In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, a magnetic adhesive tape production line with a magnetic adhesive tape protection function includes an extrusion molding device 1, a cooling device 2, a magnetizing device 3, a traction device 4 and a winding device 5, wherein the cooling device 2 includes a water tank 6, two first vertical plates 7 are respectively arranged on two sides of one end of the upper end surface of the water tank 6, a first shaft 8 is erected on the upper ends of the two first vertical plates 7, and a first rotating wheel 9 is arranged on the first shaft 8; two sides of the middle part of the upper end surface of the water tank 6 are respectively provided with a hinged frame 10, the hinged frames 10 are hinged with a U-shaped frame 11, the transverse part of the U-shaped frame 11 is in a shaft shape and is provided with a second rotating wheel 13, the inner side wall of the water tank 6, which is positioned at the inclined lower part of the hinged frame 10, is provided with a stop 14, the stop 14 is supported at the lower side of the vertical part of the U-shaped frame 11, so that the U-shaped frame 11 is inclined and arranged in a free state, a hinged shaft 15 of the U-shaped frame 11 extends out of the hinged frame 10, the outer end of the hinged shaft 15 is provided with a first gear 16, the hinged frame 10 is provided with a potentiometer 17, a rotating shaft of the potentiometer 17 is provided with a second gear 18; two sides of the other end of the upper end surface of the water tank 6 are respectively provided with a second vertical plate 19, the upper ends of the two second vertical plates 19 are provided with a second shaft 20 in an erected mode, and the second shaft 20 is provided with a third rotating wheel 21; the traction device 4 comprises a traction motor 22, the traction motor 22 is connected with a traction frequency converter 23, and the traction frequency converter 23 is electrically connected with the potentiometer 17.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: after being extruded by the extrusion molding device 1, the adhesive tape enters the water tank 6 from the upper end of the first rotating wheel 9, cooling water is arranged in the water tank 6 and used for cooling the adhesive tape, then the adhesive tape passes through the lower end of the second rotating wheel 13, finally the adhesive tape passes through the upper end of the third rotating wheel 21 and then sequentially enters the magnetizing device 3 and the traction device 4, the traction device 4 is driven by a traction motor 22, the rotating speed of the traction motor 22 is in direct proportion to the traction rotating speed, the rotating speed of the traction motor 22 is adjusted by a traction frequency converter 23, so that the adhesive tape drives the U-shaped frame 11 to be separated from the support of the stop block 14 through the second rotating wheel 13 and upwards rotates for a certain angle, under the action of the weight of the U-shaped frame 11, the adhesive tape keeps a tensioning state, the position of the U-shaped frame 11 at the moment is; in the production process, the extrusion speed of the rubber strip is changed due to reasons such as uneven feeding of the extrusion molding device, slippage of a belt of the extruder, transient starved feeding of the extruder, or temperature change of the extruder, when the traction speed of the traction device 4 is greater than the extrusion speed of the extrusion molding device 1, the traction device 4 drives the U-shaped frame 11 to continuously rotate upwards through the rubber strip, the U-shaped frame 11 drives the articulated shaft 15 to rotate, the articulated shaft 15 drives the first gear 16 to rotate, the first gear 16 drives the rotating shaft of the potentiometer 17 to rotate through the second gear 18, and the potentiometer 17 adjusts and reduces the rotating speed of the traction motor 22, so that the traction speed and the extrusion speed are kept in dynamic balance; when the traction speed of the traction device 4 is less than the extrusion speed of the extrusion molding device 1, the rubber strip is released from the tensioning state, the U-shaped frame 11 rotates downwards under the action of self gravity, the rotating shaft of the potentiometer 17 is driven to rotate reversely, the potentiometer 17 adjusts the rotating speed of the traction motor 22 and enables the rotating speed to rise, and the traction speed and the extrusion speed are kept in dynamic balance.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, two sleeves 12 capable of sliding along the shaft are respectively arranged on the transverse parts of the first shaft 8, the second shaft 20 and the U-shaped frame 11, the two sleeves 12 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rotating wheel, a threaded through hole is arranged on each sleeve 12, a fastening screw is arranged in the threaded through hole, the first rotating wheel 9, the second rotating wheel 13 and the third rotating wheel 21 are all nylon wheels, a cylindrical through hole is arranged in the middle of the side surface of each nylon wheel, the diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the installed shaft, and flanges are arranged at two ends of each nylon wheel; the rubber strip drives each rotating wheel to rotate under the action of the traction device 4, so that friction of the rubber strip in the cooling process is reduced, the materials of each rotating shaft are stainless steel, and the matching structure of the nylon wheel and the shaft can ensure that the rubber strip can drive the nylon wheel to rotate without mounting a bearing, so that the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the installation is convenient; two sleeves 12 fix the runner in certain within range, prevent that the runner from taking the inclined to one side adhesive tape along the axle drunkenness, the flange of nylon wheel prevents that the adhesive tape from taking turns to by the nylon and deviates from, the upper end of first riser 7 and second riser 19 is provided with the joint mouth, the joint is in the joint mouth department of first riser 7 and 19 upper ends of second riser in the both ends difference joint of primary shaft 8 and secondary shaft 20, the convenience is installed and demolishd with primary shaft 8 and secondary shaft 20, be convenient for change sleeve 12 and rotate, be convenient for wash basin 6.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the vertical part of the U-shaped frame 11 is made of a stainless steel hollow square tube, the horizontal part is made of a stainless steel hollow round tube, the lower ends of the two vertical parts of the U-shaped frame 11 are respectively provided with a connecting plate 24, the connecting plates 24 are provided with a pair of U-shaped clamping plates 25 which are mutually opened, the two U-shaped clamping plates 25 are clamped with a counterweight box 26 with an opened upper end, the counterweight box 26 is used for placing a counterweight, and the bottom end walls of the U-shaped clamping plates 25 are provided with threaded through holes and bolts; the bolts are used for preventing the counterweight boxes 26 from leaking from the lower ends of the two U-shaped clamping plates 25, a connecting rod 27 is arranged between the upper parts of the vertical parts of the two U-shaped frames 11, the firmness of the U-shaped frames 11 is enhanced, and the connecting rod 27 is a stainless steel hollow pipe; the temperature of the rubber strip at the discharge port of the extrusion molding device 1 is high, and the tensile force which can be borne by the rubber strip is small, so that the quality of the U-shaped frame 11 cannot be overlarge, otherwise, the U-shaped frame 11 cannot be driven to be separated from the stop block 14 even if the rubber strip at the discharge port of the extrusion molding device 1 is broken, and the vertical part and the horizontal part of the U-shaped frame 11 are both arranged to be hollow structures; the mass of the U-shaped frame 11 cannot be too small, most frame bodies of the U-shaped frame 11 are positioned in the water tank 6, under the action of buoyancy, and in addition, the hinged part of the U-shaped frame 11 and the hinged frame 10 inevitably causes certain blocking due to impurities entering and the like after the U-shaped frame 11 is used for a period of time, when the extrusion speed of the adhesive tape is greater than the traction speed, the U-shaped frame 11 cannot fall or cannot fall in time, so that the traction speed cannot be adjusted in time; the adhesive tapes have various sizes, such as 2.5 × 8 thickness × width, 3 × 10 thickness × width, 1.5 × 8 thickness × width, and the like, and the magnetic adhesive tapes with different magnetic requirements have different formulations of small particle raw materials and different bearing capacities, so that the U-shaped frames 11 applicable to different adhesive tapes have different weights, and therefore, the U-shaped frames 11 are necessary to be adjustable in weight; the U-shaped clamping plate 25 is arranged to facilitate the taking out and the installation of the weight box 26, facilitate the addition and the reduction of weights to the weight box 26 and facilitate the adjustment of the weight of the U-shaped frame 11.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the traction device 4 further includes a traction reducer 28, an active traction wheel 29, a passive traction wheel 30, a pressing mechanism and a first frame 31, the traction reducer 28 and the pressing mechanism are mounted on the first frame 31, the traction motor 22 is connected to the traction reducer 28, an output end of the traction reducer 28 is connected to an output shaft 32, the output shaft 32 is horizontally disposed, the active traction wheel 29 is mounted on the output shaft 32, and a lower end of the passive traction wheel 30 is pressed against an upper end of the active traction wheel 29 under the action of the pressing mechanism; the traction motor 22 drives the output shaft 32 and the driving traction wheel 29 to rotate through the traction speed reducer 28, the lower end of the driven traction wheel 30 is tightly pressed on the upper end of the driving traction wheel 29, the driving traction wheel 29 rotates to drive the driven traction wheel 30 to rotate, the rubber strip enters between the driving traction wheel 29 and the driven traction wheel 30 from the joint of the driving traction wheel 29 and the driven traction wheel 30, the driving traction wheel 29 and the driven traction wheel 30 clamp the rubber strip under the action of the pressing mechanism, and the rubber strip is driven to move forwards under the rotation of the driving traction wheel 29 and the driven traction wheel 30.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the pressing mechanism includes an L-shaped plate 33, an inverted first U-shaped plate 34, an inverted second U-shaped plate 35, a hand wheel 36, a lead screw 37, a pressing plate 38, a first spring 39 and a third shaft 40, the L-shaped plate 33 is disposed on the first frame 31 through a transverse portion thereof, the first U-shaped plate 34 is connected with a longitudinal portion of the L-shaped plate 33 through a vertical wall, rectangular grooves 3401 are disposed on inner side surfaces of two vertical walls of the first U-shaped plate 34, and the rectangular grooves 3401 extend to bottom ends of the vertical walls of the first U-shaped plate 34; a bearing mounting hole is formed in the middle of the driven traction wheel 30, a bearing is arranged in the bearing mounting hole, a third shaft 40 is mounted in the bearing, two ends of the third shaft 40 are respectively arranged on the inner side surfaces of two vertical walls of the second U-shaped plate 35, the two vertical walls of the second U-shaped plate 35 are respectively arranged in a rectangular groove 3401, the second U-shaped plate 35 can slide up and down along the rectangular groove 3401, a spring mounting groove is formed in the upper end surface of the transverse wall of the second U-shaped plate 35, the lower end of a first spring 39 is arranged in the spring mounting groove, a pressing plate 38 is arranged at the upper end of the first spring 39, and a groove is formed in the upper end surface; a threaded through hole is formed in the middle of the transverse wall of the first U-shaped plate 34, the screw rod 37 is installed in the threaded through hole, the upper end of the screw rod 37 is located above the transverse wall of the first U-shaped plate 34, the lower end of the screw rod 37 is located below the transverse wall of the first U-shaped plate 34, the lower end of the screw rod 37 is inserted into a groove formed in the upper end face of the pressing plate 38, and the hand wheel 36 is arranged at the upper end of the screw rod 37; a plurality of threaded through holes leading to the threaded through hole rectangular grooves 3401 are formed in the vertical direction on the vertical wall of the first U-shaped plate 34 far away from the L-shaped plate 33, the distance between any two adjacent threaded through holes is smaller than the length of the vertical wall of the second U-shaped plate 35, and fastening bolts 41 are arranged in the threaded through holes, so that at least one fastening bolt 41 can fix the second U-shaped plate 35 when the second U-shaped plate 35 is at any position of the rectangular grooves 3401; the pressing force of the pressing mechanism is adjustable, the pressing force can be adjusted in time, the adhesive tape can be pulled to move and cannot be flattened, the hand wheel 36 is screwed to drive the screw rod 37 to rotate, the compression amount of the first spring 39 can be adjusted through the rotation of the screw rod 37, and the pressing force of the pressing mechanism on the driven traction wheel 30 can be adjusted; when the passive traction wheel 30 is installed, in order to prevent the second U-shaped plate 35 from sliding downwards along the rectangular groove 3401, the second U-shaped plate 35 is fixed by the fastening bolt 41 and then installed, which facilitates the installation of the passive traction wheel 30.

Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the winding device 5 includes a winding motor 42, a winding speed reducer 43, a winding frequency converter 44, a second frame 45, a transmission device, a turntable 46, a rubber ring 47 and a winding disc 48, the winding speed reducer 43 and the winding frequency converter 44 are mounted on the second frame 45, the winding motor 42 is connected with the winding speed reducer 43 and the winding frequency converter 44, the winding speed reducer 43 is connected with the turntable 46 through the transmission device, the turntable 46 is horizontally disposed above the second frame 45, the turntable 46 is composed of a large disc structure 461 at the lower end and a small disc structure 462 at the upper end, the large disc structure 461 and the small disc structure 462 are concentrically disposed, a circular through hole is disposed in the middle of the winding disc 48, the aperture of the circular through hole is larger than the diameter of the small disc structure and smaller than the diameter of the large disc structure, the winding disc 48 is sleeved outside the small disc structure 462, the rubber ring 47 is annular, the rubber ring 47 is sleeved on the outer wall of the small disc structure 462, the inner wall of the rubber ring is tightly contacted with the outer wall of the small disc structure 462, the outer wall of the rubber ring is tightly contacted with the hole wall of the circular through hole of the winding disc 48, and the thickness of the rubber ring 47 is larger than that of the winding disc 48; the rolling motor 42 drives the transmission device to rotate through the rolling speed reducer 43, the transmission device drives the turntable 46 to rotate, the turntable 46 drives the rolling disc 48 to rotate through the rubber ring 47, one end of the magnetic rubber strip is manually pressed on the outer side wall of the rubber ring 47, along with the rotation of the rubber ring 47, the magnetic rubber strip is driven to surround the rubber ring 47 to wind a circle and then the hand can be loosened, the rubber ring 47 and the rolling disc 48 are continuously driven to wind the magnetic rubber strip into a rolling disc shape when rotating, the magnetic rubber strip is cut off when the rolling disc is full, the rolling disc 48 is upwards lifted out and then the rolled disc-shaped magnetic rubber strip is pushed to the accommodating plate along the upper end face of the rolling disc 48.

Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the transmission device includes a lower rotating shaft 49, two stepped shaft-like rotating members 50, two friction plates 51, an upper rotating shaft 52, a push plate 53, a second spring 54, a pressing plate 55 and a pressing bolt 56; a placing groove for placing a friction plate 51 is arranged on the large circular end face of the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50, a shaft hole is arranged on the small circular end face, a key groove is arranged in the shaft hole, the lower end of the lower rotating shaft 49 is connected with the winding speed reducer 43, the upper end of the lower rotating shaft is connected with the shaft hole of the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50, an external thread structure is arranged on the side wall of the lower part of the lower rotating shaft 49, a through hole is arranged in the middle of the pushing disc 53, a threaded through hole is arranged in the middle of the pressing disc 55, an anti-skidding structure is arranged on the outer side wall of the pressing disc 55, the pushing disc 53 and the second spring 54 are sleeved on the lower rotating shaft 49, the pressing disc 55 is mounted on the external thread structure; the upper end of the upper rotating shaft 52 is provided with a step structure and an external thread structure, the turntable 46 is installed on the step structure of the upper rotating shaft 52 and is pressed tightly through a pressing bolt 56, a bearing is arranged between the upper rotating shaft 52 and the second frame 45, the lower end of the upper rotating shaft 52 is connected with the shaft hole of the other two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating member 50, the axes of the upper rotating shaft 52 and the lower rotating shaft 49 are superposed, the large circular end surfaces of the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating members 50 are oppositely arranged, the end surfaces of the two friction plates 51 are contacted, and proper lubricating oil or lubricating grease is added between; the winding speed reducer 43 drives the lower rotating shaft 49 to rotate, the lower rotating shaft 49 drives the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50 connected with the lower rotating shaft 49 to rotate, the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50 drives the other two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50 to rotate through friction force between two friction plates 51, the upper rotating shaft 52 is further driven to rotate, and the upper rotating shaft 52 drives the turntable 46 to rotate; the driving force of the turntable 46 needs to satisfy two conditions, one is that the driving force of the turntable 46 is large enough to enable the magnetic adhesive tape to be tightly wound into a coil shape when the turntable 46 rotates; secondly, the magnetic rubber strip cannot be too large, because the linear speed of the turntable 46 driving the magnetic rubber strip to move is larger than the traction speed, when the driving force of the turntable 46 is too large, the magnetic rubber strip is stretched to be broken, and the different magnetic rubber strips can bear different pulling forces, so that the driving force of the turntable 46 is required to be adjustable, the second spring 54 presses the pushing disc 53 on the lower end of the two-stage stepped shaft-shaped rotating part 50 connected with the lower rotating shaft 49, the compression amount of the second spring 54 can be adjusted by rotating the pressing disc 55, and the pressing force between the two friction plates 51 is adjusted, namely the driving force to the turntable 46 can be adjusted; during production, the pressing disc 55 is rotated to adjust the compression amount of the second spring 54, so that the magnetic rubber strip can be tightly wound into a coiled shape when the rotating disc 46 rotates, and the driving force for the rotating disc 46 when the two friction plates 51 slide relatively is smaller than the force for pulling and deforming the magnetic rubber strip.

Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, an angle adjusting device is arranged between the traction device 4 and the winding device 5, the angle adjusting device includes a fixed plate 57, a hinge base 58, an adjusting shaft 59, an adjusting wheel 60 and a hinge bolt 61, the fixed plate 57 is mounted on the second frame 45, the hinge base 58 is mounted on the upper end surface of the fixed plate 57, a hinge groove 5801 is arranged in the hinge base 58, threaded through holes leading to the hinge groove 5801 are arranged on two sides of the hinge base 58, the hinge bolt 61 is mounted in the threaded through holes, the lower end of the adjusting shaft 59 is hinged in the hinge groove 5801 through the two hinge bolts 61, the adjusting wheel 60 is mounted on the upper end of the adjusting shaft 59, a bearing is arranged between the adjusting wheel 60 and the adjusting shaft 59, and both the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting wheel 60 are provided with flanges; under the action of the traction device, the magnetic rubber strip moves in a horizontal state, and under the action of the winding device, the magnetic rubber strip moves in a winding manner in a vertical state, so that the problem that the magnetic rubber strip is easy to twist and break is caused; under the action of the hinge bolt 61, the adjusting shaft 59 can be obliquely arranged and fixed, the adjusting wheel 60 tilts along with the inclination of the adjusting shaft 59, and before the magnetic rubber strip enters the winding device from the traction device, the adjusting wheel 60 is used as an adjusting point for angle conversion, so that the process that the magnetic rubber strip is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state is smoother, and the risk of the magnetic rubber strip being twisted and broken is reduced; the adjustment wheel 60 can rotate to reduce friction on the magnetic rubber strip, and the flanges can prevent the magnetic rubber strip from being separated from the adjustment wheel 60.
