In the present invention, the jig is placed on the rack 60 at the initial position, and the worker takes out the jig from one side and places the jig on the gripper assembly 20, and the jig is transferred from the gripper assembly 20 to the movable frame 12, and then transferred from the movable frame 12 to the sewing machine 70 for sewing.

In the process, the operator can put the jig on the other side into the corresponding station, after the jig and the cut pieces thereon are sewn, the jig is sent out by the moving frame 12 and the grabbing assembly 20, and the jig which is not sent to one side of the sewing machine 70 is further sent into the sewing machine 70, and the process is repeated. The jig does not need to be taken manually, the jig to be sewn and the cut pieces can be placed in the sewing machine 70 in the working process by utilizing the gap time, and the production efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the displacement mechanism 30 includes a suction mechanism 32 and a moving mechanism 31, the moving mechanism 31 is disposed below the rack 60 and can move along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving rack 12, and the suction mechanism 32 is disposed at an end of the moving mechanism 31 and can suck the jig.

The moving mechanism 31 includes a guide rail set 311 fixed to the bottom of the rack 60, a connecting frame 312 capable of freely moving along the guide rail set 311 is disposed on the guide rail set 311, and the guide rail set 311 is perpendicular to the direction of the moving frame 12.

In the above-mentioned moving mechanism 31, the guide rail set 311 includes three parallel guide rails, one of which is a main guide rail and the other of which is a stabilizing guide rail, and the purpose of the guide rail set is to prevent the connecting frame 312 from falling and reduce the probability of the connecting frame 312 falling out. An arc-shaped groove 111 matched with the limiting enclosing plate 44 in shape is formed in the working table 11, and when the jacking cylinder 42 is lifted, the limiting enclosing plate 44 can extend out through the arc-shaped groove 111.

The limiting enclosing plate 44 is provided with a groove 441 matched with the edge of the jig.

The limiting coaming 44 is arc-shaped, the inner shape of the limiting coaming is just matched with the appearance of the jig, and the inner shape of the limiting coaming 44 is also provided with a notch which is matched with the bulge on the side edge of the jig. When the jig is put down, the jig can be just embedded between the four limiting enclosing plates 44, so that the position of the jig can be ensured.

Under the effect of jacking cylinder 42, spacing bounding wall 44 and transition piece 43 pass arc 111 and stretch out or shrink, make things convenient for operating personnel to take or put down tool and cut-parts.

The positioning mechanism 50 is further provided, and the positioning mechanism 50 comprises a second electromagnet 51 and a third electromagnet 52 which are respectively arranged at the starting position and the ending position of the displacement mechanism 30.

The working table 11 is provided with a plurality of accommodating holes 112, and the second electromagnet 51 and the third electromagnet 52 are accommodated in the accommodating holes 112.

In the positioning mechanism 50, the electromagnets respectively arranged at the starting position and the ending position can attract the jig to reach the designated position when the suction mechanism 32 does not grab the jig, and when the suction mechanism 32 is powered on, the positioning mechanism 50 is powered off to release the jig.

A storage box 61 is fixed on the top of the storage rack 60. The storage box is provided with a treatment tool which is not sewed.
