inner mandrel is provided with a screw hole;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of bottle blowing machines, and particularly relates to a pin tumbler type bottle blank loading head.

Background

The bottle blowing production process flow of the beverage bottle generally comprises the following steps: blank arrangement, blank loading and heating → blank unloading, mold → mechanical stretching and pre-blowing → bottle blowing and other five main steps. In the process of loading and heating the bottle preform, the bottle preform loading head is one of the important parts that can be smoothly realized. The bottle blank loading head loads the bottle blanks onto the bottle blank loading head under the mechanical action of the outer core shaft lever and the inner core shaft lever, and the bottle blanks enter the heating furnace. When the bottle blank passes through the heating area, the bottle blank is heated to 90-115 ℃, unloaded after the heating time is about 20 seconds, and then sent into a bottle blowing mold cavity for bottle blowing.

The clamping method of the loading head includes an external clamping method and an internal clamping method, for example, in patent document CN203267195U, an external clamping type loading head is adopted, but the clamping method is not adopted in the industry at present. An inner clamping method is generally used in the industry, and for example, patent document CN204123668U discloses a spring + spring sheet type of the inner clamping method, and patent document CN208324180U discloses an O-ring + spring sheet type of the inner clamping method.

The loading head adopting the internal clamping mode has the following problems in work:

1) the elasticity and rigidity of the spring are reduced due to long-time heating;

2) the problem of rubber aging and short service life caused by long-time heating of the O-shaped ring;

3) the tensioning force of the spring or the O-shaped ring acting on the movable elastic sheet is uneven and the coaxiality is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the existing problems, the invention provides a bullet type bottle blank loading head.

The invention relates to a bullet type bottle blank loading head which comprises an inner mandrel, an outer mandrel, a bullet guide sleeve, a wave spring, a lower bullet ring, a taper sleeve, a gasket, a screw and a bullet, wherein the end face of the inner mandrel is provided with a screw hole;

the marble guide sleeve is a step shaft and comprises a main body with a central through hole, a first conical transition section, a diameter section and a second conical transition section which are sequentially arranged on the main body, and the main body is stopped at the second conical transition section; the inner peripheral surface of the central through hole and the outer peripheral surface of the inner core shaft form a kinematic pair in the up-down direction;

the conical side surface of the taper sleeve is opposite to the second conical transition section;

an annular flat-bottom groove is formed on the inner ring surface of the lower marble ring along the annular direction, two groove walls of the groove form splayed inclined walls, the distance from the top end of the upward inclined wall to the groove bottom is greater than the distance from the bottom end of the downward inclined wall to the groove bottom, a bulge is formed at the top of the upward inclined wall and faces the axis of the ring to serve as a check ring, and a plurality of through holes for marbles to be exposed out of the ring are uniformly formed in the groove bottom;

the marble is positioned in a space enclosed by the taper sleeve, the marble guide sleeve and the lower marble ring, and a space enclosed by the tapered side surface of the outer mandrel, the marble guide sleeve and the upper marble ring;

the wave spring is positioned between the upper marble ring and the lower marble ring and sleeved on the marble guide sleeve.

When the inner mandrel is pulled upwards relative to the central through hole, the marble is clamped by the lower marble ring and the taper sleeve, the marble is clamped by the upper marble ring and the tapered side surface of the outer mandrel, and the marble is exposed out of the ring; when the inner mandrel descends relative to the central through hole in the axial direction, the lower marble ring, the second conical transition section and the taper sleeve clamp the marbles, the upper marble ring, the first conical transition section and the conical side face of the outer mandrel clamp the marbles, and the marbles are located in the rings.

In order to effectively perform tensioning, the distance between the maximum protruding point of the marble exposed out of the through hole and the outer surface of the marble ring is less than or equal to 0.75 mm.

Has the advantages that: according to the invention, a spring + spring piece type, an O-shaped ring and a spring piece type are replaced by a spring type tensioning mode in the prior art, the balls uniformly distributed in the upper and lower layers of spring rings directly contact the inner hole of the bottle blank, the stress of the inner hole of the bottle blank is consistent and uniform, and the coaxiality of the clamped bottle blank and a loading head is consistent, so that the tensioning degree of the loaded bottle blank is fixed and firm, the bottle blank is stable during rotation, cannot incline or shake, and the bottle blank loading and unloading actions are accurate; the distance between the maximum protruding point of the marble exposed out of the through hole and the outer surface of the marble ring is less than or equal to 0.75mm, so that effective tensioning can be performed.
