Background

In the development process of heavy oil thermal recovery, saturated wet steam generated by an oil field steam injection boiler contains a large amount of dissolved salt, and a layer of solid attachments is formed on the inner surface of a furnace tube under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, so that salt deposition and scaling appear on the boiler, a steam injection pipeline, a wellhead valve and the like. The existence of salt scale can cause serious harm, not only obviously reduces the heat-conducting property of the furnace tube, but also increases energy consumption, reduces boiler output, increases maintenance cost and the like; meanwhile, a large amount of salt enters the stratum along with superheated steam, so that the stratum is blocked, the stratum is hardened, the oil extraction difficulty is increased, the oil gas recovery ratio is reduced, and a steam injection system cannot safely and economically run.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a conical anti-blocking crystallizer, overcomes the defects of the prior art, and can effectively solve the problem of overlarge salt content in the existing high-temperature steam.
