Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a longitudinal cutting assembly 4 is arranged on the profile strip 22, and the longitudinal cutting assembly 4 comprises a plurality of positioning plates 41, a plurality of abutting plates 42 and a plurality of groups of circular cutters 43. In this embodiment, an abutting plate 42 is fixed on the outer side wall of each positioning plate 41 through the clamping assembly 8, and one end of the abutting plate 42 close to the machine body 1 extends to the outside of the positioning plate 41. The movable plates 71 are sleeved on the profile strip 22, in this embodiment, the number of the movable plates 71 is two, and all the positioning plates 41 are located between the two movable plates 71. When the distance adjusting block 52 is positioned between two adjacent positioning plates 41 and the connecting plate 51 abuts against the outer side walls of all the positioning plates 41, the movable plate 71 abuts against the side walls facing each other of the adjacent positioning plates 41, the rod body of the locking bolt 72 penetrates through the movable plate 71 and is screwed in the preset threaded groove on the outer side wall of the special-shaped bar 22, so that the movable plate 71 is fixedly connected with the special-shaped bar 22, and all the positioning plates 41 are positioned between the two movable plates 71.

Referring to fig. 4, the clamping assembly 8 includes an external connection plate 81 and a fastening bolt 82, the external connection plate 81 is welded to an end of the abutting plate 42 away from the circular cutting knife 43 along the horizontal direction, a length dimension of the external connection plate 81 is greater than a width dimension of the abutting plate 42, and a side wall of the external connection plate 81 facing the positioning plate 41 and a side wall of the abutting plate 42 facing the positioning plate 41 are located on the same longitudinal plane. The outer side wall of the positioning plate 41 is provided with a longitudinal groove 412, and the width dimension of the longitudinal groove 412 is matched with the width dimension of the abutting plate 42.

Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of sets of horizontal grooves 413 are formed on the outer side wall of the positioning plate 41 at intervals at the longitudinal groove 412, the inner cavities of the horizontal grooves 413 are communicated with the inner cavity of the longitudinal groove 412, and the inner diameter of the horizontal grooves 413 is matched with the outer circumference of the outer connecting plate 81. All the horizontal grooves 413 are distributed at intervals along the height direction of the positioning plate 41, and after the inner cavity of the horizontal groove 413 of the external connecting plate 81, the fastening bolt 82 is used for fixedly connecting the external connecting plate 81 and the positioning plate 41, so that the abutting plate 42 is quickly and fixedly connected with the positioning plate 41. When the abutting plates 42 with different lengths and sizes are required to be fixedly connected with the positioning plate 41, an operator can abut the external connecting plate 81 into the horizontal grooves 413 with different heights, so as to improve the connection efficiency between the abutting plates 42 with different lengths and sizes and the positioning plate 41.

Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of sets of receiving slots 414 are oppositely disposed on the inner side wall of the longitudinal slot 412 of the positioning plate 41, and all the receiving slots 414 are distributed along the extending direction of the longitudinal slot 412. The positioning plate 41 is provided with a fastening component 9 at each receiving groove 414, and the fastening component 9 includes a positioning column 91, an elastic component 92 and an operating rod 93. The operating rod 93 is vertically welded to the outer sidewall of the positioning post 91, and an end of the operating rod 93 away from the positioning post 91 passes through the slot 415 to extend to the outside of the positioning plate 41.

Referring to fig. 4, an adapting groove 421 is disposed on the outer side wall of the abutting plate 42 and located at each receiving groove 414, and an inner diameter of the adapting groove 421 is adapted to an outer diameter of the positioning column 91. The operator can grasp the operating rod 93 and slide along the length direction of the adapting groove 421 to compress the elastic member 92 and make the positioning column 91 completely abut against the inner cavity of the accommodating groove 414. Then, the abutting plate 42 abuts against the inner cavity of the longitudinal groove 412 and the operating rod 93 is released, and the elastic member 92 freely extends to enable the positioning column 91 to abut against the inner cavity of the corresponding adapting groove 421, so that the position stability of the abutting plate 42 in the longitudinal groove 412 is ensured, and the cutting stability of the circular cutter 43 on the trademark strips is ensured.

Referring to fig. 2, the upper surface of the machine body 1 is provided with a transverse cutting assembly 10, and the transverse cutting assembly 10 is located at one end of the supporting frame 2 away from the direction of the feeding end of the machine body 1. The transverse cutting assembly 10 comprises a mounting frame 101, a plurality of groups of driving cylinders 102 and cutting blades 103, wherein the mounting frame 101 is fixed on the upper surface of the machine body 1 through bolts, in the embodiment, the driving cylinders 102 are cylinders connected with a counting sensor of the machine body 1, and the number of the driving cylinders 102 can be two. Two sets of driving cylinders 102 are fixed on the side wall of the top plate of the mounting frame 101 facing the machine body 1 by bolts, and the cutting blades 103 are fixed on the side wall of all the driving cylinders 102 facing the machine body 1 in the horizontal direction by bolts.

Referring to fig. 2, when the label tape is cut into a plurality of groups of slender strips and passes to the mounting frame 101, two groups of driving cylinders 102 simultaneously extend out of the piston rods, so that the cutting blades 103 simultaneously cut all the label tapes, and further cut the label strips into a certain number of label blocks. After the first cutting is finished, all the driving cylinders 102 shrink the piston rods and extend outwards again immediately to cut subsequent trademark tapes, and along with the continuous reciprocating stretching of the piston rods of the driving cylinders 102, the cutting blades 103 cut the trademark tapes once at intervals.

The implementation principle of the production device of the trademark in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the label tape passes through the supporting frame 2, all the circular cutters 43 cut the label tape at the same time so as to cut the label tape into a plurality of strips. When the number of the distance adjusting blocks 52 between two adjacent positioning plates 41 is increased, the distance between the two groups of circular cutters 43 is shortened, and the width dimension of the trademark block obtained by cutting the circular cutters 43 is enlarged. When the number of the distance adjusting blocks 52 between two adjacent positioning plates 41 is reduced, the distance between the two groups of circular cutters 43 is also shortened, and the width dimension of the label block obtained by cutting the label block by the circular cutters 43 is reduced.
