1. A method for preparing a high-protein high-calcium supplement by using mussel waste materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) cleaning mussel shells, soaking the mussel shells in 1-2 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 5-6 h, cleaning the mussel shells with distilled water until the cleaning solution is neutral, and crushing the mussel shells into micro-nano mussel shell powder by using a micro-nano crusher;

3) sequentially hydrolyzing the supernatant of the mussel decoction by trypsin and aminopeptidase to obtain an enzymolysis solution containing proteins with molecular weight of below 500 Da;

4) the enzymolysis liquid and the mussel shell powder complete the chelation reaction, the reaction residue is filtered, and the reaction solution is dried to obtain the high-protein high-calcium supplement.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein: in high-protein high-calcium supplement

4) The use in the prevention and/or treatment of acidosis in farmed animals; and/or

5) Use in maintaining electrolyte balance in a farmed animal; and/or

6) The application in smoothly shelling and fixing shells of shell-changing animals.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of additive processing, in particular to a method for preparing a high-protein high-calcium supplement by using mussel waste materials.

Background

The shellfish production capacity in China is the first in the world, mussels are the main production target, and due to the demand, wild fishing and a plurality of artificial breeding plants exist. In addition to eating the soft part of mussel, people can also eat a plurality of processing methods, such as mussel meat cans, mussel flavor spices and the like. For ease of transportation and to extend the shelf life, the more common processed products are frozen and dried products. The invention aims to provide a method for preparing a high-protein high-calcium supplement by using mussel waste, which is simple, realizes the recycling of waste resources, avoids the loss of nutrient components, improves the economic value, has higher total calcium content, total protein content and amino acid liquid nitrogen content, is easy to absorb, fully utilizes the unique flavor of mussels, and is beneficial to promoting the efficient absorption and absorption of poultry, livestock, fish and the like on the high-protein high-calcium supplement.

Preferably, the particle size of the micro-nano mussel shell powder obtained in the step 1) is 1-2 nm.

Preferably, the cooking of step 2) is performed in mMussel:mWater (W)Cooking for 1h at the ratio of 1: 1-2.

Preferably, the trypsin hydrolysis method of step 3) is: adding 3-5% of trypsin, and carrying out enzymolysis for 2-3 h at the pH of 8.0-10 and the temperature of 40-50 ℃.

Preferably, the aminopeptidase hydrolysis method of step 3) is: adding 4% aminopeptidase, and performing enzymolysis at 55 deg.C and pH9.0 for 2.5 h.

Preferably, in the chelation reaction in the step 4), the material-liquid ratio is 1: 2-4 (g/g), the temperature is 40 ℃, and the chelation reaction is 60-90 min.

Preferably, the drying of step 4) may be selected from spray drying.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the high-protein high-calcium supplement prepared by the method has the advantages that the total protein content can reach more than 16.8%, the total calcium content is not lower than 60%, the content of amino acid liquid nitrogen is not lower than 0.86g/100mL, calcium ions can be slowly released for collective absorption, the molecular structure of the calcium supplement is similar to that of low-peptide protein calcium in natural real objects, and the calcium supplement is easy to absorb by intestinal tracts;

2) mussel resources are fully utilized, waste resource recycling is realized, calcium of residual nutrients in mussel cooking juice and mussel shells is creatively and fully utilized, loss of nutrient components is avoided, economic value is improved, and the method is environment-friendly;
